Firstly, I want to say how much I LOVE Nissan Qashquai's. They are so cool to drive but more importantly, safe. Unfortunately, a van drove into me and span my car into another car - the air-bags deployed, the car span like a little ice-skater on a rink in perfect balance and ended up on the verge. No one was hurt, thankfully. I was very sad to lose my beautiful car with heated seats and actually rang Jason from the site of the accident. He was very supportive - he's very professional and on top is such a nice guy - he found me an upgraded Qashquai with massage seats which don't relax you in a dangerous way they really do help the muscles in your back. Omg what a fab car. My first drive today in horrendous weather, great visibility, felt safe on the road with this lovely suv. Interior was the best, leather trimmings and seats, with a large screen to 3D image for speed control and direction arrows all in front of you without looking at the screen. Just called in one Sunday morning to see what was on offer, whilst looking around James Hunter introduced himself to us. I was very interested in a low mileage second hand car, James told us everything we needed to know and let us have a test drive. Loved the car so much we signed up there and then. I had previously spoken on the 'phone and was told that a particular job would cost £80 but when the price was checked I was told it would be £100. I booked the car in. Having taken the car in for service and MOT and the additional work I was told the latter would cost £138. This is for updating the Satnav. After the service I was told that they could not find the service book for it to be stamped and if I could not find it and wanted a new one it would cost me £12 or £14.I had already explained that when we bought the car there the paper MOT could not be found and was told it would be forwarded to me. It never was. The implication given by the garage staff being that I had lost the service book. I checked the car and the service book was not there and when I arrived home I checked the paperwork I received when buying the car and the service book was not there. Given the garage's failure to find the paper MOT in July 2016 and its failure to reset the car's electronic record that it had been serviced in 2016 it seems reasonable, on the balance of probabilities, to accept the garage has also mislaid the service book back in 2016. There has been a complete shift in attitude from the time of the sale to afterwards. Most disappointed. The day after writing the above I received a call from the appropriate manager to discuss the problems. He apologised that this had been necessary and for what had occurred. The issues have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. The prompt action and manner in which this has been dealt with means I have upgraded my review. .

Good fast service, reasonable prices, friendly people. Staff are always helpful and make me feel welcome. They put me at ease and recognise me by name when I arrive, which is great because as a woman in a garage it can often feel intimidating and I don't feel that way at Nissan yeomans. I go back every year for the very reason their customer service is unbeatable!
