  I bought my car from this garage last year, and the service has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. When I purchased the car, they threw in lots of extras, and the 12-month warranty gave me real peace of mind. Unfortunately, I had to use the warranty several times, but every single issue was dealt with quickly and professionally, with absolutely no arguments, hassle, or quibbling. A special mention has to go to James, who is genuinely one of the nicest salespeople I’ve ever met. He truly cares about his customers and consistently goes above and beyond to help. His knowledge is excellent, he’s incredibly approachable, and he always takes the time to make sure everything is sorted. Honestly, after dealing with him over the past year, it feels like I’ve made a new friend. That said, the same praise goes for everyone who works there. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. Buying a used car can sometimes be stressful, but this garage has completely restored my faith in the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a car and great after-sales service.

  Attended the dealership with no warning on a Saturday after having my car break down on the M5 with an engine warning light. With the generous assistance of Ryan and the team, the workshop was able to repair my engine fully within 4 hours despite me having no booking and having given them no warning I would turn up.   James is a great salesman at citreon, he answers any worries or questions I have about my car and never makes me feel silly for coming to him for minor things. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for him. He really goes above and beyond for his customers and makes the whole experience stress-free and trustworthy. James is also great at explaining the process or details of cars in a way that a non car person can get it because the complicated jargon can really go in one ear and out the other for me. A genuinely lovely guy and excellent service every time. Highly recommend James if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about his customers. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We had to travel up from Gosport Hants to come to a DS Salon for a recall and to deal with a repair following water ingress in a back light cluster.
