  I have just ordered a new Skoda Peaq via my business and dealt with Jason Dean. Jason was, without a shadow of a doubt the best I’d spoken to when trying to organise this vehicle. He was quick, professional and had the samelet’s get this doneapproach as I do.   We were looking for a better deal on a mobility scheme car and eventually chose to look at a Skoda Enyaq. We dropped into Yeoman's North Petherton and met Zak. After a brief chat he offered us a test drive in the coupe version that was available on site then. Showed us the basics as we have only driven petrol before this. After a very useful test drive we sat and talked, Zak asked us if we'd like tea or coffee.He was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and went through all the potential options for us. We settled on the options, trim etc and then completed the paperwork. We had been with another car brand for years and had a good rapport with their motability specialist so we're a little apprehensive about a new brand and specialist. However we left very happy with our visit and with Zak as our advisor.

  From the moment we enquired about a test drive of a Skoda Kodiaq to driving away in our new car Mark was brilliant at every step of the communication. He listened to what we were after and did not try to push any extras onto us. We were kept upto date with how the car purchase was progressing and all forms/paperwork were sent over in a timely fashion. On collection day Mark ran through the basics to enable us to drive off safely, understanding that we would want to spend time ourselves getting to know the car. He made sure that we knew they were a call away if we had any queries. Great team and we love the new car!
