  I recently bought my Toyota Yaris from Eastbourne Toyota and had an excellent experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Tanyol Medi for providing outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and stress free without any pressure. Collection day was fantastic the car was beautifully prepared and everything was explained so I could drive away feeling confident and excited. I’m absolutely delighted with my Yaris and would highly recommend Eastbourne Toyota, especially Tanyol, to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

  Amazing customer service from Rob K! I’ve been trying to find the best car for me and the dog within a set budget and Rob helped the whole way along with a friendly positive vibe! It’s not a Mazda as it was a part exchanged Volvo they had at the branch, but that being said Rob did all he could to make sure I had all the details I needed about the car even with it not being the car make/models he regularly works with.   I am very happy with my Skoda purchase not had a Skoda for a while and full EV but Charlie Herbert was the perfect salesman explaining everything with lots of patience and answering all the questions.   Having been to several dealerships and been ignored, it was refreshing to visit Yeomans Skoda and receive a cheerful greeting from Charlie. He was very professional and did not try the hard sell; however, he did make useful suggestions, and we ended up buying a new car rather than the second-hand one we had been seeking. Charlie was courteous throughout and has followed up on the sale to ensure we were happy with the car, without making a nuisance of himself. I would certainly recommend Yeomans Skoda. There are some other dealerships out there—who will remain anonymous—that could improve their customer service if they wish to sell cars.
