Visited Graham Bollard at Yeoman Exeter on 7/3/26. We found Graham to have old school customer skills so badly missing in the car sales world. I had enquired about a electric 3008 car which Graham had ready for us when we arrived. He covered all the key points of the car and arranged for my wife to test the car on our own. The benefit of £1000 deposit and free home charger also convinced us to go for a Electric 3008. this allowed us to agree that the Peugeot 3008 in electric was the car for us. The chocolate drink was also excellent on a cold day.Thank you Graham

Amazing garage and friendly staff, especially Gary. We had to return our car many many times so have spent some time here. I would make one suggestion, in that the staff should wear distinctive clothing, to distinguish them from customers. We waved down someone, who turned out to be non staff, and it almost lead to an altercation. He took offence to the tone of our complaints but after all it was the 15 th time we had to return the C5.

Just like to thank Tim for making my recent purchase so pleasurable, communication from start to finish excellent. He described the condition of car perfectly to me, as I purchased on line being 150 mile away in Kidderminster. Sold it to me for a modest price and lo, it was the right part!! The new part would have cost considerably more. That guy went more than the distance to help, and impressed me no end. Bought a nearly new van from James in sales at the Plymouth branch. This guyAnswered every question with ease (and I had manygot me a great deal on the finance and super friendly throughout. I had some aftercare questions a few months later and, although this isn’t my nearest branch, James was on hand to share his knowledge and expertise to get the problem sorted. The fact he’s always happy to answer the phone even after the transaction was complete shows he is a top tier salesman.

Recently bought a used car from Yeomans as my car getting older and older! My husband popped in and Jon sent him some details of some suitable cars within my price range by email. We said we would pop in on the following Sunday to have a look around the stock. Jon said he wasn’t in on the Sunday so I said I’d drop round on the Tuesday and made an appointment. Turns out when I attended the appointment Jon had actually come in on his day off to accommodate me as he knew it was hard for me to make it in due to my shift work. Jon is polite, friendly and experienced. He took time to talk through what I needed in a car as haven’t bought one in the last 9 years! Went for a test drive and was very happy to proceed with the sale. There were other cars that also suited my needs, but he recommended the car I bought as it has more features ( which should retain its value for longer). This makes sense. One of the other cars was actually more expensive, and he could have suggested I buy that one, but he didn’t. He made the recommendation in my best interests rather than just trying to make the bigger sale. Everything was explained fully both in the sale of the car and in the service agreement we set up. Very pleased with the process. Car was immaculate when I collected it, cleaned inside and out, and some sticky marks removed from the back and side doors as promised. Features fully explained on handover day. Thank you very much Jon, and Yeomans.

Picked up our new hybrid today, Nigel was the perfect mix of professional and friendly, spending time to explain all the differences from the cars we traded in. More than 20 cars now from Yeoman's Torquay, it's great to find a dealership you can trust, who always help with any issues, give you a fair price for your old cars and are always on the end of the phone if you need them. Can't recommend them highly enough, trustworthy, honest and they respect returning customers, always treating us like old friends. Brooke was a salesman when we first new him, now the manager and he is running a wonderful dealership.

I went to Yeomans Citroen,Plymouth with the intention to see what was on offer. Instantly seen a car and was determined to have it, Joseph Davies went through everything with me without being a pushy salesman. He listened, he advised and guided me 100% from start to finish. Constantly keeping the communication going with updates and how things were going. Outstanding gentleman who I highly recommend talking with when looking for your next car.

My car was subject to the airbag recall and Yeomans Fareham were very helpful with this process. The only downside was that I couldn't get in touch with them via phone for the first week, however, once I first had email contact from them, Lisa was prompt and responsive. Once the dealership had the parts, I was booked in promptly and the job was completed in under an hour. Good service at a stressful and busy time.

On 21st July, called in the parts and service reception and spoke to the two ladies there about the dilemma with my wife’s airbag recall situation. A few calls were made. Later that day I was informed of an appointment for 24th July. Much appreciation and great customer service from the two ladies and Yeomans Citreon.

We came to Citroen with a problem on our car and whilst there chatted to Dan Hunt who had sold the car to us. Not only was the problem fixed swiftly but Dan talked us through our options for the future and we traded in our old car for a new one. Dan took considerable time to ensure that the switch over was the right thing for us to do and when we picked the car up he took great care in making sure that we knew how to work the features on the new car. We always find the staff at Citroen courteous and efficient and they are attentive to customers. Once when we were unable to take our car for a service, it was picked up at our door and delivered back at the end of the day. They are a great team who work efficiently and it is a pleasure to do business with them.

Came in to get my airbags changed due to the recall. Arrived a little early but it was no problem and my car was ready in 25 mins! Staff were lovely too to top it off

I have today had my DS3 air bags replaced by Yeoman’s Citroen Fareham. I registered my car the day Citroen wrote to me.The service from Yeoman’s was outstanding. We must remember they work for Citroen and the originating letter for recall comes from Citroen Uk. Citroen Uk decide on the order in which cars are called in and the replacement parts are sent to Yeoman’s labelled with the registration number of your car. You cannot fast track the repair as Citroen UK determine the cars getting the spare parts. The staff in fareham are working under difficult circumstances and under a lot of pressure putting in extra hours to clear as many cars as possible. With 150000 cars in the UK needing new air bags there will be delays on the supply of parts. Yeoman’s are working in our interests and on behalf of Citroen. In my opinion the staff need our support and acknowledgement of their superb efforts.

Bought my second car from Yeomans of plymouth, mainly because of the service from the service department gave me with my last car2 months in on a 3yr old car and it broke down! Limped to the garage, braced myself to be told nothing could be done for months! But on inspection discovered it was a sparks plug - angry that the sparks weren’t checked before I bought the car, delighted that they changed the sparks and got us back on the road within an hr and half. My only complaint would be they seem to have the garage back to back with booked in cars not allowing for unexpected problems like mine to turn up. It wouldn’t hurt to have an hr window in every day to allow for the unexpected! Having said this the manager and beautiful lady on the service desk, were wonderful and did everything they could. Pity the car wasn’t prepped properly ready for sale and to last longer than 2months on the road!!!

Advised to go to Yeomans with my 2017 Citroen Berlingo multi space as having some issues with the sensor that other garages couldn't sort. My wife - now sadly deceased - and I have been in the position over 15 years living in Derby and Devon six months here and there . Being in Devon Yeomans fixed the problem under warranty and the service was excellent throughout this anxious time . Yeomans have always been very conscientious and excellent over the years and I have recently taken out a service plan with them and cancelled the plan with Derby taken out when purchasing the car . Bristol Street Motors Citreon agents in Derby have been hopeless in the circumstances and I await their reply concerning whether I can reject the vehicle within 6 months . Now retired and widowed I hope to spend more time in Devon and are thankful that I can rely on Yeomans . When I visited the showroom to look at available cars, I mentioned to Dan, one of the salesman, that we really wanted a particular model. I was so delighted, when, a few days later he rang to tell me that he had noticed that the model we wanted had just been delivered to their Torquay branch. After that Dan could not have been more patient and helpful. My husband is disabled and could not get to the showroom and then manage to try sitting in the car, so Dan drove it to our home. We are really pleased with our new car and feel secure in knowing that the warranty is so good. Excellent service!

Sadly I broke down close to my property on Sat 9th November, my vehicle was recovered to Yeomans, Plymouth on Monday afternoon by the AA after speaking with Daniel in the Service team, unfortunately there was no Courtesy car available for me. My vehicle was purchased from Yeomans in Sept 2023, I took out an extended warranty when the original warranty expired (best decision ever). I was able to pick up my vehicle yesterday, Thursday 14th November all repaired and cleaned as well, only 3 days since the Company received it for repair, and no charge as the repair was covered under the warranty. Superstars! Had just bought a new (to me!) Berlingo panel van. As drove it back, heard strange ticking noise from the engine. Called Yeomans and got through to the brilliant Clive Jones. Clive booked me in for an engine diagnostic and service. Engine diagnostic wasn't good news. However the kindness and professionalism from Clive has been amazing. He took responsibility to contact the dealership I had got the van off. Took all the stress and worry off my plate and secured agreement from the dealership to pay for the engine issues. Not only this, he liaised with them to look at my radio, something I knew was broken, but was going to be another month to be fixed through the dealership. Clive ensured that all the issues with my van were handled in one job lot and removed all the coordination and negotiation from me. He made it his problem and made sure the pressure on me was as small as possible. Basically he went above and beyond. Clive then went out of his way to keep me informed and up to date. Calling me when he didn’t have an update just so I didn’t worry, as well as when he did have one. Excellent in terms of customer service, but Clive goes further, he is one of the best people. For the last 9 years I have received nothing but an excellent standard or service. From the initial sale, yearly service and MOT’s to very recently a visit for a repair on my exhaust. I have used Citroen Plymouth for many years. I have brought several Citroens over the years that have gone through the dealership during their lifetimes. I have found the front service deals very helpful, polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to make sure I get the best experience. I have a C4 Grand Picasso which went in for warranty works, they contact you beforehand and throughout each stage and on return, the car was cleaned , hoovered and well presented. After using their services for many years, I have always been very happy and look forward to potentially changing my car next year for another. Thank you at Citroen for looking after us so well.

This week marks 20 years since I bought my first new Citroen Berlingo from Yeomans Citroen in Torquay. Altogether I have bought 5 cars from them from 2003 to 2023 and each car has been fabulous. I just want to thank everyone at Yeomans Citroen Torquay for their consistently magnificent service over the last 20 years. Brooke, Daniel, and James have been so helpful and friendly making buying the cars such a fun and happy experience. The cars have been such great cars to drive and so reliable. Every service and repair have been carried out at Yeomans Torquay and Roger and the whole service department have been simply outstanding over all these years and have looked after all my cars so extremely well. This is a truly great car dealership and the whole team at Yeomans Torquay is why I keep coming back and buying more Citroen cars. To everyone at Yeomans Citroen Torquay, I always enjoy walking through your door and thank you so much for all your help over the last 20 years.

Went in looking for a used car with the possibility of doing a double deal. Saw James who was friendly and knowledgeable arranged a test drive. He listened to what I wanted and what my wife wanted and did a fantastic deal on 2 nearly new cars. My wife and I recently bought a one year old car from Citroen in Fareham. UPDATE after review I was contacted by Citroen who was very keen to make things right, I really appreciate it. I use Yeoman's Citroen for years now to service my car. I was usually pleased with them. This year I had my usual yearly service. Over the phone I confirmed all the details with a lady and was also assured that my car will be washed and vacuumed, which is currently a standard thing to do in most authorised services. When I arrived at my appointment I confirmed everything and asked for a wash and vacuum. When I picked up the car after over 3hrs I was surprised to see that my car was not vacuumed, I know it's not a big deal but I it was a shame.

Recently changed our car at Yeomans Plymouth, this was our fifth consecutive Citroën. Paul Cowan the sales person for last 2 cars has been great, friendly and conducts business under no pressure, even after sales Paul has been most helpful.
