Previously i felt like i had an issue with nissan how i felt was treated but since I had a previous issue nissan have been really supportive had few small issues with my car but nissan have been really helpful showing me where the issue are how get them fixed plus 1 of the issue with my car got fixed on the same day as it was booked in and was done with in a hour which is a massive help as I use my car daily plus the staff have been kind and understanding and keeping me notified on when parts and repairs can happen so overall would recommend been helpful

Over the years I have bought many new and nearly new cars, but rarely have I had the service I received from the staff at Yeomans (Portsmouth). On my first visit there was a problem with an overflowing toilet, I was kindly redirected to another toilet by a kind lady, who I later discovered was the General Manager! I was most impressed that she was tackling the problem herself rather than relying on others. Having been let down by my local Mercedes dealer I sold my Mercedes privately and hired a car while I looked for a replacement vehicle. As luck would have it I hired the cheapest car I could but when I arrived to collect it, they upgraded the car to a Nissan Quasqai e-power. Having never driven a modern Nissan I wasn't overly impressed, until five miles later when I fell in love with it. so started the search for exactly the same car to buy. After trying a few dealers I went to Yeomans (Portsmouth) who showed me several cars, but I wanted the same model and colour as the hire car and eventually they found one. I wanted to add an update to my recent review - I had an issue with a tyre (don't we just love a stray screw in the tread causing a slow puncture) that was obviously not Yeomans fault but as I was driving by I called in to ask for advice. I didn't just get advice from Jack, I got the service manager stepping in and fixing it there and then. He took the car away and 30 minutes later the tyre was good as new. We popped down to waterlooville with the intention of looking at buying an automatic Juke, a little bit younger than my current one. Jack was very helpful and gave us all the time we needed to look at the right car for the right value of exchange. After a couple of chats over the phone and a handful of emails I decided to buy a new Juke Hybrid ‘blind’ without even driving one! This daunting procedure was made somewhat easier by the care and attention that was given to us by the staff; particularly David Jordan, the Sales Executive who we dealt with directly. Without going into details, I thought we were fussy customers, but it seemed that the they were determined to get us a car at the specification and condition we wanted. All the processes relevant to the purchase and after-sale servicing were make clear with no apparent pressure to sign on the dotted line for add-ons we didn’t want; but I will say, there are a couple well worth considering. We can’t think of anything we had to do that wasn’t explained fully or even done for us. After the purchase, we had an issue that had to be addressed, but that was handled seamlessly. Hopefully, the same level of professionalism will be apparent when the car is serviced at the dealership. Whilst I was sat waiting on one of my visits – drinking a second excellent complimentary coffee - I heard one couple say ‘They’re good here, aren’t they..?’ I have to agree.

Visited for the first time to have car serviced and MOT’d…I’m used to being called and given the option to get any further work required done at same time and I was told they would be in contact during the day regarding the ‘health check’, however this didn’t happen and instead they gave me results of health check and a list with prices on collection so will need to rebook for extras, not too much of an issue but would be good to know that upfront. Gary is Service was friendly and helpful and is obviously well known and liked by his regulars. They have Covid measures in place and clear signage…hand sanitiser is readily available and they ask customers to wear a mask and have a box of masks available for anyone without one…sadly most of the customers I saw were ignoring this polite request!

I've had my Nissan 350Z for ten Years, and throughout that time I have always taken it to Yeomans Nissan in Waterlooville (previously WKB). The level of customer service I consistently experience is exceptional, with very personable and engaging Staff, who clearly know me and my Vehicle. My most recent request for assistance involved numerous issues with my Nissan 350Z, including multiple cylinder misfires, and splitting drive belts. I usually deal with Garry and Ash on the Customer Desk, and this time it was Garry who coordinated the repairs. He obtained one of the main parts through an accelerated Order, and he contacted me regularly with updates and options. Garry kept me fully informed with what was happening, and after my Vehicle was fixed, he personally spoke to me when I attended Yeomans Nissan to pick it up. Garry had the main involvement on this occasion, and as always he was extremely helpful, but also a mention for Ash who dealt with several queries in Garry's absence, and Craig the Vehicle Technician, who must be very familiar with my Nissan 350Z, and who also personally spoke to me about the issues identified and the repairs carried out. My Nissan 350Z is now back on the road, and I will always bring it to Yeomans Nissan for any work.

Are my expectations too high?? Should I be more realistic and accept that in this day and age, attention to detail is not what it should be?! After lengthy research, we decided to investigate further the idea of buying a fully electric car! Coming to our aid, Gerard, a sales rep at Yeomans Nissan Portsmouth, was very helpful. The whole process was carried out online and over the phone, but fortunately, we were able to arrange a test drive. Eventually, we agreed to purchase the dealership demonstrator model. The big day arrives for collection!! What an absolutely disappointing experience!!! We paid extra for paint and interior protection ─ I'm not sure if it has been done! The car had been cleaned but not very well, especially if you were going to apply a protective coating after. A note to anyone providing a service or a product, don't blame the current global situation for poor quality workmanship! Especially after saying it would require additional time to complete this £349.00 service. Being condescending to someone who has just handed over a figure exceeding £20k by whatever means does not give a warm fuzzy feeling! “Would I recommend them?” I guess only time will tell, as I now have an ongoing relationship with them! On the day, I probably had an emotional response to these issues, and for that, I apologise to anyone in earshot of my rantings!

I have an aging Nissan 350Z which requires an element of care, and I have turned up on numerous occasions without an appointment to report a problem. The Staff are extremely attentive and accommodating, and have always seen me at a moments notice, and efficiently and effectively dealt with any issues. The current Front Desk Team of Garry and Ash epitomise the highest standards of customer service. They're very engaging and helpful, always resolving my vehicle requirements, and they recognise and communicate with me as someone who they know, even down to the now expected comments about how much complimentary coffee I'm likely to drink. Since the move of their location to North Harbour, Yeomans remains as inviting as ever and they cannot do enough for you.
