My wife and l went back Yeomans Nissan to part exchange our current Qashqai for a newer model. Harvey Whittock was our sales representative who dealt with our requirements. We were both impressed with his professionalism and overall attitude and was not "pushy" whatsoever. He answered all our queries with confidence and his knowledge was comprehensive. Overall, for purchasing a car, it was a pleasant experience.

My son and daughter-in-law had decided on a Nissan Leaf as her first car, and spent time locating a used one in Camberley. Having arrived at the huge multi floor, multi franchise warehouse, we eventually left after hours (over 2 days) of waiting around and sales talk by advisors who were only interested in commission and closing the sale at whatever cost to the customer. Frustrated and disillusioned by the whole experience I decided to call a car dealer who I had bought from earlier this year, who advised us to go to a Nissan dealership. Yeomans in Basingstoke were our nearest and as we walked towards the main entrance, Ryan greeted us with a friendly smile, made us a cup of coffee and sat us down in his office and listened whilst we told him our story and what we were looking for. Ryan was knowledgeable and experienced in his role. We needed finance and he helped us decide which option would be better for us (I’m not good with numbers but Ryan could not have been more patient or helpful to make sure we understood, even when I asked him to go through everything again with my husband on the phone as reassurance for me). To make sure we had choice, Ryan looked across all branches of the Yeomans Nissan group. We decided to go home and think about a car we had been told about which was at another branch, however, Ryan called us a bit later to say a Leaf was due to arrive at their branch at the end of the day as a part exchange. It was a car which was known to them as they had serviced it for the past 2 years and he thought it would be a good fit for us. We were delighted with this news and after viewing and a test drive, my son and daughter-in-law made to decision to buy and took delivery of the car after being serviced and polished, 2 weeks ago. We are so pleased with the Leaf and also our decision to buy from a main dealer, especially Yeomans Basingstoke and Ryan. With a years warranty rather than the usual 3 months and, 2 additional free services as part of the finance deal, we have peace of mind and confidence that should we need it, Ryan and his team will be there with excellent customer service and specialist knowledge on our car. Ryan Haines was fantastic from start to finish! The car is phenomenal and even more technological than we expected, but Ryan made it much easier, as he has such a lovely, personable style to get the information across . Ryan made the whole process of trading in and buying a new car so straightforward -it happened so quickly! If you are thinking about looking at a NIssan in the future, this is the garage to go to. By far and away the best Nissan garage I have ever been to. I travel here rather than my local one because they are that good. Recently my check engine light came on, and they checked it and upon confirming it was just an error, did not charge me anything but washed it cleaned it and filled the tyres up - all at no charge as well. Genuinely the best garage experience I have ever had.

I have just had my engine replaced with Yeomanns Nissan Basingstoke. A special mention must go to Martin Gibbins. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish, keeping us updated on the progress every step of the way. I received my car back today which had been cleaned inside and out. Bought a new Qashqai 3 months ago and received excellent service from start to finish. Always friendly and cheerful Yesterday went for a small summer check-up and once again overwhelmed by the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff. Really pleasant to come away from any business and feel effort was made and service delivered.

Just purchased my third Nissan Qashqai from this Yeomans dealership (previously. Westway Nissan).The service I received from the Sales Team, Stuart, Ryan and General Manager, Chris Harris was exceptional. A few minor things to address on this quality Used Car but they were addressed without quibble. I can't recommend Yeoman's Basingstoke highly enough.

If only all after sales was carried out like it is here! After having purchased a car at another yeomans branch (cupra Exeter) and having issues, Doug got given the task of rectifying the issue as all though they’re not cupra they are our closest yeomans.It took a couple of goes but we got there in the end. Doug and Wayne persevered and never made us feel like there wasn’t an issue, took our concerns and thoughts on board and most of all we didn’t feel fobbed off like we had at the other branch, they kept us in the loop and even dropped the car back to us after the first visit. Recently bought Nissan juke Tekna from Yeomens in Basingstoke and could not fault their service. Ryan was our salesman and he was so nice, friendly, funny always kept me in the loop, answered all my questions even though some of them were stupid, he was a superstar. We booked a test drive there. Everything was almost fine, but we were given just 15 minutes. This is not enough, of course. Also, it would be good to test a car together with a Nissan rep who knows the neares roads and to drive on a special route, such as a motorway, speed bumps, etc. Otherwise, you just have no time to test a car properly.

We have just purchased a Nissan Leaf electric car from Yeomans, Basingstoke and are really pleased with the car. Ryan was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. He explained the operation regarding the car to enable us to be able to proceed from going from petrol to electric. Very satisfied with our purchase and experience.

Ordered a new car with Connor in May with an estimated delivery time of August, but car arrived this week in June and I collected this week. Fantastic service from start to finish, Connor even sent a video to show my new car before I collected it and talked me through the car details before I drove it away. The whole process was seamless and I would highly recommend both Yeomans Basingstoke and Connor especially who was very knowledgeable and highly professional. I was very happy with my car and the service I received.

Quite some good used cars, neat with low mileage. Finance is considered though only for those who have been in the UK for longer than 3 years and have a driving license. Every other is expected to come in with cash or check with their bank if it is ready to supply. Current car rate about 15k pound in total at the least. They are very neat cars. I could not get the opportunity to drive them round at the moment though but if course, if you meet the criteria, why not. Just come with your driver's license and evidence of long stay and you could even drive the best of the cars home

Just called into Nissan Basingstoke on the off chance as we have been buying Nissan cars for the past ten years through another Nissan Dealer. Seen by Ryan Haines almost immediately. I just took my car here for annual service. Katie from the service team was incredible and she is definitely an asset of the company. They identify a puncture in one of my tyres, however my car is leased so the leasing company booked for my tyre to be change in a different provider on the next day, as this was late and as my Tyre was flat, Katie managed to get me a courtesy car until the next day, so i could safely drive home and collect my car the day after to get the tyre repaired. This was class customer service and it shows that Katie really cares about the customers I can highly recommend this dealership.

Nothing is too much trouble for the guys at yeomans nissan Basingstoke- recently had to have a new battery fitted by the RAC which knocked out the computer system. It required a PIN number which I didn’t have- called up and within a day it was E mailed to me .. always reliable and helpful.. well done Nissan Basingstoke! HB

We have been looking for a new car. It has been quite a chore I am 4ft 11 inches and my husband is 5ft 10 inches. Not many cars can accommodate us both as the head rest can also be a problem as they tend to tip foward into the back of head. Both passed the test, at Yeomans Nissan. The added bonus was Glenn the salesman he gave us alot information to help us make our decision. So we have a lot to think about.

This is our 3rd car from Ryan at Yeomans Nissan and as always we're very happy with both our vehicle and the service. I'm almost a little sad to have collected it, as I shall miss seeing Ryan's smiling face on my regular video updates! Where we've had minor snagging issues with the latest car they have been dealt with promptly, without fuss and with the best hot chocolate in Basingstoke :)

Picked up my new car this week having ordered during the recent sales event. I’m stunned that I already have it only 6 weeks on from ordering! Great experience from start to finish with Ryan Haines. After deciding to change to a Motability car, I was incredibly overwhelmed with the options available and what I needed it to suit. Before coming into Nissan, I have been to 8 alternate dealers, test drove multiple cars but decided to travel out further ,from the first interaction with Ryan I knew this was the right fit, he has amazing customer service, gave me all the info but in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. Took me on a test drive that day, and I order it there and then. Has kept me up to date through the process and now I have my car much earlier than planned, got me all set up with car play etc. Ryan was the reason I went with Nissan, I hadn’t experienced that customer service at any other dealer and that was the most important part for me. I highly recommend!

Really great experience buying my new motability car from Nissan Yeomans Basingstoke. Ryan was extremely helpful and professional throughout. This car is a lot different to my previous car, as it is ePower. But Ryan took care to make sure he went through it all methodically and explained everything. The aftercare is fantastic and he is happy for me to contact him if I need a refresh on any of the controls. I really couldn’t recommend Ryan and Yeomans enough. And to top it all the car is fabulous as well!

Cannot rate this garage highly enough. A few weeks ago had a service but forgot to mention a squeak in the steering, just been to have a tyre change, which was much cheaper than local to me, I mentioned the squeak and they fixed it without charge. Never had that with a garage before. This is the third time that tweaks have been done very reasonably or without charge. Excellent service.

Excellent service, Ryan who was motility salesman was brilliant, once car was ordered he kept in touch by email every 2weeks, as delivery date kept changing, difficult times at moment, but was worth the wait, Ryan showed me all the gadgets in the car, how to start/stop the engine, the auto gears, rang me Monday morning to check all ok. Well what can I say yeah another great performance by Basingstoke Nissan special shout out to Glenn Brown. yeah another sterling performance, three years ago we bought our first juke from Basingstoke Nissan. I said to Glenn I will be back in three years and last Saturday I took delivery of my Juke RS Nismo. It says a lot when someone who lives in Bournemouth is prepared to travel up to Basingstoke for another deal on a car. that sort of thing wouldn’t happen if it was not a great experience the first time round. Ps Glenn I’ve not stopped smiling yet.

Best service I have ever had from the time we walked into the show room and we met Glen Brown you got the feeling that it wasn't about the sale but customer satisfaction. From discussing the options to booking the test drive to acquiring the car was done smoothly with all the steps explained to make it easier. Taking delivery of the car was also a pleasure with all the components in the car fully explained. There was so a follow up call after 4 days to see how we were getting on with the car.

I looked at a new Leaf here and really liked it. The staff were friendly and the show room was well managed. The new leaf was just a bit out of our reach financially. The dealership was very busy when I visited again recently to look at the new Ayria so I was only able to see it from the outside.

Glenn and Lionel need a pay rise! Just over a week ago Glenn emailed me to discuss my options along either buying a new car and upgrading early or carrying on with my current contract. I decided to further carry on with my options and choose between a juke and leaf and after getting some numbers from Glenn I chose the leaf. And it was the best decision I've ever made. Just over a week later I have had an exceptional and really friendly, welcoming and great experience with everyone I've spoken to at westway nissan basingstoke! Great customer service, we personally purchased our car through Glen, who was great, very professional and always kept us informed. I had to ring up a couple of times to query insurance and I spoke to 2 other employees and they were great too and were able to find the information I needed. We were impressed with the care Ryan took to give us comprehensive information regarding the Qashqai Tekna car. It gave us a good base to compare different makes of cars in that range which we also test drove. Our decision to purchase the Qashqai was based on the performance of the car and Ryan's patient answers to all our queries. We were given all the information we needed.

Lovely place nice and open. Staff was friendly and professional especially noel paddock he wasn't too pushy and let us take our time which is a great thing for a salesman 😁. Had a test drive which Noel was fantastic about he gave us our time to get used to setting the car up and explaining how everything works before we started driving.
