  What a great team at Yeomans Churt . Drove down on a friday to check out a car on their web site . Made very welcome even if we had not made an appointment . Within one hour we had finished a test drive and agreed a deal including a trade in . Neal sorted out the paperwork etc and we collected the car on Sunday . Great service and really nice people to deal with.

  What a great dealership with lovely people. Just collected my Son’s car this morning, and the whole buying experience from start to finish was the most chilled, hassle free and enjoyable that I have probably ever experienced. The team at Yeomans’s were professional, friendly and went out of their way to make everything as seamless as possible, which is a credit to the whole management team at this dealership. The pride and knowledge of the brand shone through with my immediate contact Caitlin seamlessly guiding us through every aspect of the part exchange and sale with ease. If you want to buy a Nissan, then my advice is to go straight down to Plymouth and meet the team at Yeoman’s who will make buying a car a lovely experience with a family feel.   Would score higher than ten out of ten if I could. The perfect experience. Staff were friendly, knoweldgable. The service was carried out in a timely manner and included a complimentary valet cleaning both inside and out. Ahead of pick up, we were sent a detailed video, so there were no nasty surprises upon pick up.

  I always expect good service when buying a car, but the service I received at Yeomans Nissan Bognor Regis during my recent service appointment exceeded my expectations. Natalie was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a real credit to Nissan. She went above and beyond to help me with a couple of issues I was experiencing. One concern I had was that my car did not appear to lock all the doors automatically. As a woman and with disabilities, this was a genuine worry for me. Natalie took the time to investigate the issue herself and when she couldn't immediately work out how to identify the door-locking function, she asked Steve, one of the mechanics, for assistance. Steve quickly worked out that the setting was within the car's system rather than on the key fob. He patiently explained the setting and showed me exactly how to change it myself. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. Thank you to Natalie, Steve, and the whole team for making the experience so positive. I would highly recommend Yeomans Nissan Bognor Regis.

  I have been visiting Yeomans Honda Eastbourne for the last two years and have absolutely no complaints with the service from all departments: Sales, customer service, mechanics, and car valeters. Although I'm not in a rush to part with my current car, I will definitely continue to visit here for all further servicing and repairs when needed, and I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle here. 10/10 from all staff.
