What a great dealership with lovely people. Just collected my Son’s car this morning, and the whole buying experience from start to finish was the most chilled, hassle free and enjoyable that I have probably ever experienced. The team at Yeomans’s were professional, friendly and went out of their way to make everything as seamless as possible, which is a credit to the whole management team at this dealership. The pride and knowledge of the brand shone through with my immediate contact Caitlin seamlessly guiding us through every aspect of the part exchange and sale with ease. If you want to buy a Nissan, then my advice is to go straight down to Plymouth and meet the team at Yeoman’s who will make buying a car a lovely experience with a family feel. Well done Yeoman’s and thank you all very much. A very, very happy customer.

We received excellent service, advice and information relating to the purchase of our new car. The salesman (Guy) was superb, friendly, no pushy sales techniques and focused on giving us the best information he could to ensure our choice was the right one. The showroom itself is amazing with the choice of vehicles, and everyone we encountered has been friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend.

I always expect good service when buying a car, but the service I received at Yeomans Nissan Bognor Regis during my recent service appointment exceeded my expectations. Natalie was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a real credit to Nissan. She went above and beyond to help me with a couple of issues I was experiencing. One concern I had was that my car did not appear to lock all the doors automatically. As a woman and with disabilities, this was a genuine worry for me. Natalie took the time to investigate the issue herself and when she couldn't immediately work out how to identify the door-locking function, she asked Steve, one of the mechanics, for assistance. Steve quickly worked out that the setting was within the car's system rather than on the key fob. He patiently explained the setting and showed me exactly how to change it myself. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. Thank you to Natalie, Steve, and the whole team for making the experience so positive. I would highly recommend Yeomans Nissan Bognor Regis.

I recently dealt with Adam Clark and honestly it was such a refreshing experience! He was genuine, helpful and really went above and beyond - none of the pushy or typical car salesman vibes you usually dread. Just a really nice guy who made the whole process easy. I recently bought a new Nissan Qashqai 2026 from Yeomans, Aldershot. It was my first foray into e-vehicles so I opted for a Hybrid e-power model. I can report that I was very happy with my experience dealing with them. They arranged two test drives, one for myself and one for my wife, and explained the finance arrangements very clearly. They were very helpful in helping my flex the arrangement between deposit and term to get the outcome which suited me. They explained the model options open to me very clearly, and went through what I needed to understand - obviously taking on an e-vehicle is a little different from the traditional fuel option. All in all I was very satisfied and happy to give a 5 star review.

Together with my wife we decided to explore the possibility of changing our car. We liked the Juke but wanted to check it out further. Our first introduction was via George who listened to us while we explained our situation. He showed us several cars within our price range until we narrowed in on the car we liked. After going through the finance options we decided to go away tothinkabout it further without leaving any contact details for him to follow up with us, he just knew us to be Mark And Debbie. The following week we came back and completed the deal. What impressed us was the customer service we were given, George was thoroughly professional in his manner and at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. He had remembered everything we have previously discussed and it felt like a personal service. Like many reviews here I wish I could give more than stars. Will we come back when we need another car, yes without doubt, will we ask for George, again yes without doubt. Thank you Barnard & Brough

For years I avoided main dealers due to an assumption of high cost /low value. How wrong I have been! I had a mystery symptom that local mechanics (x2) could not fix (including very expensive repairs that may not have been necessary). The team here at Yeomans Nissan diagnosed and fixed the issue for a reasonable cost. I’ll be back again. Moral of the story is paying a little extra for knowledge is not just worth it, it’s essential to avoid unnecessary expense & stress and to actually solve the issue. A big thanks to you all.

Great customer service from Luke Mallett. Good communication all the way through and couldn't do enough to help and make the purchasing experience easy and smooth. My Nissan Qashqai is lovely and Luke even picked us up from the train station when we arrived from Somerset to collect the car. Would recomnend this dealership and the travelling was worth it.

Came into Yeomans today as I was visiting Eastbourne from Yorkshire. My car brakes were making a not so pleasant noise sound and a notification was showing up. I turned up at the branch and a lovely young technician dealt with us. He was polite and courteous and very reassuring. Despite the fact that they were clearly very busy he still made the time to see us. Thank you.
