We recently sold our Ford Kuga and purchased a brand-new 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan from Yeomans in Helston, and the experience was excellent. Piran Wilcox gave us a very fair deal on both buying the Tiguan and selling our old car, which we could have sold privately for a similar price. The full service history and condition of our Kuga were appreciated, and at no point did we feel pressured, everything was explained clearly so we could make our own decision in our own time. Every email and call was handled promptly and professionally. I’ve never experienced this level of service at any other dealership, and right now, we couldn’t recommend Yeomans more. My husband and I both recently purchased cars from Yeomans Volkswagen Helston. It was my third car from here and my Husbands first. We both got exactly what we were coming in for, an Arteon and a Tiguan. We found all the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Starting with our initial inquiries into different vehicle options to the purchase of the cars. Piran in particular was very informative, helpful and friendly. Would definitely use the garage again.

This is the third new car we have purchased from VW in Helston .All of the staff there are very friendly and Helpfull and not pushy at all.We have dealt with Nick throughout who is now the manager there and an absolute credit to his company.No doubt we will be back again in a couple of years. My Golf R had more electrical gremlins happening on Christmas Eve that resulted in all the warning lights coming on and car going into service mode! I called out VW assist on the 27th who got the car across to Yeomans. They had diagnosed the fault and repaired it within 24 hours.... from an unsuspected drop off... between xmas and new years. To make it even more complicated for them, I asked if they could also service it whilst it was there. Picked car up today having had it all sorted with no fuss or bother at all. Bravo!

Just wanted to thank Taig from parts for is exceptional service. He went above and beyond for my order and i had a few extra questions, he even got back to me with a question i had that he wasn't 100% on. We have just moved to Helston and just wanted a part for one of our cars and never usually serviced our VWs at the main dealership but we where so impressed with Taig's overall service we have decided to start using Helston VW for maintainance. Just brilliant. I needed some parts for my crafter, the guy in the parts department, I wish I had his name but while chatting he said he'd been there for 20+ years. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I don't go into main dealers very often but I'm glad I did today. Professional, courteous and helpful thanks very much yeomans vw Helston.

Called here on a wet day whilst on holiday just for information about our potential next car, only intending to look at a couple of models we were approached by the young salesman Jordan who was willing to help even though I told him straight away that we weren't in the market to buy anything at that time and we lived three hundred and fifty miles away he didn't walk away and was more than happy to help out with any questions we had. He opened up a couple of the models we were interested in and even found us a couple of different trims to compare, in all we couldn't have been happier with the service that we got and would have been more than happy to have purchased a new car from Jordan.

Ordered my new Golf r-line a few months back and collected it today. Joe was our salesman. He was great! Made the whole daunting experience on deciding what new vehicle to get relaxing and enjoyable. On collecting vehicle we were welcomed with a warm greeting and a hot latte. Handover was smooth and easy and we drove off into the distance with our shiny new car satisfied customers.

Couldn't be happier with the experience at Helston Yeomans. Dealt with Joe all the way through and he was exceptional at making us feel welcome and informed throughout the process, and his knowledge was fantastic. I am a first time Motability customer so there was so much I didn't know but he led me and my partner through the process so well, and the car itself (Mk8 Golf GTD) is fantastic by the way!

I have needed advice re: my Vw polo, twice in the last week. I spoke to Taig Stevens who was really helpful on the phone and even stayed open until I reached the garage after it had just closed so I could buy some Vw coolant. He then helped me again later in the week. Soooo very helpful and I would definitely recommend. In so much as I’m now going to get my car serviced by them. It just goes to show how one person going that little bit extra makes the business who they are. Ie the staff. Thank you Taig! Bought a Tiguan new in Cardiff. Moved back to Cornwall and had the car serviced and 8t was due for its MOT had service plan taken out at the time with Helston Garages. They didnt MOT it then spent 12 months driving around without an MOT until they sent an annual Device and MOT reminder. Refused to accept any responsibility the manager Tom wouldn't even price match the price of a local MOT. I won't be buying anything from them and once this service is done we will cancel the contract. To add insult to injury Tom was rude and unhelpful and continually talked over us when we tried to explain. Worst garage experience ever either from main dealer or independent and I have no faith or trust in them to complete work properly or accept responsibility for their mostakes. Met with Andrew on the day we had the service. The service administrator was polite and professional. As a goodwill gesture Andrew agreed to renew the brake fluid and apologised. There was a breakdown in communication between Volkswagen us and the 2 dealerships after our house move resulting in no MOT. I think this should be a standard check but I was very happy with the attitude of the people we met and our car service on the day from Helston garages.

My experience was amazing. Piran couldn’t help me enough and even with my many questions he wasn’t deterred from his welcoming attitude . He explained everything but didn’t come across as pushy. He made sure that everything was right and what I needed . Iv always gone to another garage even tho iv always had vw’s and the customer service was a million times better . I will definitely be getting all my cars from here from now on .

Picked up our new caddy maxi lifel today fantastic service all the way through the process a fantastic team. Special thanks go to Clive who handled our enquiry, order,delivery and handover with expert reassuring service. I will add since taking over the service of my last caddy maxi life when snow’s ceased to be a VW dealer I’ve had nothing but exemplary service from the entire team thank you so much.

Just picked up my new Golf from Helston Garages at Helston and I’m delighted. Piran the salesman has been excellent. I ordered the car in June last year and he has kept me informed throughout. Over the last couple of weeks, once the car arrived at the garage, he updated me regularly and explained what I needed to do and what was happening at the garage. The collection of the car yesterday was very smooth and it felt special. On arrival the car was covered in a blue VW sheet and a personalised sign was beside it, a nice touch. Piran explained everything in great detail, assisted by Tom from the Service department who was so helpful, explaining the service contract I had purchased and sorting out the VW app on my phone and linking it to the car. These two members of staff obviously know what excellent customer service is, and they are a credit to the company. Many thanks

I bought my first VW Polo from the Helston Volkswagen Garage last Saturday 13th March. From start to finish NIck Perry and Piran who I originally saw due to Nick and Piran sharing the work week at the mo were friendly welcoming and reassuring. I have never bought a car from a dealership before because of my pre conceived ideas that car sales man would be pushy, not listen to me and make me feel intimidated but nothing was further from the truth! Recently purchased a 2015 Golf R in the perfect Oryx White. Right from the first visit we were well looked after, tea and coffee offered straight away whilst we waited for our appointment with Piran. He immediately made us feel at ease and after a lengthy test drive I knew that car was perfect for me. Piran ran through everything we needed to know and hands were shaken the same day. Excellent service received at Skoda in Indian Queens when I recently purchased my new car. Salesman Andrew Bunt was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and made sure the whole process was dealt with efficiently. Very happy with my new Skoda Octavia VRS which has great technology, comfort and style. Skoda also have a good aftersale package. Would definitely recommend.

Service Dept came to our rescue! Our Passat decided to spring a water pump leak at the most inconvenient time of the month. We have an autisitc daughter who relies on the car greatly, from getting to school to attending regular appointments. She is also very sensitive to change, so it was in her interest we got the car fixed quick. On Monday morning I called Mark at Helston garages and explained the situation. He was polite, honest and sympathetic to our situation. Mark, got the car booked in and started the job that afternoon. By the following day it was done. A complete complementry health check was done (free of charge) and the car of was washed ready for collection. Fantastic people who know the cars inside out. For very little more £ than an independant garage you get so much more. Going to this dealership is value for money. To put things in perspective, we live next door to a perfectely good Garage. But, Helston Garages offer the service and skill that makes the 1hr 20 round trip worth the drive despite having a disabled child. Keep up the good work guys, you're all fantastic!

Just bought a second hand VW Golf from here. Great personalised, friendly service, we always felt welcome and staff couldn't do enough to help us (Especially Piran!)
