  Purchased a Juke Tekna and cannot praise the Worthing branch enough. The sales team (Dan and Ashley) were so helpful and never pushy. I felt assured that time was spent in getting the right car for me (used one) and all the options available to me. Ashley went above and beyond to answer my questions and never made me feel that I was under pressure to buy. It was a refreshing way to purchase a car and the after care Worthing (and Ashley) have given me has been excellent. I cannot recommend Yeomans Nissan Worthing enough for used or new cars. No matter the budget you’re treated with respect and a valued customer.

  Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and unlike some other car dealerships, there was no pressure to buy. A special thank you to Ashley (Sales Manager) and Jack (Sales Executive), who were extremely patient and helpful in assisting my elderly parents to buy a used car. Overview: Yeomans have 36 sites across the UK, spanning from Cornwall to East Sussex. 8 of which are Nissan. The car my parents ended up buying was originally in Portsmouth, but Jack kindly arranged for the car to be delivered to Worthing. They have a good range of new and used cars. On average, the Worthing office sells 120 cars a month. Currently, with the plate change due in September, they have some great deals on new cars, so if you’re looking to buy a new car, I recommend you pop down and speak to the sales team. Additional Information: When buying a used car, part of the deal included a 1-year breakdown cover and a 6-month warranty. To ensure my parents had peace of mind, we also explored extended warranties. 1 year499 2 years799 In addition to selling cars, they also have a servicing and parts team. Happy car hunting.

  A really good experience buying a used X-Trail from these guys. A couple of minor issues will be ironed out, reassuring me that I made the correct decision to travel to Aldershot.   We recently bought a two-year-old used Nissan Juke from Barnard & Brough and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We dealt with Craig, who was genuinely lovely throughout the process. He was friendly, welcoming, and very easy to talk to, making us feel at ease from the moment we walked into the showroom. He took the time to answer all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had about the car. When we noticed a couple of small chips in the windscreen, Craig didn't hesitate to arrange for the entire windscreen to be replaced before we collected the car a week later. It was great customer service and showed that they genuinely care about delivering the car in the best possible condition. Craig also made the changeover from our old car to the new one straightforward, helping us with all the paperwork and ensuring everything went smoothly. When we returned to collect the car, he was there to greet us and made it clear that if we had any questions or issues in the future, he would be our first point of contact and would be happy to help. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. We'd happily recommend Barnard & Brough Nissan, and especially Craig, to anyone looking to buy a new or used Nissan. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

  I just want to thank - David & Mark for their wonderful help in sorting out the payment plan for the service done to my partner’s car. David has always been helpful in anyway he can and this is not th first time, a very good customer service, consistent, explaining things properly and most of all, he is very patient. Mark was very helpful over the phone and I really appreciate his effort of giving me a call back yesterday to sort out my concern. Wonderful team, also to the staff who assisted me but wasn’t able to get his name. We all need someone like David & Mark in the customer service industry. I hope Nissan will recognise their effort and reward them, thank you.

  I went to Nissan as I had an older Leaf, I was given excellent advice from a young salesman called Joshua Buckley, everything went smoothly and I am now driving a much newer less mileage Leaf. Very happy indeed.
