  We decided to take the leap and buy our very first brand-new car, and the experience from start to finish couldn’t have been better! From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were warmly greeted by Adam, who was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. He answered all our questions honestly, explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel straightforward and enjoyable. Adam kindly arranged a test drive so we could experience the car for ourselves and see how we felt behind the wheel. This gave us the confidence to make the right decision without feeling rushed or pressured. Buying a brand-new car for the first time can feel quite daunting, but Adam made it such a positive and memorable experience. At no point did we feel like we were just another customer. He genuinely cared about making sure we were happy, comfortable and confident every step of the way. His knowledge, patience and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service he provided.   I had what I thought that the time was a rather unusual problem with my Yaris Cross and it was dealt with politely and efficiently by MICHAEL from the servicing team who got it through under its warranty in a very professional and agreeable manner I have to say it was a bit of a worry at the time, but he put my mind at rest and today I picked the car up and it sounds so good again I find when I visit the Eastbourne Toyota showroom, I am met with politeness And always get offered a drink while I’m waiting I purchased my car from Toyota in Eastbourne and I am very pleased with it. Easy to drive very good miles to the gallon and All in All delightful car. Well done, MICHAEL and the service team see you at the next servicing interval and with the best world in the world. You helped me with the first service for the car, Fully explaining what would happen. You helped me with the courtesy car, and reminded me to use the registration of the courtesy car in the carparks to avoid incurring any parking penalties! You helped me make sure the App was fully registered and up and running on my phone and with all the paperwork. You also communicated with me to let me know that my car was ready for collection, earlier than anticipated and explained all that happened with the service - all as expected; nothing unexpected. I fully appreciate that my car was washed and hoovered. Excellent. Your checks with the courtesy car were quick and easy. It was a pleasure - your kindness and communication was first class.   Recently purchased a Škoda Karoq SportLine from Yeomans Škoda North Petherton and had a great experience throughout. Sophie Carrott was friendly, honest and easy to deal with from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy, test drives were straightforward to arrange, and I appreciated her willingness to negotiate on the small details, including supplying a rubber boot mat with the vehicle. The whole process was simple and transparent, and I never felt pushed into purchasing additional service plans or extras.   Amazing experience buying a Jaecoo 5 ev from start to finish, made my wife and I feel welcome and kept us updated all the way up to collection day. Charlie and Lottie were both amazing salespeople who showed a genuine bond unlike other dealerships which can be cold and unfriendly. Car is amazing everything we could have imagined and more.   After a frustrating start at another group branch whose broken ramp cancelled my MOT last-minute, Scott the Service Advisor at Yeomans Helston completely turned my day around. When a lengthy vehicle update threatened to strand me all day, Scott stepped in without hesitation, saying, "Let me sort this out for you," and immediately provided a courtesy car. Even when an internet glitch ##ed the work, the team seamlessly extended the courtesy car to a time of my choosing. Things go wrong in business, but it is how a company treats the customer afterwards that matters. Because Scott and the team truly care and went out of their way to solve my problems, Yeomans Helston has won my future business for all my service plans and next car purchases. Highly recommended!

  As a woman in my late seventies who tends to keep her cars for many years, replacing my trusty Honda Jazz felt quite daunting. I’d driven my 2003 automatic for 15 years and needed some patient guidance when choosing its replacement. Vad at Yeomans Honda in Bognor Regis made the whole experience comfortable and straightforward. He listened carefully to what I wanted, understood my concerns and found a lovely 2013 Honda Jazz, offering a fair price for my old car too. I’m delighted with it. It’s a pleasure to drive and looked immaculate when I collected it. The bouquet of flowers was such a thoughtful touch!
