  I bought the new Nissan Micra EV for my wife from Yeomans Nissan Plymouth and received outstanding customer service from the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment we drove the new vehicle home. The part exchange was easy and fair, and like any new car there were gaps in our understanding of the technology, however, after just a quick phone call help and support was readily available. Kevin, Caitlin and the new member Molly couldn't have done more to support us. We are delighted with our purchase.

  The BEST experience I have had when buying a car!! Jamie was absolutely brilliant!! So so helpful and answered every question we had and made sure we were totally happy with everything. I can't recommend this garage enough! Shout out to Emine Tulu too! She was fab!! Only been there a few days and was so good! We had visited a few other dealerships (not Nissan) prior to coming here and the difference in customer service was off the scale. Highly recommend!!

  I was interested in a Nissan X-Trail and whist I didn’t end up buying a car - Phil provided great service. The deal he found for me was very good and at no time did I feel pressured. I would happily recommend the service he and Yeomans provided.

  I would like to say a huge thank you to Dawn Cook at Nissan in Bognor Regis for the outstanding service she gave me. From start to finish, Dawn was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely professional, friendly, caring and genuinely went above and beyond to look after me as a customer. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always took the time to listen, answer all my questions and make sure I was completely happy and comfortable with everything. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such genuine pride in looking after their customers, but Dawn really does. She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking for a new car. She is a credit to Nissan and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will definitely, definitely be going back to Dawn if I ever need another car in the future.   Fantastic service with exceptional, professional and great team. Provided us with all information we needed and made sure we received the car we wanted with no attempts to sell anything that looked good. We received a cheaper car that suited our needs.
