  I have just ordered a new Skoda Peaq via my business and dealt with Jason Dean. Jason was, without a shadow of a doubt the best I’d spoken to when trying to organise this vehicle. He was quick, professional and had the samelet’s get this doneapproach as I do.   Fantastic service with exceptional, professional and great team. Provided us with all information we needed and made sure we received the car we wanted with no attempts to sell anything that looked good. We received a cheaper car that suited our needs.   Just picked up my brand new Cupra Raval VZ Extreme! Brad has been very helpful and patient throughout the whole process, answering my many questions and confirming all the details that I wanted to know, before & during making the right decision. (Especially as the decision changed throughout the process, which was no issue for Brad!) Would definitely recommend passing by Cupra Exeter, if you’re looking for a new or used Cupra!   Exceptional Customer Service From Kevin & Caitlin First time dealing with Yeomans Nissan Plymouth, from the initial email to the final handover it was all really impressive. I was looking to purchase a Nissan Primastar, my first contact was with Kevin (sales manager), we had an email exchange followed by a phone call, a deal in principle was agreed, I went to the dealership the following day, I met Caitlin who was super helpful & very polite, I had a good look around the van & went for test drive, I asked if I could come back for a second look, this was not an issue, this time I met Kevin, again super helpful & polite, I agreed to buy the van, it was a very busy time due to the new September registrations coming out but it was agreed that I could collect the vehicle the following week, Kevin offered to deliver the van to my home address or collect me from the station if I made my own way to Plymouth. On the day of the handover Kevin was on site, the van had been prepared to the highest of standards inside & out, Kevin walked around the van with me to make sure I was happy with everything, we then headed inside to complete the paperwork, once this was done Caitlin came out to the van with me & linked my phone to the vans media system. Before I departed Kevin came back over to ensure I had everything I needed. From start to finish the entire experience was very positive, no high pressure sales tactics which allowed me to make the decision in my own time. In my opinion Caitlin & Kevin are a credit to the dealership, I could not be happier with the van or the service I received from the team, this is how customer service should be, I would have no hesitation in recommending Yeomans Nissan Plymouth.

  I recently was struggling to get my 2010 crv executive repaired.The interior fuse box/micu box failed and it is no longer available from Honda and was told I would have to source a used part.One main dealer near me refused to help me as it was a second hand part others couldn't do it for weeks and I was due to go on holiday within the week towing a caravan. After trying all the dealers close to me I eventually tried Honda Bognor Regis and Chris in service reception answered, what a breath of fresh air he actually wanted to help me I booked the car in and within days the car was successfuly repaired by Paul in tha workshop and I was able to get away on holiday. It took me two 100 mile plus round trips but well worth it. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone
