When a lengthy vehicle update threatened to strand me all day, Scott stepped in without hesitation, saying, "Let me sort this out for you," and immediately provided a courtesy car. Even when an internet glitch ##ed the work, the team seamlessly extended the courtesy car to a time of my choosing. Things go wrong in business, but it is how a company treats the customer afterwards that matters.   I just want to say a big thank you to both Tom Rogers and Tristan Dodson at Yeomans VW cars at Indian Queens for their great customer service. I initially spoke to Tom about finding a used VW golf, a few years old. He showed me a number of cars to consider, but also a deal for a brand-new golf that was very close to my budget. The thing I particularly liked was that at no time did I feel pressurised. Tom explained everything that was available and gave me space to think about it carefully. It was a fabulous deal which I accepted. Communicating with Tom was easy and friendly. I have recommended a number of friends to see him at Yeomans when they are looking for their next car. A few weeks after purchase I needed a minor adjustment to be sorted out and I was again impressed with Yeomans VW. Tristan organised everything for me. Tristan‘s communication was great, he was proactive in letting me know exactly what was happening and on the return of my car helped me with setting up VW Connect and getting the best out of my new car’s Digital system. Buying a car and learning all its new features can be a pretty scary thing! Thanks to both Tom and Tristan I know I have made all the right decisions and absolutely love my new Golf. Because of their excellent customer service I will not hesitate to recommend VW Yeomans.

  Whilst on holiday and with no previous problems , our dashboard showed an amber alert. Checked the manual which advised seek specialist assistanceYeomans was just 10 miles away. We arrived and were relieved that they were not only able to run a diagnostic test, but also fix the problem - and we enjoyed a cup of (free) coffee whilst we waited. Although it set us back a few bob, well worth the piece of mind that the car was safe to driveHighly recommend this place for any service issues. Staff were really obliging and very helpful.

  I honestly can’t thank Shaun and Taig at VW Yeomans Helston enough for all their help. The service I received from both of them was absolutely amazing. They spent so much time helping me identify the correct parts and part numbers, contacting suppliers and making sure everything arrived on time so I could get my vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. I was genuinely blown away by how much they both went above and beyond. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they made the whole process of ordering and collecting parts incredibly smooth and easy. They also took the time to share their experience and knowledge with me, making sure I was ordering the right parts and explaining everything clearly whenever I had questions. Their knowledge, patience and customer service were exceptional. Shaun and Taig are a massive asset to VW Yeomans Helston.   Very happy with the service I received today at Yeoman’s. Everything was dealt with professionally and swiftly. Tristan was excellent at explaining everything, his communication was great throughout and he was patient when switching over car seats etc to and from the courtesy vehicle! Thank you
