  Had a. Issue with the car charging so popped in on the off chance they could look at it for me well I have worked in the car business previously for over 5 years at different brands and I can honestly say that after just 5 minutes they had a look and said it must be the charging units not sealing right they have put my car on charge for me and said have a coffee and when you have enough charge let us know and we will disconnect for you and no charge for their time can't recommend any more than saying first class service and very good coffee

  Outstanding service from start to finish! I was really anxious and nervous about my car when I dropped it off, as I’d had a number of warning lights come up and was worried about what the problem might be. I explained everything to the team and they were incredibly reassuring, professional and understanding. They listened to my concerns, kept me informed, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the following day. Every person I dealt with was friendly, polite and genuinely helpful, and the customer service was exceptional. I’m genuinely so happy with the whole experience. I came away feeling reassured and confident that my car was in good hands. Going forward, I’ll definitely be using the dealership rather than other garages or mobile mechanics. Thank you to Will and the whole team for making what was a very stressful situation feel so much easier

  Needed a van quickly and dropped in as we were passing. They didn’t have anything on site but Tim found the ideal vehicle at another depot. Two days later he had it on site, we viewed and agreed to purchase and vehicle was ready to collect 3 days later. Tim was superb from start to finish, sorting paperwork, payment etc in a calm professional manner. Everything he promised he’d do he did and he made the process stress free. Would highly recommend Tim and the team at Yeoman’s.
