Amazing garage and friendly staff, especially Gary. We had to return our car many many times so have spent some time here. I would make one suggestion, in that the staff should wear distinctive clothing, to distinguish them from customers. We waved down someone, who turned out to be non staff, and it almost lead to an altercation. He took offence to the tone of our complaints but after all it was the 15 th time we had to return the C5.

After receiving a letter regarding my ds3 airbag recall, booked in online with Citroen Yeomans for the 11th July. Gave them a call yesterday as there was now a don't drive order applied to this recall and they booked me in for the next evening. These guys are staying late to ensure as many of these recalls are carried out quickly as possible and are still managing to do so with impeccable customer service and a good attitude. Bought my second car from Yeomans of plymouth, mainly because of the service from the service department gave me with my last car . 2 months in on a 3yr old car and it broke down! Limped to the garage, braced myself to be told nothing could be done for months! But on inspection discovered it was a sparks plug - angry that the sparks weren’t checked before I bought the car, delighted that they changed the sparks and got us back on the road within an hr and half. My only complaint would be they seem to have the garage back to back with booked in cars not allowing for unexpected problems like mine to turn up. It wouldn’t hurt to have an hr window in every day to allow for the unexpected! Having said this the manager and beautiful lady on the service desk, were wonderful and did everything they could. Pity the car wasn’t prepped properly ready for sale and to last longer than 2months on the road!!!

Sadly I broke down close to my property on Sat 9th November, my vehicle was recovered to Yeomans, Plymouth on Monday afternoon by the AA after speaking with Daniel in the Service team, unfortunately there was no Courtesy car available for me. My vehicle was purchased from Yeomans in Sept 2023, I took out an extended warranty when the original warranty expired (best decision ever). I was able to pick up my vehicle yesterday, Thursday 14th November all repaired and cleaned as well, only 3 days since the Company received it for repair, and no charge as the repair was covered under the warranty. Great experience up until I went to claim the free service that was included when I bought my car. Because it was only verbal and nothing written down they've said they can't honour it. Feels very much like a false promise made by a car dealer to make a sale. I was also promised a full tank of fuel but was only given half which I didn't think was worth mentioning until now. Double check and get any extras in writing to avoid this.

No questions to Mechanics and Personnel - they are very polite and professionally do their job. Place is very well organized. - 5 stars. Half star off - if you get quotation for repair from ”Service Adviser” that is rocket high and parts+labor makes no sense - run away. Chances are you can fix it 3+ times less in another place. Half start off - although opening hours advertised as till 18:30 + weekends. To see your Mechanic you'll need Day off - Mechanics only can be seen Mo-Fr till 3pm. Half start off - repairs starts with ”investigation” or estimate - but if you are not agreed to repair at Yoemans you'll pay their price (not mentioned before for investigation or estimate) and will not get results of this process (like particular quoted part numbers). Just ability to take your car to another place. 4) if you know OBD computer shows problem in one particular part. Tell them what you want to fix - they'll still do investigation (half hour job without disassembling anything) and tell you result of OBD Data Trouble Code - and that's your "investigation" to pay for to take your car away to proper place which will be reasonable. Result: be careful when taking your care for repair. Overall place is great, problem could be in just one of Service Advisors.

This is the first time that we have dealt with Yeomans, and from the outset it has been a very pleasant experience. We were looking at a used C3 Picasso and dealt with Paul Cowan, who is a friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable chap who acts in a very professional manner. We had agreed an "in principle" valuation on our trade in over the phone, and this was honoured without question when we did the trade. Everything that Paul said would be done to the C3 was done. Nothing serious, just various niggly little things plus full service, new tyre, new MOT, valet etc. No quibbles, just agreement and action. He even had the valeters re-do a bit that we were happy with, but he wasn't! It's early days and we will have to see what happens over the next 12 months regarding any warranty issues, but for now we are both very happy and impressed. Paul is a credit to the Company and a real pleasure to deal with. We live in Hayle, which is about 75+ miles away, but I would certainly have no hesitation in dealing with Yeomans, and Paul, again. The work was carried out efficiently while we enjoyed a long breakfast overlooking the Marina at The Dock restaurant. Daniel looked after the booking and our visit to Citroen, kindly dropping us off at The Dock and picking us up.
