They kindly gave the car a once over and reassured us all ok and safe to drive , just a small misfire had happened! No charge no fee ! Just a polite hand shake and wished us a good holiday .   We initially turned up at the showroom to see if there was a chance of a random test drive. From that first visit, the sales team were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After initially speaking with Simon, we then proceeded with our further enquiries with Dave, given that my husband had dealt with him before when buying vehicles for his company. We cannot speak highly enough of Dave...approachable, honest, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process of purchasing our vehicle. Even though we had to wait a while for our car to arrive (not the fault of Dave), he was communicative throughout our wait time. We would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle through the Jaecoo/Omoda dealership in Helston!

  We recently bought a 3-year old Qashqai, and have to say the experience of buying from here was excellent. We worked with George who initially listened to our needs and found a suitable model which we then test drove. In the meantime, George found the perfect car at the Eastbourne branch and worked quickly to bring it over for us within a week. The process of buying was smooth, we were shown every feature on the car and given lots of opportunity to test drive, ask questions and follow up. Whilst we found some scratches on the alloys, we were offered to have these replaced as part of the purchase too. Super happy with the dealership and would recommend the dealership and George to anyone looking to buy a Nissan. Thanks team!
