I ordered a 2019 Nissan QASHQAI online via the Yeomans Nissan website after cancelling an order from Cinch following extremely awful service from them. I ordered from Yeomans Eastbourne on a friday night and received a call from Tony Waters the following morning where he introduced himself, spoke through the next steps and he also provided a detailed video tour of the car I had selected to reassure me of its quality and features. The garage provided a reasonable price for my trade in vehicle and also put some money towards my deposit as part of an offer. I am very pleased with the price and the quality of the new car. I received a fantastic service from Tony throughout the purchasing process. Tony called me daily to check in and update me on order details. The car has been fully valeted, had a major service and had a new MOT before I collected it. Upon my arrival at the handover appointment Tony was waiting for me outside the showroom and he guided me to where to park my trade in vehicle, I then received a lovely coffee and had a good chat before we finalised all the paperwork and I was then provided with a demonstration of the vehicles features. The QASHQAI feels very luxurious compared to my previous vehicle's and it has plenty of space to fit my family of 4, including all the items needed for young children such as prams and bags. I can not fault Yeomans Nissan Eastbourne for their service and expertise, I highly recommend them/Tony if you are looking for your next car!

The situation is this, me and Lady Pamela were searching for a replacement car, as our car unfortunately was involved in an accident recently and was classed as a write-off. Our first port of call was to visit as many Nissan dealerships as possible using the internet and visiting them in person. Sometimes you have to travel for a good car in my view. We decided to view a car at Yeoman's Nissan in Eastbourne. The complication here is that trying to find the right replacement car for a like for like basis was a very daunting task indeed and a minefield we just could not navigate ourselves in the right direction, me and Lady Pamela were both caught in a mendacious fog and in my view cars are plentiful and we are spoilt for choice now days. Then we met Steve the showroom sales representative at that branch at Yeoman's Nissan in Eastbourne this gentleman was hospitable and accommodating and very friendly helpful and also very knowledgeable and had the compassion to understand our tragic situation recently with the written off car we had. He listened to us very attentively and was able to tease out of us our needs and wants and what spec we wanted in the new replacement car, he is professional in his approach and conduct and made our journey in finding the right car easy, he gave us the transparency we needed to get out of the mendacious fog we were both caught in when it comes to buying a car. Lady Pamela liaised with Steve and me via phone and in person at the dealership he came up with many choices, in fact he sourced a lovely car and is a man of his word. He used his professional work tools and networking skills to locate the right car for Lady Pamela, me being Lady Pamela's partner witnessed the whole sales experience and I have to say that Steve is impeccable at his job. There is no hard selling by him or pressure for a sale he is definitely a leader and an expert in his field and shows complete professionalism in the Nissan dealership at Yeoman's in Eastbourne, so my advice to anyone out there looking to buy a new or used car, give Steve a call as he is very customer focused and wants the customer to be happy and he gave us the reassurance before we parted with our monies. He stressed to us it's about getting the right car for the customer. Lady Pamela had picked her new car up and had a smile on her face like a Cheshire cat, this made me very happy indeed to know that this type of gentleman and schollor exists at Yeoman's Nissan in Eastbourne, he is definitely a good example of a customer focused sales man. The car sales industry could do with more people like him he definitely is a good example of a sales rep who trys to understand the customers needs and wants. He resolved our issues completely and now looking back at the interaction we had with him with this car we purchased we have had time to process the whole experience in our minds. Not normally one to leave feedback but would like to say Eastbourne Nissan were fantastic when it came to dealing with an under warranty issue. The customer service team were very helpful and informative through the whole process. My wife dropped the car off and borrowed a courtesy car for the day whilst our car was being looked at, she said she was very impressed with the help she received from Chris (the Welsh guy) and felt like a valued customer and not a number like another branch we’d been to. I was sent a video from the mechanic during the cars health check showing exactly what they look for and the condition of it which was great to see and very reassuring. I later received a full update and breakdown of the fault that caused the issue from a really nice guy named Richard. He went through all my concerns step by step and assured me that should any return or reoccur they would be able to further investigate or replace hassle free. Although it was nerving getting the faults show up on the car we understood that these things happen and it’s how it’s dealt with that matters, Eastbourne Nissan and it’s staff proved that manufactures warranty was worth its weight when resolving the issues. We even received the car back cleaner than when we handed it over which was the cherry on top. I would therefore highly recommend Eastbourne Nissan and it’s fantastic staff, and would like to thank them for looking after us and our car in such prompt a professional manner. I spoke to a chap called Paul who could not have been more helpful, he arranged to pick the car up for me complete the service and then return it to me once done. It was so simple and easy, as I would have struggled to get the car to them due to work commitments.They did a video health check on the car which was brilliant.
