I highly recommend this dealership for their professional and reliable service. After a frustrating eight months spent dealing with false promises and unresolved issues elsewhere, their team successfully repaired my car and delivered on every commitment. The collection was handled promptly, and they provided a courtesy vehicle as promised. Even when a minor delay occurred due to an incorrect part being delivered, their staff remained patient and understanding of our situation. It is rare to find such high standards of accountability, and I am grateful for their help.

We have our company vehicle serviced there and have absolutely no complaints. Sitting there waiting while the car is serviced I observe how they interact with their customers and to be fair, the way they interact with their customers is excellent and is a lesson in customer service. We have second car, which is a BMW, and the service delivered is night and day different and goes to show that the price of the car doesn’t car correlate with service provided.

Qashqai went in for a software update on 6/3/2025. The whole process was seamless and professional. Staff at front of house were very helpful and my car was even returned beautifully washed. I had previously tried a different main dealer to get the work done but after being promised call backs on 4 occasions I gave up. Go to Yeomans to get your work done.

Just had my Qashqai E Power Tekna+ in for its first mid service. Firstly very happy with my Qashqai very smooth, powerful and well equipped, a pleasure to drive, this is my fifth. Went to view a car today. After the initial introduction, we were left to inspect the car at our leisure. No sales pressure, the sales rep just answered our questions when asked. As a Nissan main dealer, they have a wide range to choose from. We had done our research on the model and trim level we were after. After talking to the manager on a few extras, we struck a deal and bought a car. Collection later this week. Easy and relaxing atmosphere with no pressure. Popped back today for a quick visit, still helpful.

Yesterday, took my car into Yeomans Aldershot, to be told could not drive until water pump had been replaced. Obviously I was very upset as unable to use my car. Chris kept be updated about my car, and was hoping to get it fixed by Saturday morning. The service I received was first class. I was lucky to have called and they booked me in. Such a professional team very attentive. A few days later I got a courtesy email with a voucher. You can wait inside able to make a coffee. They kept me updated throughout. The waiting times are not long however you can walk to the town centre if you don't want to wait. This is now my favourite place to book my service for my car. Yeomans after sales service is excellent, We had an issue with our newly purchase used car (no fault of the garage). We contacted Sullivan (Sales) and he immediately booked the car in to be checked over and arranged for a curtesy car. It was a minor problem and car is fine now. Sullivan has been knowledgeable, polite and attentive from the moment he approached us on the forecourt and this continued onto aftersales care.

I dealt initially with Fabion in purchasing my new Ariya and then with Guy who handled the handover. They were both excellent and friendly throughout the process. The car has a huge amount of tech which can be somewhat overwhelming but they were fabulous at demystifying everything. The experience we received was excellent from first contact to getting our Qashqai. We rang up and gave them a time we would be coming to the showroom and the car we were interested in. Sullivan Bird was the sales person who dealt with us and was expecting us. We found he was very easy to deal with and had answers for all our questions. We were given the option to test drive on our own but we decided to be accompanied so Sullivan also came with us on the test drive, which was very helpful. There was a slight issue when we picked the car up which they explained to us. But I have to say they did everything possible to rectify the situation without having to be prompted. In my experience its only really when things do go wrong you find out how good or not the service really is. I can say that Sullivan went the extra mile to ensure we were not negatively impacted by the issue in anyway, in fact we were happier with the proposed solution than if the issue had not happened. He even dropped the car round to our house a few hours later, putting some extra petrol into it on the way 😊. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and will use them again if our next car is a Nissan. Many thanks to Sullivan and the team.

Drove 50 miles to Yeomans Aldershot to view a car preferred mostly on colour as more local Franchises had the same model but less desired. On arrival we received a friendly professional welcome from 'Lee' Sales Exec & in no time we were offered a test drive which once satisfied the car was viable we accepted. Never intended buying there and then but given the competitive px price negotiated & professional way we were dealt with I felt no reason not to buy from Yeomans so paid a deposit & collected the car a week later. Can't fault anything & Lee's help plus patient handover were the icing on the cake. In my experience I can't fault Yeomans Aldershot in any way. Thank you.

After being let down by a local supplier, even though they ordered me a battery and took payment but after a week couldn’t tell me where it was! I called Nissan, I spoke with Colin who confirmed they had what I needed in stock and said if I could get there within the hour they could fit it too. Even though it was close to closing time. I bought my Nissan Juke a few years ago now. I still remember the friendly, yet professional service I was given, during and since my purchase. Excellent strongly recommend to anyone on motability. Unlike the other place I visited when I mention it was a motability car they where very welcoming and more then happy to help. If I'm honest I try and avoid main dealers like the plague. Yeomans Service department has completely changed my view. Vehicle (work van) went in for warranty works. After the initial phone all for the booking the service team can back to me informing me that there was a vehicle recall required and it turned out that solved the issue I had. Relaxed, laid back but professional garage who did what they said they were going to do..... Thank you....

I visited Nissan Aldershot last week as I had an issue with my Qashqai. I was planning on doing a long journey and was worried that the car might brake down. They were very helpful and Steve the workshop manager had a quick look at the vehicle and ensured me it wouldn’t brake down and got me booked in for the fault to be looked at. Very greatful as it put my mind at rest

I’ve been driving for 60 years and I’ve always done the routine maintenance and repairs on our cars myself. To preserve the warranty on my Nissan Leaf battery, I have been obliged to have a major service done by an Agent. I chose Yeomans in Aldershot, because my local one had some unflattering reports. I have heard that some garage mechanics skimp on the laid down items because they deem them unnecessary or too difficult. Because one is not allowed in the workshop to witness the procedure, I decided to mark various components so that I could check afterwards. The main items for the service are replacing the brake fluid and the cabin air filter, the latter being quite difficult to access. I am satisfied that that the service was carried out correctly. Various other checks were carried out, the carpets vacuumed and I was presented with a traction battery report. My attention was drawn to a defect in one tyre which they offered to replace from stock. The service took an hour and a quarter, during which time I had access to complementary coffee and wifi. I am impressed with the service I received from this agency and am inclined to return next year.

This is how selling a car should be done. This dealership is the best I have ever experienced (I've bought over 15 new cars in my time) they do exactly what the say they are going to do. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and very efficient. Even though this dealership is 65 miles away, I will be returning for routine servicing on my juke. Very good service. Called me to let me knowbthe car had arrived. Also I was able to order the cR quickly which I thought might be a problem when I had been let down by another make of car. Helpful staff and although there was some delays with the motorbility website the staff were really helpful and supportive and really apologetic which it wasn't their fault but certainly made things feel better as they tried really hard to get things done as fast as possible.

This is possibly the best dealership I've ever been to. It's kinda rare these days to walk in a car dealers and actually feel like they want to do business! I dealt with a salesman called Josh and from the go he made me feel welcome. Do not hesitate to visit these folks if you're thinking of buying a Nissan. First class work folks, keep it up.

Have used this garage for the last 10 years to service and maintain my van. Although a little more expensive, they always came across as honest and reliable, and only recommend additional work if actually required! Each service also includes a years RAC membership, for added peace of mind. Being more cautious, I generally prefer to pay a little more for quality, hobesty and reliability. Only after my recent BAD experiences with other garages and a warranty company, do I now appreciate how good this garage has been. I now understand why the motor trade has such a poor reputation, and the good ones really do stand out. Well done Westway Nissan. Would definitely recommend if you have a Nissan.

So to begin with I had alot of problems was fobbed off to start with so my view wasn't very good it was made worse by the fact I had to wait so long till my car was seen however as soon as my car was in it was a massive turn around they became helpful and polite and explained what was going on with the car and video to show what was wrong with the car was a nice touch in the end my experience was good would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the awful start

I have received nothing but great service from Westway Nissan, since I bought a Nissan Acenta DCI in December 2013. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Also, for those of you concerned about costs, you should have looked into the monthly service plans. They are very good value, and include extras that SAVE you money (like roadside assistance).

I wanted a health check and I needed a diagnosis for a dashboard warning. I myself never set foot into the place the multiple people I spoke to on the phone were extremely pleasant, accommodating and informative. I spoke with James to hear the results of the checks and diagnostics and it was a pleasure to speak to him we quickly booked in a another appointment to get the advisory works carried out on the vehicle. I would definitely come here again even though it's out of the way for me.

Myself and my mother came in to test drive a Juke and Quasqui and couldn't have been happier with the service we were provided. Chelsea was brilliant and answered all the questions we had. When we ordered our cars she kept us regularly informed about the date of delivery. The service plan was explained to us well. The only reason they don't get five stars is because I had to re-sign all the paperwork due to an error with the first agreement. I couldn't recommend the dealership and the cars enough

I bought my Nissan Leaf from Westway Nissan in June 2015, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. I've been back many times since to use their rapid charger and I've always been greeted with a friendly smile, a warm welcome and good coffee! Highly recommended, particularly Guy Millar who was my contact at the garage during the purchase. Edit: I continue to be very impressed by the service I receive from this garage. I recently had to have a wheel bearing replaced after I knackered it driving over a hidden kerb ... my contact, Jonathan, from the service department has to be the most polite and courteous member of staff I've ever encountered! Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he really made me feel valued as a person - not just a number in a customer database. I was also pleasantly surprised that my car had been valeted inside and out when they returned it to me!
