Took my car in for its first annual service. The ladies on the service desk were brilliant, advising me about estimated time to complete and ensuring I could be contacted on completion. A particular shout out to Ronni who was prepared to go well above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were looked after. The service was completed and the car available to me on time even though they were apparently short staffed due to sickness. Highly recommended.

Bought a nearly new van from James in sales at the Plymouth branch. This guy 💯%! Answered every question with ease (and I had many!), got me a great deal on the finance and super friendly throughout. I had some aftercare questions a few months later and, although this isn’t my nearest branch, James was on hand to share his knowledge and expertise to get the problem sorted. The fact he’s always happy to answer the phone even after the transaction was complete shows he is a top tier salesman.

Took my wife's DS3 in for an airbag recall. The manager Will was great and got the car in ASAP and the mechanics out back, even though they'd been regularly working late to get all the recalls through still had smiles on their faces. A great team, digging out to get people safely back on the road at the expense of long working days. Highly recommend.

After receiving a letter regarding my ds3 airbag recall, booked in online with Citroen Yeomans for the 11th July. Gave them a call yesterday as there was now a don't drive order applied to this recall and they booked me in for the next evening. These guys are staying late to ensure as many of these recalls are carried out quickly as possible and are still managing to do so with impeccable customer service and a good attitude. Cannot thank them enough for fitting my car in so quickly and so late in the day. Special thanks goes out to Will Smith for his help and genuine care. Top service from a great bunch and will definitely be recommending them in the future. Thank you for ensuring my kids are now safe to go in the car again so quickly.

Bought my second car from Yeomans of plymouth, mainly because of the service from the service department gave me with my last car . 2 months in on a 3yr old car and it broke down! Limped to the garage, braced myself to be told nothing could be done for months! But on inspection discovered it was a sparks plug - angry that the sparks weren’t checked before I bought the car, delighted that they changed the sparks and got us back on the road within an hr and half. My only complaint would be they seem to have the garage back to back with booked in cars not allowing for unexpected problems like mine to turn up. It wouldn’t hurt to have an hr window in every day to allow for the unexpected! Having said this the manager and beautiful lady on the service desk, were wonderful and did everything they could. Pity the car wasn’t prepped properly ready for sale and to last longer than 2months on the road!!!

I have never thought to do a review before but the fact that I have just ordered my fourth Citroen from Yeoman's Plymouth says it all. I have had a C3, C1, eC4 and my new order is an eC3. Simon, Joe and Brett in the Sales room are wonderful people who are not only great at their respective jobs but also fantastic at taking the long term view to customer service. You can totally trust them to advise what they feel is best for you. Numerous friends have also purchased cars on my recommendation and they too are 100% happy. Went to Yeomans to view one particular car but ended up buying a different one, thanks to the help of Joseph Davies. During the week between deciding to purchase it and collecting the car, Joseph was in regular contact (not overly so) and responded to queries promptly. We're happy with our purchase and would recommend Citroen Yeomans as it has a good selection of quality used cars. Also, again, I'd like to namecheck Joseph, as he was a great help throughout.

Cristina was incredibly helpful and supportive in getting me booked in after my car broke down. She also told me she can organise a driver to get me to and from the garage. We recently moved to Plymouth and needed to purchase a car. We were fortunate to meet Joseph at Citroen Yeomans. Joseph was extremely helpful and informative during the whole process and made it easy for us to make the right choice for our new vehicle. We had a small issue with the car just after we purchased it, but the service manager and his team resolved it while we waited. Sadly I broke down close to my property on Sat 9th November, my vehicle was recovered to Yeomans, Plymouth on Monday afternoon by the AA after speaking with Daniel in the Service team, unfortunately there was no Courtesy car available for me. My vehicle was purchased from Yeomans in Sept 2023, I took out an extended warranty when the original warranty expired (best decision ever). I was able to pick up my vehicle yesterday, Thursday 14th November all repaired and cleaned as well, only 3 days since the Company received it for repair, and no charge as the repair was covered under the warranty. I would like to thank all the Service team and Mechanics in Plymouth involved for their prompt efforts in getting my C4 Picasso repaired quickly for me, special thanks to Will for his help and courtesy, my wife is very poorly at the moment, the prompt attention has helped me massively, I really appreciate all of your teams help to get me back on the road. amazingly helpful, had a flat tire, no one in the area could help get the lock nuts off, spoke with Cristina a number of times everytime she was so helpful with infomation and things i could do to get the tire sorted, after calling back yesterday she managered to get the car in the garage the next day to have this repaired. All very helpful and friendly staff

Had a great experience at Yeoman's Citroën. The service advisor Christina went above and beyond for me to ensure I got home whilst my car was serviced. She kept me upto date with the progress of my car and even got me picked back up so I didn't have to worry about getting back to the service department. Car was also cleaned! Will be back next year.

I felt a situation I had with my vehicle could’ve been handled better with communications, however when Christina stepped in she took everything into her hands and sorted me out. We were welcomed with a great service, and continued with good communication throughout. When we collected our C4 we noticed a considerable difference in its performance. We believe you get what you pay for, but they are not overpriced compared with the quality of service they endever to produce. We will be taking our car back here for the foreseeable future. I asked for help with a citroen, could someone in the service bay give some hints on the windscreen wipers not sync'ing. Sure, come on in before 5. Without even looking at the car, we need a simple 2 hour diagnostic at £240 so we can tell you what you need to do!!!! Oh and a new wiper motor will cost £560. Waste of time!!! 3 stars at best.

The level of service just gets better. Having been using this dealer for the last 6 years the service has always been great especially from Simon (sales), Dan and recently Paul. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Simon the Area Manager whilst waiting for my C5 to get new discs brakes etc. He was outstanding at looking after me and ensuring my car was in excellent condition before handing it back. Great experience up until I went to claim the free service that was included when I bought my car. Because it was only verbal and nothing written down they've said they can't honour it. Feels very much like a false promise made by a car dealer to make a sale. I was also promised a full tank of fuel but was only given half which I didn't think was worth mentioning until now. Double check and get any extras in writing to avoid this.

I have used Citroen Plymouth for many years. I have brought several Citroens over the years that have gone through the dealership during their lifetimes. I have found the front service deals very helpful, polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to make sure I get the best experience. I have a C4 Grand Picasso which went in for warranty works, they contact you beforehand and throughout each stage and on return, the car was cleaned , hoovered and well presented. After using their services for many years, I have always been very happy and look forward to potentially changing my car next year for another. Thank you at Citroen for looking after us so well.

James NIcol in mobility was so nice and helpful nothing was too much trouble, he explained everything about the car, I felt very confident about driving the new car away from the show room, he even told me that when I left citroen that I could give him a ring at any time if I felt worried about anything. No questions to Mechanics and Personnel - they are very polite and professionally do their job. Place is very well organized. - 5 stars. Half star off - if you get quotation for repair from ”Service Adviser” that is rocket high and parts+labor makes no sense - run away. Chances are you can fix it 3+ times less in another place. Half start off - although opening hours advertised as till 18:30 + weekends. To see your Mechanic you'll need Day off - Mechanics only can be seen Mo-Fr till 3pm. Half start off - repairs starts with ”investigation” or estimate - but if you are not agreed to repair at Yoemans you'll pay their price (not mentioned before for investigation or estimate) and will not get results of this process (like particular quoted part numbers). Just ability to take your car to another place. 4) if you know OBD computer shows problem in one particular part. Tell them what you want to fix - they'll still do investigation (half hour job without disassembling anything) and tell you result of OBD Data Trouble Code - and that's your "investigation" to pay for to take your car away to proper place which will be reasonable. Result: be careful when taking your care for repair. Overall place is great, problem could be in just one of Service Advisors.

This is the first time that we have dealt with Yeomans, and from the outset it has been a very pleasant experience. We were looking at a used C3 Picasso and dealt with Paul Cowan, who is a friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable chap who acts in a very professional manner. We had agreed an "in principle" valuation on our trade in over the phone, and this was honoured without question when we did the trade. Everything that Paul said would be done to the C3 was done. Nothing serious, just various niggly little things plus full service, new tyre, new MOT, valet etc. No quibbles, just agreement and action. He even had the valeters re-do a bit that we were happy with, but he wasn't! It's early days and we will have to see what happens over the next 12 months regarding any warranty issues, but for now we are both very happy and impressed. Paul is a credit to the Company and a real pleasure to deal with. We live in Hayle, which is about 75+ miles away, but I would certainly have no hesitation in dealing with Yeomans, and Paul, again. Great little dealership with friendly staff on hand to help with any queries you may have on Citroën and DS Automobiles cars. They have a large range of approved used cars on hand aswell as some brand new cars so when it comes time to pick a new car then yeomans Plymouth will most likely have exactly what you're looking for!

My most recent visit was last Monday week when we had a new lock fitted on our passenger rear door. The work was carried out efficiently while we enjoyed a long breakfast overlooking the Marina at The Dock restaurant. Daniel looked after the booking and our visit to Citroen, kindly dropping us off at The Dock and picking us up. My wife and I have a few mobility issues and, once we’d settled up, Daniel even fetched our car and drove it to the Citroen office entrance, so we didn’t have to walk too far. A big thank you to all, especially Daniel.
