We were searching for an approved used Kodiaq for a while and found a great option at Yeomans. I contacted the team as we were travelling on holiday and would be passing on our way, Zak was super accommodating and came in on his day off to facilitate our test drive. There were a few minor cosmetic touch ups required and although Yeomans were unfortunately let down by their bodywork team on the day, Zak kept me updated and was able to reschedule the works promptly, they then offered me a complimentary delivery to make up for it, regardless of the fact I was out of their normal delivery radius. The delivery of the vehicle was on time and efficiently undertaken and Ray (the delivery driver) was an absolute gent. After inspecting the car briefly, it was apparent that all of the minor scratches / dinks had been well repaired and the car had been cleaned and delivered in great condition. All in all, we had a great experience with Yeomans and felt the car was good value for money, particularly given the peace of mind included with an approved use vehicle. 100% would recommend.

Previously i felt like i had an issue with nissan how i felt was treated but since I had a previous issue nissan have been really supportive had few small issues with my car but nissan have been really helpful showing me where the issue are how get them fixed plus 1 of the issue with my car got fixed on the same day as it was booked in and was done with in a hour which is a massive help as I use my car daily plus the staff have been kind and understanding and keeping me notified on when parts and repairs can happen so overall would recommend been helpful

Oliver in the sales team was very patient with me and helpful when I was discussing EVs and my range anxieties before finalising the order. He took the time to show me the various apps available to plan recharging the car should I go on long distance journeys, whilst supplying me with excellent cups of coffee. I have recently collected my 10th Motabilty vehicle from Yeomans Peugeot Eastbourne. Apart from one, all of my previous Motabilty vehicles have been Peugeot. As I need a hoist for my electric wheelchair I opted for an ERifter on this occasion, with the biggest boot I’ve ever had! I can fit shopping or suitcases beside my hoist and wheelchair in the boot in this vehicle as it’s so spacious, whereas everything has previously had to go on the back seat in my former vehicle. What I love most is the support that my spine receives from the Peugeot seats - I missed that extra support when the pandemic forced me to approach another dealership for my Motability vehicle. Sadly I experienced a few problems with that vehicle too, which was a first for me with a Motability car. I am so glad to be with Yeomans Peugeot once againam pleased to have had the opportunity to meet a very helpful and knowledgeable young man, Tristan. He was my guide through the process of choosing and ordering my new vehicle, and kindly made it all very straight forward for me. Although I have only been driving my ERifter for just over a week, I already love it, and am so happy with my choice, from the ease of getting in and out, to the wireless connection to my phone, and the ERifter holds more miles than my previous vehicle too. I look forward to my next few years of drivingplan to return to Yeomans Peugeot next time my lease finishes. Sometimes a good business is judged on how well they look after you once the deal is done. I drove 80 miles to by a £10k Qashqai, believing that main dealers don’t sell older cars unless they are of a high standard. Well, not disappointed. Though a few marks on the bodywork the wrap around warranty, pre handover service and even extra fuel was the deciding factor. Then, on collection, a faulty seat tensioner meant I’d already left my niece for a pre booked evening out and she got delayed until 6.30. (I left at 5.15). They sorted what they could and will collect, leave a courtesy car, and repair it next week. A £10,250, 6 year old, 70k miles car, sold by them, full main dealer service stamps and one owner who exchanged for another. I’d tracked the non main dealers and it’s really scary, some really crap, ex auction, cars with wild promises. What’s not to like about this dealer and the help of Edwards Hills and the team. I’d purchased a Qashqai from Yeomans Basingstoke last July and following recommendations, that’s 4 Qasqai’s bought from Yeomans in the past 12 months from friends and family.

I did not buy a car here but I would. I came in with a problem with my Honda which I had not bought from Yeomans and they were unbelievably helpful and sorted me out so that I could go home to Andover. How lucky was I to be in Churt! Huge thanks to all.

When I took my Golf into Yeomans for its annual MOT it turned out that it needed new shock absorbers before it could be passed. Tristan contacted VW and managed to ensure that the work would be done under warranty, which has saved me a considerable amount of money. He then went above and beyond in order to keep me posted on the work in progress during the time that the parts needed to be ordered and fitted. Maria on reception even gave me a very welcome lift back home, as I live in Wadebridge - several miles away. I felt very well informed and looked after by Tristan and Maria for the whole time that I had to do without my car. Terrific customer service from a VW garage I would highly recommend.

I spent weeks looking for a car for myself and 2 young children, when I came across the Peugeot 2008 GT line ( with a sunroofI reserved the car after speaking to Tristan. As I was going to be driving over an hour, with my toddler with me, he made sure that the car would be ready to drive away same day, should I like it. Tristan was very polite on the phone and also in person. I part exchanged my old vehicle and asked Tristan questions about the new car- he was very happy to show me through things . He was also SUPER patient when I needed to try my daughter's rear facing car seat in the 2008. As a woman going to buy a car, it can be nerve wracking. However I felt confident and welcomed. I was also sorted out with 5 day drive away insurance, as my providers payment page was not working at all! So honestly, I had so little stress and was driving my new car away a little quicker than I thought I would! I have really enjoyed driving my new car and had an absolutely faultless experience with Yeomans and would highly recommend them, and Tristan if you are looking for a used (or new!) Peugeot. I would not hesitate to go back, should I want to upgrade again in the future.

I recently purchased a used CRV and the whole process was really easy and straight forward. I had an hour long unaccompanied test drive and I got a decent part exchange price for my Civic Vadim, who sold me my car is a really nice guy and there was no high pressure sales approach. Last week I had an issue with my car window. Andy was super reassuring over the phone and signposted to me to a Vauxhall garage closer to my place of work. He recommended I try using some WD40 first, and if it doesn’t help, to get it looked at. I was quoted £186 from the other garage, so I decided to take Andy’s advice and try to DIY.. well it worked an absolute treat, and I saved myself £184! As my car problem was shared between two Škoda dealerships, it wasn’t the easiest solution to find, but Felix Housego at Yeoman Škoda Exeter did an outstanding job of liaising between the two dealerships and keeping me mobile whilst my Kodiaq was off the road. Amazing garage and friendly staff, especially Gary. We had to return our car many many times so have spent some time here. I would make one suggestion, in that the staff should wear distinctive clothing, to distinguish them from customers. We waved down someone, who turned out to be non staff, and it almost lead to an altercation. He took offence to the tone of our complaints but after all it was the 15 th time we had to return the C5.

Qashqai went in for a software update on 6/3/2025. The whole process was seamless and professional. Staff at front of house were very helpful and my car was even returned beautifully washed. Extremely good experience with Mazda Bexhill - I have just swapped my lovely Mazda 2 for a red mx5 and Zoe was helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Although I haven't bought a car from this dealership, I've had a great experience here. I had problems with a second hand Honda I bought elsewhere, and they were really helpful when they didn't need to be at all. I asked about a new car, and they were happy to show me and give me prices, with no pressure. Unfortunately, I can't buy a new car until I get my money back for the old one (still battling it out after 4 monthsbut this is where I'll be coming when that day hopefully eventually arrivesI've also been in to purchase a locking wheel nut key after discovering mine was missing. Again, extremely helpful and I was pleasantly surprised that the price was lower than online retailers (with no delivery to pay and no waiting for said delivery) and no extra charge for figuring out the right key type for me. The premises are great - modern and spacious, with lots of parking. Friendly, helpful staff. I hope to be back in the future for a nice, new, problem-free car.

I’m a mobility customer and today I had to go to Nissan to get a new battery for my key fob, I asked the advisor if he knew of a local auto carwash he checked and couldn’t recommend one and then said that their own garage would clean the car as I’d had the misfortune of parking under a tree and the car was covered in bird pooh, he said that with the sun out it would damage the paint workas a disabled person I was very happy with the customer service of Nissan as I’d already extended my lease on my car, I intend to get another one when the current lease ends

We have never bought a Honda. We’ve always had Lexus and Mercedes. Sherine made a difference in making us change. I truly hope Honda appreciate the talent they have. Sherine was quick to welcome us on that Saturday when we walked in. Nothing was too much and she knew the car. We had some challenges around I/T but she steered us through that. In fact, nothing has ever been too much. We love the car. Well done Sherine. Without you we would have bought a Lexus. I think that is the greatest accolade you could give to any Salesperson.

Following a car accident (not my fault!) that wrote my car off, I visited Yeomans VW Indian Queens, where Harry was absolutely amazing in going through all my options, making me feel at ease and not like I was a nuisance - he was calm, patient, professional, friendly and made me feel relaxed for the first time since the crash. And, although he could not find a car to suit my needs on this occasion (I was being very picky!) I would not hesitate to recommend him, he is an absolute credit to VW.

Judy and I went to look at the new Quashqai as part of our plan to change our Volvo. We have had cars from this dealer in the past, many years before Yeomans took over, but the manager greeted us like old friends. We intended to do the rounds of the major brands in our search for a new car but when Salesman Craig patiently went through the details of the hybrid e-Power we were sold on it right away. We didn't want a plug-in and the e-Power could have been designed for us! I have to admit, the well publicised drive by Nissan from John O'Groats to Lands End, well over 700 miles, on one tank of petrol, helped us decide but Craig took his time to make sure we knew exactly what the e-Power could offer us. We signed up immediately, cancelled all the other visits, paid our deposit and Craig delivered the new car in just a few days. We have now been driving it for about ten days and we love it. The very comfortable seats that hold you in place, infinitely adjustable for the driver; the variety of petrol and/or battery driving options that the car offers; the way the car feels on the road - it rides the bumps very softly; the quietness of the drive is also surpising. It has plenty of room for four adults and a large boot that will easily take our daughter's spaniels when we are on support duties. Craig explained how the servicing package works and we signed up for three years as we know it will be in good hands in the service bay. It's a car off the production line but it really feels bespoke. Thanks for being so patient with us Craig.

Really friendly and helpful! Just popped in to see the size of the boot on a Juke as we have a 1 year old and needed something bigger. James came to help us, encouraged us to see how the buggy fit and the baby seat. So relaxed and helpful, no pressure at all. We saw a car that really suited us and James arranged a test drive. Buying the car was very relaxed and we felt James was honest and explained everything well. Very pleased with our new car, the service and would definitely go back again.

Genuinely the best experience I've had at a garage. My experience with all Yeomans Honda have been very good, but the Guildford branch is top notch. Went in to get major work done on my Civic, it was all done well and on time. Service team were very nice, informative, and helpful. They are not just trying to get paid and get you out the door; they really try to help you and make sure you're set. For example, I was in to get my wet belt replaced, but I mentioned the AC wasn't working particularly well; they took a look at the air conditioning and did a quick fix for me for free just because they wanted to be kind. Highly recommend them.

My experience dealing with Yeomans Eastbourne has been good. I was helpfully approached by Tony Waters , while trying to find the right car on a wet and windy forecourt . Younger salesmen , at competitors , preferred to keep themselves dry , rather than assist customers . I found Tony Waters most charming and helpful providing anold schoollevel of customer service. I bought the 18 month old Nissan Ariya and have been most pleased with the car and service. I would not hesitate to recommend Yeomans Eastbourne based on service experience.
