My experience dealing with Yeomans Eastbourne has been good. I was helpfully approached by Tony Waters , while trying to find the right car on a wet and windy forecourt . Younger salesmen , at competitors , preferred to keep themselves dry , rather than assist customers . I found Tony Waters most charming and helpful providing an ‘old school ‘ level of customer service. I bought the 18 month old Nissan Ariya and have been most pleased with the car and service. I would not hesitate to recommend Yeomans Eastbourne based on service experience.

Nice staff and great service from everyone at Yeomans Eastbourne. Kept up to date and informed at every stage of service. Nice welcome on arrival and the same on collection. It is extremely busy outside and can be difficult to navigate round to park. Having said that, the service received far out ways that small inconvenience. On of the friendliest service departments we have used.

I can’t thank the team at Yeomans Nissan garage enough! I turned up with my wing mirror hanging off after it was knocked by an ambulance, and although they couldn’t repair it on the spot because a part had to be ordered, they didn’t hesitate to help me. Miguel and Dave went above and beyond to do a temporary fix so I can still go on holiday next week without worrying. After buying many cars over the years from this dealership, I must say the staff at Eastbourne have been nothing but excellent. I have been in the motor industry for 30+ years, and have seen it all! Occasionally I am reminded at how high the service level bar can be set - Michael, parts chap at Yeomans Nissan is such an example. He sorted an issue on my son’s car, an old Note, after an independent garage messed something up - no charge too! So as I leave this garage I am desperately thinking how I can spend money with them over the next year - as the Mandalorian eloquently said, “this is the way”!!

Booked car in for service and MOT, very impressed. Received a phone call from Renato the day before confirming the arrangements, checking in on the day was fast and efficient. I bought a Nissan Juke and I am very happy with the car. Mark was very patient with me and my brother. He answered all the questions. Took is time with us, showing the car and explained all the steps. Mark never rushed us even when we were still there after 6pm. Having purchased a used X trail from this group, I am happy to write a review. Phoned prior to make an apt to see vehicle as travelling a long way, was advice to ask for Mark on arrival. Shown car ( with lovely cup of Tea) and went for good varied road test drive. On arriving back, left on my own to review vehicle with no pressure. On confirming I would like the vehicle, there were somethings that needed to be addressed, before I confirmed. Mark agreed, he would attend to theses send a video and if I was happy we could confirm deal. True to his word video sent. I wanted to collect the car on Friday, which Mark needed to make a special effort to come in as his day off. Thank you Mark Allison.

We have recently used Yeomans Eastbourne to buy a new Nissan Qashqai that we saw on their website. Having been round pretty much all the local dealerships in search for a new car with varying levels of decent customer service, I can highly recommend Danny Wright at Nissan Eastbourne. I ordered a 2019 Nissan QASHQAI online via the Yeomans Nissan website after cancelling an order from Cinch following extremely awful service from them. I ordered from Yeomans Eastbourne on a friday night and received a call from Tony Waters the following morning where he introduced himself, spoke through the next steps and he also provided a detailed video tour of the car I had selected to reassure me of its quality and features. The garage provided a reasonable price for my trade in vehicle and also put some money towards my deposit as part of an offer. I am very pleased with the price and the quality of the new car. I received a fantastic service from Tony throughout the purchasing process. Tony called me daily to check in and update me on order details. The car has been fully valeted, had a major service and had a new MOT before I collected it. Upon my arrival at the handover appointment Tony was waiting for me outside the showroom and he guided me to where to park my trade in vehicle, I then received a lovely coffee and had a good chat before we finalised all the paperwork and I was then provided with a demonstration of the vehicles features. The QASHQAI feels very luxurious compared to my previous vehicle's and it has plenty of space to fit my family of 4, including all the items needed for young children such as prams and bags. I can not fault Yeomans Nissan Eastbourne for their service and expertise, I highly recommend them/Tony if you are looking for your next car!

If you want to purchase a Nissan car you won't go wrong if you go to Nissan Eastbourne, No doubt all the staff are excellent I det with Adam Stone he made the whole experience simple at a time when I needed it you hear lots of insults and poor jokes about car salesmen but you won't have that at this garage. My car was booked in for its annual service and mot, I received the usual high level of service I have come to expect from yeomans since moving down from London a couple of years ago. I was kept informed throughout the day of how the work was progressing, All work, including recommendations were completed to time, and on collection of mÿ vehicle a delightful lady called Denise Grant looked after me, and saw me on my way. Overall an excellent service from all concerned.

The situation is this, me and Lady Pamela were searching for a replacement car, as our car unfortunately was involved in an accident recently and was classed as a write-off. Our first port of call was to visit as many Nissan dealerships as possible using the internet and visiting them in person. Sometimes you have to travel for a good car in my view. We decided to view a car at Yeoman's Nissan in Eastbourne. The complication here is that trying to find the right replacement car for a like for like basis was a very daunting task indeed and a minefield we just could not navigate ourselves in the right direction, me and Lady Pamela were both caught in a mendacious fog and in my view cars are plentiful and we are spoilt for choice now days. Then we met Steve the showroom sales representative at that branch at Yeoman's Nissan in Eastbourne this gentleman was hospitable and accommodating and very friendly helpful and also very knowledgeable and had the compassion to understand our tragic situation recently with the written off car we had. He listened to us very attentively and was able to tease out of us our needs and wants and what spec we wanted in the new replacement car, he is professional in his approach and conduct and made our journey in finding the right car easy, he gave us the transparency we needed to get out of the mendacious fog we were both caught in when it comes to buying a car. Lady Pamela liaised with Steve and me via phone and in person at the dealership he came up with many choices, in fact he sourced a lovely car and is a man of his word. He used his professional work tools and networking skills to locate the right car for Lady Pamela, me being Lady Pamela's partner witnessed the whole sales experience and I have to say that Steve is impeccable at his job. There is no hard selling by him or pressure for a sale he is definitely a leader and an expert in his field and shows complete professionalism in the Nissan dealership at Yeoman's in Eastbourne, so my advice to anyone out there looking to buy a new or used car, give Steve a call as he is very customer focused and wants the customer to be happy and he gave us the reassurance before we parted with our monies. He stressed to us it's about getting the right car for the customer. Lady Pamela had picked her new car up and had a smile on her face like a Cheshire cat, this made me very happy indeed to know that this type of gentleman and schollor exists at Yeoman's Nissan in Eastbourne, he is definitely a good example of a customer focused sales man. The car sales industry could do with more people like him he definitely is a good example of a sales rep who trys to understand the customers needs and wants. He resolved our issues completely and now looking back at the interaction we had with him with this car we purchased we have had time to process the whole experience in our minds. I've just bought a car from this garage and I cannot rate them enough My salesman Steve went well above and beyond to meet my needs, I was quite happy to take my second choice of colour for my quashqai as it was a lovely car but my choice was ideally white, after leaving my deposit and leaving the garage, the next morning Steve rung me and said a white one had just arrived in and he would put it aside for me if I wanted it , he was true to his word and I travelled from London to Eastbourne to view it and loved it. This guy Steve was not a pushy salesman and nothing was too much trouble ,,(not even the extra paperwork he had to change,) as I had already left a deposit for another car. Steve Cornelius dealt with me, part exchanging my Ford Focus for a used Nissan Tekna. Steve was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He offered a very good p/ex deal and reasonable Gap Insurance. He sorted out the V5's and Road Tax. He gave me plenty of time to think about the deal without "Salesman's pressure'. Straightforward process to make Used Intelligent Choice purchase with PX by distance selling and collect and exchange vehicles at dealership on agreed date. Two issues noted subsequently have been helpfully and effectively dealt with by the Dealer and I recommend the Sales and After sales service that promotes customer satisfaction.

I have recently purchased a pre owned Nissan Juke from Tam at Eastbourne Yeomans I have to say that after driving a Qasquai and purchasing a Nissan micra I felt I made a big mistake and the Micra was too small so I rang Tam and he suggested I should try the Juke. I was was overwhelmed with the Jukes performance. Mr Barry Edwards was at first hand (Operations Manager) and was absolutely amazing as was Tam and convinced me that nothing was a problem. I decided to buy the Juke. The level of service I received was nothing less than First Class. I would Strongly recommend that if your in the Market in purchasing a New or pre owned Nissan to visit Mr Edwards and his outstanding Sales and aftershaves Team. Very helpful dealership. Spoke to Danny and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Understood my requirements and also my concerns about the car I drove. Overall positive experience, would recommend. One down side, could do with more customer car parking, which feels like an odd thing to say at a car dealership!

Not normally one to leave feedback but would like to say Eastbourne Nissan were fantastic when it came to dealing with an under warranty issue. The customer service team were very helpful and informative through the whole process. My wife dropped the car off and borrowed a courtesy car for the day whilst our car was being looked at, she said she was very impressed with the help she received from Chris (the Welsh guy) and felt like a valued customer and not a number like another branch we’d been to. I was sent a video from the mechanic during the cars health check showing exactly what they look for and the condition of it which was great to see and very reassuring. I later received a full update and breakdown of the fault that caused the issue from a really nice guy named Richard. He went through all my concerns step by step and assured me that should any return or reoccur they would be able to further investigate or replace hassle free. Although it was nerving getting the faults show up on the car we understood that these things happen and it’s how it’s dealt with that matters, Eastbourne Nissan and it’s staff proved that manufactures warranty was worth its weight when resolving the issues. We even received the car back cleaner than when we handed it over which was the cherry on top. I would therefore highly recommend Eastbourne Nissan and it’s fantastic staff, and would like to thank them for looking after us and our car in such prompt a professional manner. Just thought I should give some feedback to this dealership when people these days seem to only wish to post negative reviews online. My Partner had an unexpected issue with her car, unannounced she dropped it in to dealership and the team apparently dropped everything, took a look at her car and got her back on the road! She didn't buy the car through them but despite that she said they couldn't have been more helpful (and she's not an easy person to please!). Well done.

Just had my car serviced and received a top rate service from the staff at Yeomans Nissan Eastbourne. The car was cleaned after the MOT and service and handed back to me in tip top condition with an explanation of the work done. The car was collected and delivered back to me and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I Recently had to have my car given it's first service and although I had not bought it from Yeomans they were my closest dealer so I gave them a call. I spoke to a chap called Paul who could not have been more helpful, he arranged to pick the car up for me complete the service and then return it to me once done. It was so simple and easy, as I would have struggled to get the car to them due to work commitments.They did a video health check on the car which was brilliant. I would definitely recommend using Yeomans and will be going to them in future. Paul was polite and courteous and handled everything very efficiently. Thank you very much.

Very helpful & friendly people from the receptionist upwards. Spent time with me going through lots of complicated options. Hot & Cold drinks available and filled my own water bottle when asked. Service department were very helpful, booking a while-I-wait service and sending a video of my vehicle outlining any issues. All in all, highly recommended dealership.

Wow, what can I say. David Stevens (legend). Bought my third Nissan from Yeomans in Eastbourne when I live in Margate. 2 hour drive away. No messing around. No haggling. (I didn't need to). Offered me a great deal compared to my local dealers. In fact the money I saved I have used for a two week cruise around the Mediterranean. I received a letter Mrs S Robinson that your mobility car is due service on 24 August 2018 2 days I have been calling Eastbourne First day guy said they are at lunch I will ask to call you back No call back that day or morning of next day Rang next day to be told they are busy can I call back in 30 minutes Called back as told and again they are too busy can we call you back I said what's the point you don't call back 5 days in still nothing Not happy

We went in with a Nissan Leaf test drive booked, David answered all our questions and made the whole experience very straightforward from start to finish, including a follow-up call a week after we took delivery of our second hand Leaf to check all was well.
