Absolutely fantastic, from the first moment we first walked in to the showroom, to the moment we collected our new car, we were welcomed with open arms and looked after superbly, in particular, James, who was very professional, took his time to make sure we understood everything, with a great sense of humour and great knowledge. We have our company vehicle serviced there and have absolutely no complaints. Sitting there waiting while the car is serviced I observe how they interact with their customers and to be fair, the way they interact with their customers is excellent and is a lesson in customer service. We have second car, which is a BMW, and the service delivered is night and day different and goes to show that the price of the car doesn’t car correlate with service provided.

Sometimes a good business is judged on how well they look after you once the deal is done. I drove 80 miles to by a £10k Qashqai, believing that main dealers don’t sell older cars unless they are of a high standard. Well, not disappointed. Though a few marks on the bodywork the wrap around warranty, pre handover service and even extra fuel was the deciding factor. Then, on collection, a faulty seat tensioner meant I’d already left my niece for a pre booked evening out and she got delayed until 6.30. (I left at 5.15). They sorted what they could and will collect, leave a courtesy car, and repair it next week. A £10,250, 6 year old, 70k miles car, sold by them, full main dealer service stamps and one owner who exchanged for another. I’d tracked the non main dealers and it’s really scary, some really crap, ex auction, cars with wild promises. What’s not to like about this dealer and the help of Edwards Hills and the team. I’d purchased a Qashqai from Yeomans Basingstoke last July and following recommendations, that’s 4 Qasqai’s bought from Yeomans in the past 12 months from friends and family.

At the time of purchase it was pointed out to me that the infotainment screen had started to de laminate but this would be replaced under the warranty. This was arranged for March without any fuss. I’m a mobility customer and today I had to go to Nissan to get a new battery for my key fob, I asked the advisor if he knew of a local auto carwash he checked and couldn’t recommend one and then said that their own garage would clean the car as I’d had the misfortune of parking under a tree and the car was covered in bird pooh, he said that with the sun out it would damage the paint workas a disabled person I was very happy with the customer service of Nissan as I’d already extended my lease on my car, I intend to get another one when the current lease ends

My wife and l went back Yeomans Nissan to part exchange our current Qashqai for a newer model. Harvey Whittock was our sales representative who dealt with our requirements. We were both impressed with his professionalism and overall attitude and was not "pushy" whatsoever. He answered all our queries with confidence and his knowledge was comprehensive. Overall, for purchasing a car, it was a pleasant experience.

Judy and I went to look at the new Quashqai as part of our plan to change our Volvo. We have had cars from this dealer in the past, many years before Yeomans took over, but the manager greeted us like old friends. We intended to do the rounds of the major brands in our search for a new car but when Salesman Craig patiently went through the details of the hybrid e-Power we were sold on it right away. We didn't want a plug-in and the e-Power could have been designed for us! I have to admit, the well publicised drive by Nissan from John O'Groats to Lands End, well over 700 miles, on one tank of petrol, helped us decide but Craig took his time to make sure we knew exactly what the e-Power could offer us. We signed up immediately, cancelled all the other visits, paid our deposit and Craig delivered the new car in just a few days. We have now been driving it for about ten days and we love it. The very comfortable seats that hold you in place, infinitely adjustable for the driver; the variety of petrol and/or battery driving options that the car offers; the way the car feels on the road - it rides the bumps very softly; the quietness of the drive is also surpising. It has plenty of room for four adults and a large boot that will easily take our daughter's spaniels when we are on support duties. Craig explained how the servicing package works and we signed up for three years as we know it will be in good hands in the service bay. It's a car off the production line but it really feels bespoke. Thanks for being so patient with us Craig.

Really friendly and helpful! Just popped in to see the size of the boot on a Juke as we have a 1 year old and needed something bigger. James came to help us, encouraged us to see how the buggy fit and the baby seat. So relaxed and helpful, no pressure at all. We saw a car that really suited us and James arranged a test drive. Buying the car was very relaxed and we felt James was honest and explained everything well. Very pleased with our new car, the service and would definitely go back again.

My experience dealing with Yeomans Eastbourne has been good. I was helpfully approached by Tony Waters , while trying to find the right car on a wet and windy forecourt . Younger salesmen , at competitors , preferred to keep themselves dry , rather than assist customers . I found Tony Waters most charming and helpful providing anold schoollevel of customer service. I recently booked my car in for a service and was very impressed with the experience. They accommodated me on my preferred date, even during the holiday period. On arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I explained a couple of things I wanted checked, left the keys, and everything was handled professionally from there. I received a clear, helpful video and a phone call to discuss the required work and available options, which made the decision easy. I was kept fully informed of progress throughout the day and contacted promptly when the car was ready for collection. My son and daughter-in-law had decided on a Nissan Leaf as her first car, and spent time locating a used one in Camberley. Having arrived at the huge multi floor, multi franchise warehouse, we eventually left after hours (over 2 days) of waiting around and sales talk by advisors who were only interested in commission and closing the sale at whatever cost to the customer. Frustrated and disillusioned by the whole experience I decided to call a car dealer who I had bought from earlier this year, who advised us to go to a Nissan dealership. Yeomans in Basingstoke were our nearest and as we walked towards the main entrance, Ryan greeted us with a friendly smile, made us a cup of coffee and sat us down in his office and listened whilst we told him our story and what we were looking for. I was heading over to just have a browse, I took my son to McDonald’s just over the road before dragging him around looking at cars. When I got to the dealer ship I was greeted by Natasha who was in McDonald’s while I was there, she must have been on a cheeky lunch break and recognised me from there and we had a good chat and shown around. This dealer was a distance from my home but had the car I wanted. I contacted them and got a rapid reply. I laid out that it had to be good, I didn't like being messed around and there was no point trying to sell me all the gimmicks. Craig came back to me quickly, took a video of the vehicle for me to decide myself if to view; I didn't have to ask, which was good. I went to the dealer, was allowed a good length test drive, not put under pressure, no effort to sell me a load of things that I didn't want. We reached a reasonable deal and I purchased the car. We had a fantastic faultless experience from our local Nissan Centre Plymouth (Durnford Street) Greeted warmly by Luke we were instantly offered refreshments and offered a seat. We discussed my needs and Luke gave me options which were available. There was absolutely no pressure from Luke. I was drawn to the Nissan Juke but needed time to think things over. Going back a few days later we took it for a test drive. My decision was made it was the car I needed. The paperwork was smoothly completed by Luke and within 2 weeks the car was ready. On collection day (Corrina I think that was her name) was also fantastic and thoroughly took us through the set up. Excellent service all round.

By far and away the best Nissan garage I have ever been to. I travel here rather than my local one because they are that good. Recently my check engine light came on, and they checked it and upon confirming it was just an error, did not charge me anything but washed it cleaned it and filled the tyres up - all at no charge as well. Genuinely the best garage experience I have ever had.

I love this garage, whether you are buying a new car or just worried about a rattle they are always so helpful. I have just brought my fourth car from them and the service seems to get better each time. My thanks go to Craig for his help and advice, he made the whole process so easy.

Over the years I have bought many new and nearly new cars, but rarely have I had the service I received from the staff at Yeomans (Portsmouth). On my first visit there was a problem with an overflowing toilet, I was kindly redirected to another toilet by a kind lady, who I later discovered was the General Manager! I was most impressed that she was tackling the problem herself rather than relying on others. Having been let down by my local Mercedes dealer I sold my Mercedes privately and hired a car while I looked for a replacement vehicle. As luck would have it I hired the cheapest car I could but when I arrived to collect it, they upgraded the car to a Nissan Quasqai e-power. Having never driven a modern Nissan I wasn't overly impressed, until five miles later when I fell in love with it. so started the search for exactly the same car to buy. After trying a few dealers I went to Yeomans (Portsmouth) who showed me several cars, but I wanted the same model and colour as the hire car and eventually they found one. I will be ever grateful for the efforts of Natasha McCoy and her very helpful staff. Thank you all, if I ever replace it you will be my first port of call.

Went to view a car today. After the initial introduction, we were left to inspect the car at our leisure. No sales pressure, the sales rep just answered our questions when asked. As a Nissan main dealer, they have a wide range to choose from. We had done our research on the model and trim level we were after. After talking to the manager on a few extras, we struck a deal and bought a car. Collection later this week. Easy and relaxing atmosphere with no pressure. Popped back today for a quick visit, still helpful.

Today we picked up a second hand Nissan Juke from Craig at Barnard and Brough in Haywards Heath. Throughout both the buying and collection process he and the team there proved themselves to be fair, helpful, and supportive. After driving a Juke for the past 9 years, there was no doubt in my mind, when it came to upgrading it that I wanted another Juke with all the same spec and tech that I loved about the car. We bought our first Nissan Juke a couple of years ago and had the pleasure of meeting Jack O'Carolan, the salesman at Yeomans Nissan Worthing. When we decided to upgrade our Juke this month we automatically contacted Jack who immediately sent us a few vehicles to look at via e-mail. Yeomans after sales service is excellent, We had an issue with our newly purchase used car (no fault of the garage). We contacted Sullivan (Sales) and he immediately booked the car in to be checked over and arranged for a curtesy car. It was a minor problem and car is fine now. Sullivan has been knowledgeable, polite and attentive from the moment he approached us on the forecourt and this continued onto aftersales care.

Just over two weeks ago we were encouraged by our children,who both have a Qashqai, to go to Yeomans Worthing . On our first visit we met James Hunter. Delighted with the service from Barnard & Brough. We visited several times trying to decide on a suitable car under the Motability scheme. We had lots of patient, helpful advice from the 2 Motability specialists. In the end we decided to buy 2nd hand outright instead. Craig was really great and talked us through everything. It was very unpressured and he was very flexible about test driving the car more than once and on which of the available add-on packages we wanted. We wanted a specific model that wasn't available on the groups used-car list, but he quickly sourced one from elsewhere and we had it within the week. I couldn’t recommend Nissan in Plymouth enough. From start to finish the customer service is beyond what you would expect from all staff. We went to other dealerships beforehand and didn’t get the same feel elsewhere! I dealt with Caitlin who has extensive knowledge about all of the cars there.. answered every single one of my questions without hesitation and is just so lovely.. really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable!

I had the privilege of meeting with Katrina back in February when expressing interest in the Nissan qashquai. Katrina is still learning the ropes of a car sales assistant role, she maintained her professionalism throughout with regular contact and responding in a timely manner to any concerns I had leading to the date of collection. I even threw a spanner in the works when I pulled my part exchange out 3 days before collection. It is important to read the crowd you are working with, and knowing who you can and cannot banter with, Katrina read us as a family well, and created a relaxed approachable relationship. I was able to express my concerns I had on reflection from initially purchasing the car, Katrina took the information on board for her learning, as of mine. The finance agreement I was signing up for came in a particular colour for that deal. I was happy to except the colour, however, the colour (green) was not going to be available in time for the end of March. Katrina was informed by her manager that she could offer me 4 alternative colours, of which I choose, ceramic grey. In order to avoid the cost of the paint they offered to increase my part exchange price to cover the cost, from £1,000 to £1744 I naively excepted this and did not challenge it any further. As time had gone on I had time to reflect and started to question why myself as the customer was being penalised to pay the cost of the paint at an additional £744, when it was not my fault the colour green was not available. I pulled my part exchange out as I was offered more for my original car, and therefore I then had to pay in cash. Katrina listened to the concerns I raised and sympathised and understood where myself as the customer was coming from. I do not feel this has any reflection on the service Katrina provided, she is learning and can only provide the knowledge she has learnt so far in her training. However, as she was seeking guidance from above I do feel the outcome could have been better, I.e. not charging the customer for the paint, as it was no decision of mine to change the colour. On the day of purchase, Katrina thoroughly explained the car and even sat in the car whilst I drove it around the block to get used to the car, I was unable to do this on the day of interest, so initially felt uneasy. Katrina checked back in a few days later to see how I was getting on with car, a thorough friendly service. I wish you all the best as you establish yourself in your career path. Many thanks, Sam.

All round had an excellent experience with the team here. Initially had some issues getting my old car serviced as they could not find the fault however after I paid and discovered the fault was still present they offered a full refund and to continue repairing the vehicle.
