I had enquired about a electric 3008 car which Graham had ready for us when we arrived. He covered all the key points of the car and arranged for my wife to test the car on our own. The benefit of £1000 deposit and free home charger also convinced us to go for a Electric 3008. this allowed us to agree that the Peugeot 3008 in electric was the car for us. Recently bought a used car from Yeomans as my car getting older and older! My husband popped in and Jon sent him some details of some suitable cars within my price range by email. We said we would pop in on the following Sunday to have a look around the stock. Jon said he wasn’t in on the Sunday so I said I’d drop round on the Tuesday and made an appointment. Turns out when I attended the appointment Jon had actually come in on his day off to accommodate me as he knew it was hard for me to make it in due to my shift work. Jon is polite, friendly and experienced. He took time to talk through what I needed in a car as haven’t bought one in the last 9 years! Went for a test drive and was very happy to proceed with the sale. There were other cars that also suited my needs, but he recommended the car I bought as it has more features ( which should retain its value for longer). This makes sense. One of the other cars was actually more expensive, and he could have suggested I buy that one, but he didn’t. He made the recommendation in my best interests rather than just trying to make the bigger sale. Everything was explained fully both in the sale of the car and in the service agreement we set up. Very pleased with the process. Car was immaculate when I collected it, cleaned inside and out, and some sticky marks removed from the back and side doors as promised. Features fully explained on handover day. Thank you very much Jon, and Yeomans.

If I hadn’t got fed up waiting and asked when it would be done the man looked it up and said ‘Oh sorry it’s been finished’ and retrieved the key. We came to Citroen with a problem on our car and whilst there chatted to Dan Hunt who had sold the car to us. Not only was the problem fixed swiftly but Dan talked us through our options for the future and we traded in our old car for a new one. Dan took considerable time to ensure that the switch over was the right thing for us to do and when we picked the car up he took great care in making sure that we knew how to work the features on the new car. We always find the staff at Citroen courteous and efficient and they are attentive to customers. Once when we were unable to take our car for a service, it was picked up at our door and delivered back at the end of the day. Very impressed with the service I received from the whole team on Saturday 5 July. My car developed a fault when on holiday in the area, and it really looked like I would be stranded with my 4 kids. My DS DS7 had its first service yesterday and right from the arrival at the Service desk, right through to collection at exactly the time predicted, the quality of service from the staff was excellent. The car had been cleaned externally and the free courtesy car made the experience all the better. We also had some excellent advice, after collection, from a member of the Sales team who took the time to refresh our understanding of all the safety controls around the Drive Assist, Cruise Control and Speed Limiter's capabilities of the car. My wife - now sadly deceased - and I have been in the position over 15 years living in Derby and Devon six months here and there . We have purchased vehicles and used servicing at both Citreon Derby and Yeomans over this time . Recently a new C5 Aircross purchased in Derby had a gearbox fault after only 800 miles ! Being in Devon Yeomans fixed the problem under warranty and the service was excellent throughout this anxious time . Yeomans have always been very conscientious and excellent over the years and I have recently taken out a service plan with them and cancelled the plan with Derby taken out when purchasing the car . Bristol Street Motors Citreon agents in Derby have been hopeless in the circumstances and I await their reply concerning whether I can reject the vehicle within 6 months . Now retired and widowed I hope to spend more time in Devon and are thankful that I can rely on Yeomans . Especial thanks to Graham and Colin in Service Department and Johnathan from whom we purchased a mobility car in July 2023 now sadly returned on my wife's death. Keep up the great service . When I visited the showroom to look at available cars, I mentioned to Dan, one of the salesman, that we really wanted a particular model. I was so delighted, when, a few days later he rang to tell me that he had noticed that the model we wanted had just been delivered to their Torquay branch. My experience was fantastic. Johnathan was friendly, professional and very funny. Me and my mum laughed so much but he made it so easy to change over my motability car without any stress. I had only had my electric car for 4 months from another dealership who told me it would be easy to get home installed charging station. That was so far from the truth. Superstars! Had just bought a new (to me!) Berlingo panel van. As drove it back, heard strange ticking noise from the engine. Called Yeomans and got through to the brilliant Clive Jones. Clive booked me in for an engine diagnostic and service. Engine diagnostic wasn't good news. However the kindness and professionalism from Clive has been amazing. He took responsibility to contact the dealership I had got the van off. Took all the stress and worry off my plate and secured agreement from the dealership to pay for the engine issues. Not only this, he liaised with them to look at my radio, something I knew was broken, but was going to be another month to be fixed through the dealership. Clive ensured that all the issues with my van were handled in one job lot and removed all the coordination and negotiation from me. He made it his problem and made sure the pressure on me was as small as possible. Basically he went above and beyond. Clive then went out of his way to keep me informed and up to date. Calling me when he didn’t have an update just so I didn’t worry, as well as when he did have one. Excellent in terms of customer service, but Clive goes further, he is one of the best people. Well done Citreon you have secured a very loyal customer because of the brilliant Clive and the service from the wider team.

Had extremely good sales and service from DES Exeter until now. I had a 24 month warranty on my DS7 and when querying about the warranty, I was advised to renew the warranty and was given a number to phone by the service department at Yeomans. The warranty provider who I phoned said - sorry - too late your warranty expired 6 weeks ago and because of that it cannot be renewed - it should have been done earlier. No one from Yeomans advised me about the possibility of extending the warranty much less than it should have been done directly after the 2 year warranty. So now I sit with a vehicle which could have had an extended warranty if I had been told earlier. Very disappointed

Needs improvement with making service arrangements and timing issues, with Service and Mot booked at same time. This caused my car to be rushed and sent home with a nail still in tyre. After a 3 hr wait, even though I was half an hour late, this was due to my fault, I phoned ahead and explained and had no feedback or phone call to say don't bother coming in. It was extremely busy but I still waited 3hrs to be told that they couldn't do anything today as busy..🤔 I have had a few cars booked in on plans previous years and never have I had to wait like that.

He made myself and my mum at ease and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want, didn’t pressure into a sale. From my own experience I cannot recommend this dealer enough. We had broken down locally and they got us back on the road. They were calming, friendly, kept us in touch with the repair status, dropped us off at a local hotel and even picked us up with our two dogs to bring us back to our car. Colin was helping me and was superb listened to whats up and went out of his way to help him and his team did a great job and im over the moon with the service I got. Really great service from both Graham and Dan. Professional and nice people who made the experience of buying a car remotely a smooth experience. They even changed plans to deliver the car to the day I asked driving more than 200 miles for the delivery. The information they provided was clear. The car was clean and even they used only petrol to deliver with full battery (car is hybrid) and with half a tank of petrol still . Highly recommended.

I took my wife's Mobility Car for its first yearly service and waited ther while it was done. Booking in was prompt and courteous. Although the help yourself beverage service was suspended due to Covid precautions, I was offered drinks of my choice at least twice. The waiting area is comfortable and hand gel and masks are provided if required. The service was carried out thoroughly and the car returned washed.

We took our Citroen C4 piccasso here every year, from the day we drove from the showroom in 2014 until today 10 years later. They have been the best team ever, helping us keep our car healthy. We were treated like a family member. Our circumstances changed recently, and we passed our car onto our son, in the knowledge that he was taking on a car, well looked after and safe. The clutch was 10 years old and needed replacing. The repairs were done as quickly as possible. I would recommend this garage and the staff highly. Thank you for looking after us for so long.

We were looking for a used C4 grand picasso and decided to take a look. Cannot fault the service and staff in particular Louis who helped show us around the particular cars we were interested in, got us the keys and left us to look around on our own and at our leisure. No hard sell or pressure to make a decision but always at any hand to answer any questionsw had (and there was many). We found the car we wanted after a number of test drives in other cars and was happy to do the deal there and then.

I bought my DS3 from Yeomans- Exeter in February 2016 .I decided to have all maintenance and MOT's done there to keep up the resale value. I have only had exceptional service. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff on all 5 visits. I took my car in yesterday 29/10/18 for it's MOT. I mentioned to the gent on service reception that the mechanism on my key had gone awry. ie push the button to open the key had become reversed and had to flick the key open and push the button to close the key. Anyway when I picked the car up this had been fixed at no cost and also they had adjusted the clock to winter hours which I just had not got round to doing. 2 small things but what great customer service. Oh.....and excellent free coffee. Thank you
