Just like to thank Tim for making my recent purchase so pleasurable, communication from start to finish excellent. He described the condition of car perfectly to me, as I purchased on line being 150 mile away in Kidderminster. Car was delivered to me on the day and time as arranged by him, with a full valet and a new 12 month mot. Great team effort I’m sure by Yeomans but gold star to Tim.

I bought my first car in Yeomans and just return to buy my second one, they are very transparent, flexible and their used cars are in very good condition and fair price. I always take my car there for its service and MOTs. I really trust them and they never disappoint, the whole team is very friendly and professional , couldn't recommend it enough!

Exceptional Efficiency at Yeomans Citroen I am highly impressed with the level of service I received today. Alan assisted me with a specialized parts order, maintaining great communication throughout the morning to guarantee accuracy. The speed of fulfillment was outstanding: ordered at 9:30 am and collected at 1:30 pm. Efficient, reliable, and friendly service. You don't see a four-hour turnaround like that very often. It is rare to get truly superb customer service these days but I recently purchased a new car from Yeomans Fareham and can honestly say that the whole experience from part exchanging my old car to purchasing the new one was stress and hassle free. Absolutely first class! Communication during the process was amazing, which for me, is a big plus. I never had to chase once for information giving me peace of mind throughout. I was booked in for an MOT and service and the whole experience ran perfectly smoothly and was very pleasant. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and seen quickly. Everything was communicated very clearly and the service was very professional. I highly recommend allowing this business to look after your vehicles.

My car was subject to the airbag recall and Yeomans Fareham were very helpful with this process. The only downside was that I couldn't get in touch with them via phone for the first week, however, once I first had email contact from them, Lisa was prompt and responsive. Once the dealership had the parts, I was booked in promptly and the job was completed in under an hour. Good service at a stressful and busy time.

On 21st July, called in the parts and service reception and spoke to the two ladies there about the dilemma with my wife’s airbag recall situation. A few calls were made. Later that day I was informed of an appointment for 24th July. Much appreciation and great customer service from the two ladies and Yeomans Citreon.

I have today had my DS3 air bags replaced by Yeoman’s Citroen Fareham. I registered my car the day Citroen wrote to me.The service from Yeoman’s was outstanding. We must remember they work for Citroen and the originating letter for recall comes from Citroen Uk. Citroen Uk decide on the order in which cars are called in and the replacement parts are sent to Yeoman’s labelled with the registration number of your car. You cannot fast track the repair as Citroen UK determine the cars getting the spare parts. The staff in fareham are working under difficult circumstances and under a lot of pressure putting in extra hours to clear as many cars as possible. With 150000 cars in the UK needing new air bags there will be ##s on the supply of parts. Yeoman’s are working in our interests and on behalf of Citroen. In my opinion the staff need our support and acknowledgement of their superb efforts.

I can’t say enough good things about this team. They were the only Citroën specialists who were truly helpful when it came to replacing the airbags in my daughter’s car. From start to finish, their service was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, handled all the necessary work efficiently, and gave me real peace of mind about my daughter’s safety. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days, and I’m so grateful I found them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their Citroën — you’ll be in excellent hands!

I purchased a Citroen C3 last week. My experience with Yeomans Fareham was first class. From my initial telephone enquiry to completion of purchase, Mr.Chris Barton did everything extremely professionally and with friendliness and good humour. This was my first experience with Yeomans and I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending anyone to trust their expertise and professionalism.

My car was leaking oil so I went to the garage on Saturday morning, they were very busy with airbag recall customers but seeing my stress the lovely Lady at reception got someone to look at my car. They fitted me in even though they were obviously having a very stressful busy day. Thank you for helping me. Amazing service.

I registered my car for Air Bag Recall Replacements about a week ago, I rang yesterday to see where I was in the queue & I was told that certain job roles were prioritised. I explained that I did Social Care & I was fitted in for 09.30 this morning, after a 50 minute wait everything was sorted. GREAT, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM YEOMANS FAREHAM!!!

Purchased a lovely used c3 from Fareham. Very happy with the car, unfortunately part of the carpet had lifted and the air conditioning was found to be faulty a couple of weeks after buying. However, amazing customer service from Scott, car was collected and courtesy car left for me to use for 24 hours. Car has been returned fully valeted and fixed, couldn’t be happier. Amazing customer service , would be very happy to return when the time comes. Thank you!

Tim in sales was very helpful, even though I was buying a used Hyundai and not a Citroen nothing was too much trouble for him, when I said I would purchase the car I found a few things that needed sorting out, this took several weeks caused by a problem getting parts so Tim arranged a loan car that I could use until mine was ready. Very happy how efficient professional our experience was getting our berlingo van seen to and complimentary valet offered after our repair was done. Lovely comfortable waiting area with coffee and water supplied, which was great. All staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Thankyou, made our day.

Excellent customer care from the service team. Slight panic when the engine warning light came on the C4 but was booked in straight away and the sensor was replaced under warranty. The two lovely ladies on the service reception were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t have done more to help me. Many thanks for all your help.

This garage is amazing, their friendliness delightful, and First Class is the best description of Yeomans from their Service department’s reception (Rochelle & Kaz) to all the mechanics, who under the watchful eye of Alan, deliver everything one would expect of a Citroen Garage. The Sales department must also have a mention > knowledgable staff (especially Scott) who listen to one’s needs and propose cars to fit the requirement, without the high pressure tactics ones sometimes experiences. As a family, we have used this garage for 13 years and will continue to drive a distance to enjoy this care. Thank You Yeomans.

I recently purchased a C1 from yeomans used car stock. From the time I called Yeomans on a Sunday i received excellent service from the salesman lester hoare. He quickly located a suitable car for my budget in Plymouth, qualified my finance, had the car brought to fareham motd serviced and valteted and ready within days. I have been very pleased with car and the service both before and after sale. I highly recommend Yeomans in Fareham .The service is exemplary and importantly I felt I could trust them. Beautiful job and they saw from their records I was entitled to a free service with the car purchase so had it ready with no bill. Also parts dept fixed my spare key. Amazing! Second visit - the same. The two ladies at reception are so helpful and efficient - the mechanics are just as efficient. Great job.

If ever there was a Hogwarts of car garages, this would be it! I’ve been bringing my trusty Citroen here for around four years, and every time, the team has worked their magic—no wands required. As a middle-aged, single witch (erm, woman) with a teenage daughter, I’ve always been a little anxious about garages. In the past, I’ve felt like I’ve been hit with Confundus Charms at other places—leaving with a lighter wallet and no idea what just happened. Recently, my fuel pressure light came on, and in true Hermione style, I went into full research mode—checking the oil, looking for leaks, and probably overthinking everything. Still, I took my car to the garage (better safe than facing a magical explosion!). Turns out, there was more wrong than I realized, including a problematic fuel pump. Now, that could’ve left me with a pre-Christmas bill the size of a Gringotts vault withdrawal. But enter Kaz at reception—the true hero of this story. Kaz fought tooth and nail for me like a real Gryffindor and managed to summon a Goodwill warranty from Citroen, saving me nearly £3,000! That’s more galleons than I'd ever seen! During the repairs, I had to borrow my mum’s ancient car—imagine driving the Knight Bus, only with more scratches, bumps, and a mobility scooter in the boot. Let’s just say I was feeling more Muggle than Magical. But now, I’m back in my lovely Citroen, feeling as cool as a Nimbus 2000 rider, and the ride is as smooth as a freshly brewed Butterbeer. I dropped off biscuits as a thank you (because I’m not a house-elf, after all!), but honestly, no amount of baked goods could truly express how grateful I am. If you want a garage that feels like your own personal Dumbledore looking out for you, this is the place. Accio trustworthy mechanics!

For the last 24 years, me and my husband have been with Citreon Garage Fareham, and have had excellent service....all that time.My husband died nine years ago, so I was left on my own.For a woman who doesn't understand anything about cars ,Citreon Garage continued to look after me in an exemplary way, caring and nothing too much trouble,I could just drop in and they would look after my car, with whatever light on dash might have come up, and also being a disabled person, this was also a wonderful service. He answered all my queries and was very informative. He made me feel very relaxed and was no way pressured. Very relaxed and pleasurable experience. Having booked my car in for a service, unfortunately other problems were identified and staff went above and beyond to keep me informed of work that needed to be carried out. My wife and I recently bought a one year old car from Citroen in Fareham. Tim who dealt with the initial sale and Scarlet who dealt with the hand over were extremely professional and easy to deal with. There was no hard sale involved and we were made to feel very relaxed during the process. We would not hesitate in recommending Yeomans,Fareham.

When viewing the cars on the forecourt at no point did we feel uncomfortable/under pressure from the car sales staff they approached and introduced themselves and then left us alone to view at leisure. We decided to take a C3 out for a spin-after a short test drive we arrived back at the showroom and I must admit that it was a lovely car so on speaking to Scott I said that I/we would like to buy it. Paperwork completed and collection date agreed we left. On the collection day Scarlett completed the handover (this went smoothly). Overall impression of this company, very good-very professional staff (Scott and Scarlett) I went away feeling satisfied.I would recommend this company.

Highly recommend Tim to process any sale. Lovely guy, friendly and very professional. He contacted me today to let me know he has moved from Richmond and my finance is almost up so it flagged on the system. My response was so have I (after 6 years) and I'm getting a new car next week. He will always get you the best price possible and won't rip you off. It's a shame that the garage he is working at or worked at don't sell the make of my new car because I would pick him to sell me a car any day or the week!

I'm a disabled 30 something and in others garages such as Eden Vauxhall and Richmond I was either told my business meant nothing to them and that I was just a number in their board (Eden) or looked through completely by 3 different people. Yeomans was a completely different story. Dave, Scarlet and Ollie have all been so lovely to deal with that I want to go and work there myself! Lovely team, extremely helpful and most of all they made my first dealing with motability a complete breeze. Can't recommend them enough. I opted for a C3 aircross and ita the perfect height and super comfortable.

Exceptionally Helpful Service Dept. Sorted out the safety recall issue (bonnet catch) and fitted a new clutch to fix the awful gear change judder on my Cactus auto in double quick time. They also gave my car a valet inside and out. I cannot speak more more highly of them, truly a safe pair of hands... It drives soooo smoothly now and my Cactus is back to its new car feel.. Put a smile on my face within the first 100 yds of driving it. Kudos to you guys & thanks

I purchased a '17 plate DS3 Cabriolet from here last month. The entire process was fantastic, I was well looked after by Ollie initially, he provided me with all the info I needed to go away and make a decision. He was not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about engine options etc. My purchase was then concluded through Matt, who, despite me living 100 miles away from the garage (car purchased over several weeks while visiting family), was able to keep me in the loop the entire time with timing updates etc. Matt was extremely professional and I have come away from the transaction with far less cynicism for salesmen than I had when I went in. A very respectable and honest bunch, I would 100% recommend anybody to purchase through them. P.S - Matt even gave me a lollipop while I was there to sign documents, it was a small but appreciated sentiment!

Fantastic experience buying our C4 Cactus from Yeomans. Arranged a good deal given what we wanted, worked tirelessly to get it done as quickly as possible and the car was ready extremely quickly. We've also taken a DS4 in for diagnostic work to Yeomans and they didn't needlessly charge when no fault was found. Cannot fault.

Just want to say a big thank you to Jon Gale the sales executive who looked after me while i test drove the citroen c1. I live in Portsmouth and wasn't able to get down to Fareham so he went out of his way to take the car to where I live so I could test drive it around where I live. He showed me around the car and every detail of it very thoroughly before i started driving it, was up front with the cost, and never for a minute pressure me into buying. Would highly recommend.
