1: Introduction
Yeomans Limited (‘Yeomans’) is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain and places the same expectations on its suppliers.
2: Structure Of The Organisation
Yeomans is a family owned business and authorised retailer for Audi, Citroën, CUPRA, DS, Honda, Hyundai, JAECOO, Mazda, Nissan, OMODA, PEUGEOT, SEAT, Škoda, Toyota, Vauxhall, Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercial. Yeomans retail businesses are mostly situated on the south coast. A full list of its businesses and locations is available on the website www.yeomans.co.uk
3: Policies
As part of Yeomans’ commitment to combating modern slavery, Yeomans:
• has implemented a whistleblowing policy to assist with the reporting of suspicions of slavery or human trafficking or other compliance concerns;
• scrutinises relevant contractors to mandate them to: (i) take steps to ensure their supply chain is free from human trafficking and slavery and (ii) provide regular awareness training to their staff and contractors;
• is providing awareness guidance to help its staff and contractors identify and report any slavery or human trafficking concerns.
4: Due Diligence
As part of Yeomans’ efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within its supply chains, its purchase processes are reviewed to assess the risk of slavery or human trafficking. In instances, where risks are considered high, additional due diligence will be undertaken. These additional measures may include supplier questionnaires and audits.
5: Risk And Compliance
Yeomans has reviewed its risk of exposure to modern slavery occurring in its supply chain with the assistance of an external law firm. This review has concluded that it has a low risk because most of its purchases are from its franchisor partners and it operates only in the UK. Nevertheless, Yeomans will not accept complacency on this important topic.
Should Yeomans identify or be made aware of any instances of non-compliance an investigation will be carried out. Appropriate remedial action will be taken in all instances.
6: Further Actions And Sign-Off
Yeomans procedures continue to be under regular review and the business intends to continue its efforts to minimise all compliance risks in the forthcoming years.
This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Yeomans’ slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year commencing 1st January 2026 and ending 31st December 2026.
