  My husband and myself have been Citroen customer for more years that I like to remember, always before in Torquay, more recently with Brooke and then Nigel. We followed them both to the Exeter showroom as we value their honest opinions and accurate information. We decided to go back to a C3 Aircross Hybrid, discussed it with Brooke who found us exactly what we were looking for as Nigel was off on the day we travelled to Exeter but Nigel did our handover today with his usual mix of friendly professionalism. I also met the after sales specialist Ryan who was just as nice and I am sure he will look after us going forward with servicing etc. Thank you Brooke and Nigel for finding us exactly what we were looking for and looking after us through the whole process, we will be back next time we are due a change of car!

  Recently experienced brilliant service when booked in for my MOT and service. Unfortunately required repairs aswell but this was all done in exceptional timing which was important due to work and child care commitments. I was also given a lift home from Joe on the service desk after dropping my car off as I had just finished a 12 hour night shift so this was greatly appreciated. Can’t fault the service I received atall! Thankyou

  We recently bought a two year old car from Yeomans, and what a nice experience it was dealing with them (we actually dealt with Louis, who was very good). We had arranged to test drive the vehicle, and when we arrived, it was all clean and charged up ready to go. No pressure to buy, just helpful customer service, and as a result we bought the car. It all sounds basic and obvious, but this wasn't our experience when we had arranged a similar test drive with a main dealer in Taunton, who couldn't have cared less, and offered us a filthy car which had to be jumped started to test drive. Not what you expect when trying to buy a £30k EV. Also, when we picked up our car a few days later, it was all nice and clean, and serviced. So we are happy to recommend Yeomans

  I recently purchased my second car from Yeoman’s Citroën and the whole experience from start to finish was great. Dan very kindly guided me through the whole process of buying a new car and found the exact make/spec I was looking for. On delivery of my car this evening, he showed me how everything worked and even helped with the transfer of my private plate. Would 100% recommend this garage to anyone looking to purchase a new car (and even better, it doesn’t have to be a Citroën). Thank you guys for all your help, I’ll be back in another 3 years time!

  I can’t recommend Citroën Exeter highly enough! A huge thank you to everyone, especially Nigel, who is an absolute credit to the team. From the moment I arrived, Nigel went above and beyond. He noticed I was a little anxious about driving the courtesy car because of its size and, rather than rushing me, took the time to go through all the features until I felt completely comfortable and confident. That level of care made such a difference. The whole sales process was seamless from start to finish, and the customer service was exceptional throughout. I’d also like to give a special mention to Brooke, the manager, whose attention to detail and impeccable customer service were evident every step of the way. It’s clear that delivering an outstanding customer experience is a priority for the whole team. A big thank you as well to the service department for identifying the major fault with my C3 before it became an even bigger issue. Their professionalism and thoroughness gave me real confidence. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done and look forward to seeing you again soon. Highly recommended!

  The car developed a slight knocking noise in the city when arriving for the ferry (nothing on our prior 4 hour journey). So brought it into Yeomans. Shana went for a road test with me within minutes but the knocking had stopped. It went on the ramp within 30 minutes of arriving and no significant play could be found. Safe to continue was the verdict but if it gets worse call in to have it checked again. Fantastic service, no charge and a free cup of tea to boot. A refreshing change, thank you.
