We were searching for an approved used Kodiaq for a while and found a great option at Yeomans. I contacted the team as we were travelling on holiday and would be passing on our way, Zak was super accommodating and came in on his day off to facilitate our test drive. There were a few minor cosmetic touch ups required and although Yeomans were unfortunately let down by their bodywork team on the day, Zak kept me updated and was able to reschedule the works promptly, they then offered me a complimentary delivery to make up for it, regardless of the fact I was out of their normal delivery radius. The delivery of the vehicle was on time and efficiently undertaken and Ray (the delivery driver) was an absolute gent. After inspecting the car briefly, it was apparent that all of the minor scratches / dinks had been well repaired and the car had been cleaned and delivered in great condition. All in all, we had a great experience with Yeomans and felt the car was good value for money, particularly given the peace of mind included with an approved use vehicle. 100% would recommend.

Living in Plymouth we had to do all our enquiries about the car we were interested in over the phone. Our sales contact, Sophie Carrott, was an absolute superstar helping us out and making sure we had all the information we needed and answered all our questions in super quick time. I went in on the 17th looking to trade in my car and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Jordan Smart, he was so welcoming. He asked me what I was looking to do and if I had my eye on anything (which I did but sadly the car was no longer available). Alistair then spoke to me in some length about other potential cars I might be interested in after telling him a little backstory on what I was going to be doing with it etc. After which we then went to the showroom (the one between the two dealerships VW and Skoda) and had a look at the exactly car model Alistair had shown me online so I could get a hands on look and feel of it. Jordan (after coming back from his missions of finding keys for a car that no longer belonged to the dealership) joined us so Alistair could go back into the main Skoda dealership just incase someone needed his help. Jordan continued to show me around the vehicle and was explaining to me some of the features it has and at that point I knew this car was what I wanted. He let me test drive a demo vehicle which was the same model and year of what I was looking at, he gave me enough time to test drive it so I didn’t have to worry about when the car needed to be returned (within reason of course) and I could just enjoy the test drive. 30 minutes later I was back and ready to sign my life away for those amazing machine! Alistair then took over again as Jordan is still quite new and he can’t do everything just yet but that didn’t stop the process or even slow it down at all! On the 24th I came in and traded my car for this lovely vehicle I currently have! Jordan gave me a call about 30 minutes before I was due to come in to ask what time I was looking at collecting the car which I thought was nice aswell. We signed the papers, he explained things to me if I didn’t quite understand it in a nice and easy way without making me feel like I was being condescended. He always had time to talk about anything and not just the cars. Whilst there was a small hiccup from a different department and figuring out a work around for it, there wasn’t a moment of awkward silence or a feeling of being rushed like I’ve had in other dealerships. He allowed me to take my time, tried to apologise on behalf of the other department to which I said it wasn’t his fault and these things happen sometimes, not everything will go smoothly all the time and it’s not his department so it’s okay. He made many jokes and we went through a nice video presentation of the internal features of the car from the system side of things. Once all the videos and the paperwork/road legal side of things were out of the way he then took me around the car, helped me connect to the car, learn how to use this fancy app that tells you everything about your car from fuel consumption to whether there is a fault with the vehicle (a fancy bit of kit that made me feel like I was in a car way about what someone on my wages should be driving) and he kept making more jokes and making me laugh during this time which I really appreciated. Jordan took more time than I’ve ever seen a salesman take with a customer instead of making me feel like he was trying to push me out the forecourt so he could get onto the next person that walks through the door. I’ve had a few bad experiences with dealerships where they make you feel rushed or are rude if you don’t know something about a car or have an idea of what you want and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to their day but Jordan did nothing of that sort. He was kind, courteous, he gave me time to digest what he was saying and ask my questions, he never made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing something or needing something explained in a different way so that I can understand it better and made me feel like I didn’t have to be anything but myself without giving fake politeness. I have recommended Jordan to my parents and my wife to go and speak for when they are looking at swapping their cars or trading theirs in as he is honestly working above and beyond! (I’m sorry for the long novel review)

A slightly delayed review, having been truly ensconced in the new addition to our family, Xena Champagne Supernova (a Karoq), who has commanded every waking moment since collecting her this time last week. Calling us to drive her, fuss over her, and one of the most joyful things of all that is not on the spec sheet is that she has united otherwise quarrelsome teenagers! No joke! The morning after collection, upon waking (far earlier than usual one might add) I went to have a quiet moment with my morning cup of tea. Proud of my accomplishment as she's taken many hard hours of work to afford, I was joined by my youngest, shortly after followed by his older twin brothers. We just sat there, in awe, in joy, in gratitude, captivated by her exceptional engineering. The journey to find the right car is never easy. With so many options between brands and models it can feel overwhelming, especially when investing hard earned savings. Coming with an open mind, I had a few absolute musts. It had to fit 3 growing teens, 2 dogs - 1 very large - and be able to travel distance in comfort. Went in just to look at a new car whilst on holiday, made that clear to Sophie, but nothing was too much trouble for her, she showed us car with similar spec to what we had expressed an interest. We were offered a test drive there and then, and decided on type of car. Sophie fully understood our situation and whilst out on test drive valued our existing car. We left content that we had found the Make and model of car we liked and the spec level we wanted. A week later having been let down by a dealer more local to our home, Sophie called with details of a car that had just come into stock, she even emailed over a full video of the car. The spec was higher than our expectations and as a result we paid a deposit and collected the car a week later having made all payments online. Very professional dealership that makes the customer feel wanted, happy and impressed by service.

On holiday in Somerset & a fault occurred with my car, I contacted Yeomans & spoke to young lady, Courtney, who was really helpful & said if I got there early next day as opening, they would try and fit it in first thing. I arrived before opening and spoke to a chap Callumexplained the situation & he said he would try to fit in but couldn’t guarantee as they were very busy. I had a coffee & wander around the showroom & in approx 1.5hrs I was told that the fault had diagnosed, sorted, car washed and in the car park. Popped into see a lovely chap called "John Hurst" Who is a salesman for Yeoman's, Skoda in Bridgewater a couple of weeks ago. We took out a 24 plate SKODA ENYAQ 85x sport line plus in race blue. Wow what a beautiful car. Ticks pretty much all of the boxes also it's got a pretty serious powerplant, 4 wheel drive, 20 inch rims, 286 ponies under the bonnet and a rather rapid 0-60 time well under 6 seconds, infact closer to 6 seconds. John was very very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and empathetic. He also answered my emails with additional questions that I had for him, he got back to me quickly, professionally and efficiently. I spoke to a lovely elderly couple whilst we were waiting to speak to John when we came back and they both said that the dealership was always helpful and polite. I had a brilliant experience from start to finish buying at Skoda from Yeomans Exeter. Although we had popped in on a busy Saturday on the offchance they might have a model we were kind of interested in (we had no appointment) we were warmly welcomed. The salesman Ed was obviously really good (and enthusiastic) as we decided pretty quickly it was the car for us! He was never pushy and took a lot of time to explain things. We had a test drive with a route he recommended and he talked us through various options without pressurising us. So what was a whim became a reality and I am now the happy owner of a Fabia. When I went to collect it he was very chill even though I was late. There were some nice touches like a refuelled tank and it was immaculate (it is a used model). He explained all the bits I would want to use without patronising me or rushing the process. He got in touch afterwards and made it clear if there were any issues or anything I wanted explained I could contact him. Top service and although it is early days it's a great little car, so all in all I highly recommend Skodas, the Marsh Barton showroom and Ed Allen.

I took my company car in as it had a knocking issue with one of the wheels and had done from when I took delivery 2 weeks prior. I went in just before my allotted appointment and was seen too quickly by a member of the team. Fortunately it was an easy fix and took no longer than half hour. Have started using this garage rather than the garage in Bristol which I have been using for my Skoda servicing for the last thirteen years. The same travelling time for me to get to as the old garage. The old garage had started to regularly let me down. So this garage was a breath of fresh air in comparison. Just had my Superb in for it’s first servicing and I have to say that the service from the reception staff was superbThe car was returned to the minute promised, there was no sign that a mechanic had been working on it and despite the terrible weather it sparkled. When I got home there was a video of the servicing waiting in my email. The free chocolate and newspaper assisted in making this a pleasant way to pass a necessary hour and the car is running perfectly.
