  I’d highly recommend this dealership. Their stock is incredibly smart & the customer service was tip top. We got welcomed with smiles from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. John was extremely helpful & approachable. He was incredibly proactive & put myself into the perfect family upgrade for my family of four, I never felt pushed into anything, he allowed us to take our time with decision making, gave us no curfew on the test drive so it allowed us to get to know the car properly & work everything out. Nothing was rushed! A huge thank you to John & Yeomans for your kind service! We will be back!

  In many years I've had many types of car ,last year I bought for the first time a used citreon.   Jaymie was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. After dealing with several other Citroën garages and receiving conflicting information, it was a huge relief to finally speak to someone who genuinely wanted to help. He was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure we understood the process. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and never made us feel like we were being rushed or passed from one person to another. Unfortunately, our experience with other Citroën garages wasn’t nearly as positive, which made Jaymie’s excellent customer service stand out even more.   Always treated so well by the team at Yeomans Citroen. Been going for my MOT and servicing for the last 4-5 years and never had any issues. Team are always friendly and welcoming. Car gets washed and cleaned. Comfortable space to sit and work or have a hot drink while waiting.

  We've bought a couple cars from Yeomans in Exeter over the past few years - the most recent a month ago, and have always found their customer service to be impecable - literally second to none. Their commitment to total care and attention, always making sure to go the extra mile, is a breath of fresh air.   James Nicol and Joe were very helpful. James understood the position I am in and as a result of his help and understanding, I purchased a car that was right for me. Joe did the handover and was informative and helpful throughout. I felt they all my concerns and needs regarding a car were taken into consideration.
