Purchased a Kona EV in October which I am very happy with. Unfortunately not directly from Bexhill as I couldn't afford there prices. Even so I took the car in for a service in December and also had the reduction oil changed. They performed the service perfectly although when the bill came I did have to question it as it was more than initially quoted. Was altered no problems which I was greatful of. Then discovered a problem with the heater in the car. They diagnosed quickly waited 2 months and heard nothing. Chased Bexhill who then chased Hyundai. Unfortunately Hyundai then made them jump through hoops to perform even more tests. Eventually it's all been fixed and all good so far, car also came back spotlessly clean. So far a great, service which I hope continues. Will be looking to replace my other car in a few months time and will certainly look at the PHEVs made by Hyundai due to the customer service. The reaon for 4 stars though is due to the length of time to fix the heater, 3 months is a little excessive but at least they got there all under warranty.

I would just like to thank Neil Blanchard (Sales Executive) so much for his assistance when I popped in to to see what kind of small used hatchbacks they had in stock. I must say that this was the only dealership where I was immediately acknowledged by him and all of his colleagues when I turned up unannounced, even though they were with other customers. I was completely ignored everywhere else. I gave Neil a list of my requirements and he guided me to vehicles which ticked those boxes. I initially sat in them to see how I felt, while he was able to give me all the information about each one and the differences between what I liked. I love my new i10 even more than the last one in many respects. It is still very responsive with light touch controls and handling. I love that the seat belt control slider is back! I'm short and had to buy a contraption to stop the seat belt strangling me in my last one.....this one adjusts for we shorties! I'm not a fan of the speed controller checking my speed and beeping at me. There are lots of occasions that require you up the speed limit. I know I can turn it off but what a faff every time....it also sets limits that don't exist telling me some areas are 20 mph when the signs indicate 30! I love the parking assist, that was a pleasant surprise and the ability to tell my car to call someone from my phone log! That's just fun and safer than twiddling the knob to find the right person and not crash the car. I love the colour, Dragon Red, so grown up for me and not those awful puce green or depression grey! It's only a couple of days in and about 50 miles of the clock. It has a quirky number plate so I was able to give it a quirky name. She is Czafina X. Very Elon Musk don't you think? ps If there's a job going as an i10 reviewer I'm your girl!

I bought a used Hyundai i20 from Yeomans in October 2022 and was very happy with it EXCEPT when I found a lot of water in the tyre well. The car came with a year’s warranty so they located and thought they had fixed the source of the leak - but this didn’t cure it. Over the next 18 months (yes, way past the warranty expiry) the garage had the car back several times trying different fixes eg a new boot seal etc. Finally, this month, the technicians took the inside boot covers off and even sprayed it with one of them in the boot! They found another tiny hole under the roof drainage seal (water obviously found it too ☔️) and after I too tested it with a hose pipe 🤞it is finally leak free! Thank you especially to Kirsty on reception for her endless patience and good humour plus to Chris, Darren and the technicians who became intrigued (or was it exasperated 😂) and determined to find the cause. Great customer service 😊.
