  Excellent service from Sophie Sophie was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was extremely patient understanding and helpful throughout the whole process and she took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail without making us feel rushed. We were in a difficult situation and needed the car sooner rather than later. Sophie did everything she could to help move things forward quickly while still making sure that we understood the finance paperwork and everything included with the vehicle. When we collected the car we had our children with us who have additional needs and things became quite overwhelming while we were trying to get everyone settled into the new car. Sophie remained calm kind and patient. She encouraged me to take a few minutes have a drink and not feel under pressure. That level of understanding made such a difference to us. Even after the car had been purchased Sophie continued to be helpful and available to answer questions. She made the whole experience feel much easier and more personal.   A great experience. Went to look at the Skoda Scala (after other garages visited). We were able to look around an examples outside and an example in the showroom with no pressure. Our second visit was to test drive a Scala, again no pressure, we just took car, similar to what we were interested in for a drive. Contacted Ryan Humphreys a day or so later and arranged for the car we were interested in to be brought from another Yeoman dealership (Indian Queens, Cornwall) for review and purchase. Throughout the process, we were kept fully informed by Ryan. On the arranged day of purchase, Ryan was unavailable but a colleague Sophie Carrott handled the handover excellently. Everything was explained in detail, our questions were answered and the car was presented in an excellent condition. We are very pleased with the purchase experience and the car itself. I would rate both Ryan and Sophie highly. Throughout the process everyone we came into contact was professional and courteous. I can thoroughly recommend.

  Living 150 miles away we bought our Skoda over the phone. We had excellent service from Tim Hector, who sent us a film of our Karoq and organised part exchange pricing etc. On arrival to collect our Skoda Tim was waiting at the door and greeted us with a warm welcome. Efficiently he sorted all the paperwork, overcoming a problem with DVLC document, then helping us transfer our belongings to our new vechicle.   Audy Mure (sales manager ) has helped massively over the past week, quality after sales is essential and I think Yeomans Exeter have the right man for the job with Andy. Had a couple of issues, but Andy listened, and resolved them, you can't ask for more! My original sales advisor was also very polite and professional, and not pushy which I liked.   I took my car into Yeoman's yesterday for a health check and for a specific issue with the passenger seat. The health check brought out a number of issues which I was unaware of so I appreciated the thoroughness of the mechanic to bring these things to my attention. I was also very grateful to Pepper, the Service Advisor, who talked me through each item and who helped me understand what was critical and what could be done further down the line. She is very knowledgeable and explained things in an easy to understand way.
