  I would just like to thank Neil Blanchard (Sales Executive) so much for his assistance when I popped in to to see what kind of small used hatchbacks they had in stock. I must say that this was the only dealership where I was immediately acknowledged by him and all of his colleagues when I turned up unannounced, even though they were with other customers. I was completely ignored everywhere else. I gave Neil a list of my requirements and he guided me to vehicles which ticked those boxes. I initially sat in them to see how I felt, while he was able to give me all the information about each one and the differences between what I liked. He was not at all pushy and so the next week I booked in to test drive a couple. Only then did I know which one I preferred. I slept on it and purchased it the next dayI could not be happier! This was first-class customer service from start to finish ~ I highly recommend them.

  I love my new i10 even more than the last one in many respects. It is still very responsive with light touch controls and handling. I love that the seat belt control slider is back! I'm short and had to buy a contraption to stop the seat belt strangling me in my last onethis one adjusts for we shorties! I'm not a fan of the speed controller checking my speed and beeping at me. There are lots of occasions that require you up the speed limit. I know I can turn it off but what a faff every timeit also sets limits that don't exist telling me some areas are 20 mph when the signs indicate 30! I love the parking assist, that was a pleasant surprise and the ability to tell my car to call someone from my phone log! That's just fun and safer than twiddling the knob to find the right person and not crash the car. I love the colour, Dragon Red, so grown up for me and not those awful puce green or depression grey! It's only a couple of days in and about 50 miles of the clock. It has a quirky number plate so I was able to give it a quirky name. She is Czafina X. Very Elon Musk don't you think? ps If there's a job going as an i10 reviewer I'm your girl!

  I bought a used Hyundai i20 from Yeomans in October 2022 and was very happy with it EXCEPT when I found a lot of water in the tyre well. The car came with a year’s warranty so they located and thought they had fixed the source of the leak - but this didn’t cure it. Over the next 18 months (yes, way past the warranty expiry) the garage had the car back several times trying different fixes eg a new boot seal etc. Finally, this month, the technicians took the inside boot covers off and even sprayed it with one of them in the boot! They found another tiny hole under the roof drainage seal (water obviously found it tooand after I too tested it with a hose pipeit is finally leak free! Thank you especially to Kirsty on reception for her endless patience and good humour plus to Chris, Darren and the technicians who became intrigued (or was it exasperatedand determined to find the cause.   It will now be eight years of servicing my car [which I also bought from them], a highly professional outfit. I recommend the brand and this specific location. A recent delay to repairing a fault [parts supply] was not dealer related and it is the first time anything outside of routine maintenance has been needed. The video of the car they do so you can see what they are talking about is really helpful and I find the service plan which comes with breakdown cover gives me peace of mind.

  My used Hyundai i10 was sent by my warranty company to Bexhill Hyundai for some repairs. The service from them was over and above in both quality and care. I lost my father whilst the car was waiting to be fixed and although there was still a week until the repair was to be completed, Darren and his team went over and above to make sure it was ready early so I could attend my dad's funeral - working late into Friday night and delivered the car to me the next morning (a week early). Incredible customer service from an incredibly caring team. Phenomenal!

  I have a 10 year old Hyundai i10 Automatic. It suits my needs perfectly so I intend to keep it running until e-cars are the right price for me.I like using Yeomans as the main dealer. I know that the service and MOT will meet the precise needs of the car, following maintenance procedures and Hyundai spares if needed, with Hyundai trained personnel. It gives me a sense of security about the current condition of the car. My service was excellent value taking into account my mileage and domestic use. This is my second Hyundai and both have proved to be most reliable, roomy, comfortable, with excellent fittings and fixtures. Booking a service is easy by phone, you receive a good welcome at reception which is covid conscious. Damian went through my requirements taking into account my last year service and foreseeable usage for this year. the car was ready on time. there was a clear verbal report on work carried out and plans for the service in 12 months time. the showroom is attractive with a corner to relax and current models on display.   Back in January purchased a vehicle from the guys at Hyundai Bexhill, the team there was amazing they couldn't of done more to help, so friendly and efficient.   I've brought my car here for a service and warranty repair work during the covid-19 pandemic. I have to say how impressed I was with the hygiene measures put in place. Not only was there the social distancing lines and contactless (sensor) hand sanitiser, but also my car was returned having had all points of contact ie. steering wheel , controls, door handle, key etc sanitised. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. It was good to see how well organised they were during these unprecedented and strange times. I would definitely recommend Yeomans Hyundai, Bexhill.

  Purchased a Kona EV in October which I am very happy with. Unfortunately not directly from Bexhill as I couldn't afford there prices. Even so I took the car in for a service in December and also had the reduction oil changed. They performed the service perfectly although when the bill came I did have to question it as it was more than initially quoted. Was altered no problems which I was greatful of. Then discovered a problem with the heater in the car. They diagnosed quickly waited 2 months and heard nothing. Chased Bexhill who then chased Hyundai. Unfortunately Hyundai then made them jump through hoops to perform even more tests. Eventually it's all been fixed and all good so far, car also came back spotlessly clean. So far a great, service which I hope continues. Will be looking to replace my other car in a few months time and will certainly look at the PHEVs made by Hyundai due to the customer service. The reaon for 4 stars though is due to the length of time to fix the heater, 3 months is a little excessive but at least they got there all under warranty.
