  Recently purchased a Škoda Karoq SportLine from Yeomans Škoda North Petherton and had a great experience throughout. Sophie Carrott was friendly, honest and easy to deal with from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy, test drives were straightforward to arrange, and I appreciated her willingness to negotiate on the small details, including supplying a rubber boot mat with the vehicle. The whole process was simple and transparent, and I never felt pushed into purchasing additional service plans or extras. I'm delighted with the Karoq and would happily recommend both Sophie and the dealership to friends and family.

  Visited and saw Mel who I’ve dealt with before. I simply needed a new key fob battery and she supplied with two, one as a spare, without asking. She also checked and told me my car needed an update which we arranged for later that day. When I returned for the update, she even offered a complimentary car wash which I gratefully accepted. I am genuinely very impressed with the quality of service I’ve received from the team, who checked my car over throughly and provided a detailed servicing report and video. Furthermore, I found Mel in particular to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions and provided me with some great advice regarding the care of my car and future servicing at Skoda. She even went the extra mile by writing down some clear instructions for me.
