The only downside was that I couldn't get in touch with them via phone for the first week, however, once I first had email contact from them, Lisa was prompt and responsive. Once the dealership had the parts, I was booked in promptly and the job was completed in under an hour. Good service at a stressful and busy time.

I have today had my DS3 air bags replaced by Yeoman’s Citroen Fareham. I registered my car the day Citroen wrote to me.The service from Yeoman’s was outstanding. We must remember they work for Citroen and the originating letter for recall comes from Citroen Uk. Citroen Uk decide on the order in which cars are called in and the replacement parts are sent to Yeoman’s labelled with the registration number of your car. You cannot fast track the repair as Citroen UK determine the cars getting the spare parts. The staff in fareham are working under difficult circumstances and under a lot of pressure putting in extra hours to clear as many cars as possible. With 150000 cars in the UK needing new air bags there will be delays on the supply of parts. Yeoman’s are working in our interests and on behalf of Citroen. In my opinion the staff need our support and acknowledgement of their superb efforts.

This garage is amazing, their friendliness delightful, and First Class is the best description of Yeomans from their Service department’s reception (Rochelle & Kaz) to all the mechanics, who under the watchful eye of Alan, deliver everything one would expect of a Citroen Garage. The Sales department must also have a mention > knowledgable staff (especially Scott) who listen to one’s needs and propose cars to fit the requirement, without the high pressure tactics ones sometimes experiences. If ever there was a Hogwarts of car garages, this would be it! I’ve been bringing my trusty Citroen here for around four years, and every time, the team has worked their magic—no wands required. As a middle-aged, single witch (erm, woman) with a teenage daughter, I’ve always been a little anxious about garages. In the past, I’ve felt like I’ve been hit with Confundus Charms at other places—leaving with a lighter wallet and no idea what just happened. Recently, my fuel pressure light came on, and in true Hermione style, I went into full research mode—checking the oil, looking for leaks, and probably overthinking everything. Still, I took my car to the garage (better safe than facing a magical explosion!). Turns out, there was more wrong than I realized, including a problematic fuel pump. Now, that could’ve left me with a pre-Christmas bill the size of a Gringotts vault withdrawal. But enter Kaz at reception—the true hero of this story. Kaz fought tooth and nail for me like a real Gryffindor and managed to summon a Goodwill warranty from Citroen, saving me nearly £3,000! That’s more galleons than I'd ever seen! During the repairs, I had to borrow my mum’s ancient car—imagine driving the Knight Bus, only with more scratches, bumps, and a mobility scooter in the boot. Let’s just say I was feeling more Muggle than Magical. But now, I’m back in my lovely Citroen, feeling as cool as a Nimbus 2000 rider, and the ride is as smooth as a freshly brewed Butterbeer. I dropped off biscuits as a thank you (because I’m not a house-elf, after all!), but honestly, no amount of baked goods could truly express how grateful I am. If you want a garage that feels like your own personal Dumbledore looking out for you, this is the place. Accio trustworthy mechanics!

When viewing the cars on the forecourt at no point did we feel uncomfortable/under pressure from the car sales staff they approached and introduced themselves and then left us alone to view at leisure. We decided to take a C3 out for a spin-after a short test drive we arrived back at the showroom and I must admit that it was a lovely car so on speaking to Scott I said that I/we would like to buy it. Paperwork completed and collection date agreed we left. On the collection day Scarlett completed the handover (this went smoothly). I'm a disabled 30 something and in others garages such as Eden Vauxhall and Richmond I was either told my business meant nothing to them and that I was just a number in their board (Eden) or looked through completely by 3 different people. Yeomans was a completely different story. Dave, Scarlet and Ollie have all been so lovely to deal with that I want to go and work there myself! Lovely team, extremely helpful and most of all they made my first dealing with motability a complete breeze. Can't recommend them enough. Exceptionally Helpful Service Dept. Sorted out the safety recall issue (bonnet catch) and fitted a new clutch to fix the awful gear change judder on my Cactus auto in double quick time. They also gave my car a valet inside and out. I cannot speak more more highly of them, truly a safe pair of hands... It drives soooo smoothly now and my Cactus is back to its new car feel.. I purchased a '17 plate DS3 Cabriolet from here last month. The entire process was fantastic, I was well looked after by Ollie initially, he provided me with all the info I needed to go away and make a decision. He was not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about engine options etc. My purchase was then concluded through Matt, who, despite me living 100 miles away from the garage (car purchased over several weeks while visiting family), was able to keep me in the loop the entire time with timing updates etc. Matt was extremely professional and I have come away from the transaction with far less cynicism for salesmen than I had when I went in. A very respectable and honest bunch, I would 100% recommend anybody to purchase through them. P.S - Matt even gave me a lollipop while I was there to sign documents, it was a small but appreciated sentiment!

Just want to say a big thank you to Jon Gale the sales executive who looked after me while i test drove the citroen c1. I live in Portsmouth and wasn't able to get down to Fareham so he went out of his way to take the car to where I live so I could test drive it around where I live. He showed me around the car and every detail of it very thoroughly before i started driving it, was up front with the cost, and never for a minute pressure me into buying. Would highly recommend.
