  Just popped in to Yeomans on the off chance. Turns out they had the right car at the right price. Tanyol the salesman came out to meet me and within minutes I was test driving the car. There was no pressure put on me and Tanyol was very informative. I went away to think about it, then returned later in the day. Tanyol then answered all my queries and the deal was struck. When I came back a few days later to collect the car Tanyol had by then got the measure of me and went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly. Everything had been done as agreed and I drove off a very happy customer in my new to me car. I can quite happily recommend Yeomans Toyota and Tanyol Medi as a credit to the dealership.

  I had what I thought that the time was a rather unusual problem with my Yaris Cross and it was dealt with politely and efficiently by MICHAEL from the servicing team who got it through under its warranty in a very professional and agreeable manner I have to say it was a bit of a worry at the time, but he put my mind at rest and today I picked the car up and it sounds so good again I find when I visit the Eastbourne Toyota showroom, I am met with politeness And always get offered a drink while I’m waiting I purchased my car from Toyota in Eastbourne and I am very pleased with it. Easy to drive very good miles to the gallon and All in All delightful car. Well done, MICHAEL and the service team see you at the next servicing interval and with the best world in the world.   I recently bought a gently used Toyota Yaris from Yeomans. It could not have been a better experience. I am a widow and not used to making large purchases on my own but from the moment I walked in and was offered a cup of tea from Vince, right through the stress free buying service with Sam Guppy, I felt like I was looked after and in good hands. Even after the purchase Sam called me the next day to see how I was doing. They were professional and honest and as far from the perception ofcar salesmenas you can get!   I picked up my Chr plus ev on the 25th September, I found MICHAEL TRZEPIZUR to be knowledgeable and very helpful. Not just the "obvious" stuff, but the detailed questions, deep in the menus. After experiences elsewhere, it was reassuring to meet someone who was on top of his game and to know he wouldn't mind if I call with any other questions. Definitely one of the good guys.

  Recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 from this dealership. I was looking for a specific trim and options so I traveled from quite a distance. The overall experience was great and Charlie was responsive and understanding throughout. On collection day, the car wasn't prepped to the highest standard, a piece of trim was missing and there were a few deep scuffs. However, to be fair, I rushed them for a fast pickup due to personal reasons, so it's completely understandable. The team addressed most issues immediately and ordered/shipped the missing piece straight to my house. Overall, their quick resolution and top-tier service made this a true 5-star experience. Huge thanks to Charlie and Fabion for being so professional and accommodating!

  Got my new Toyota Yaris today!! Strangely I was both excited and nervous as it was a first experience for me purchasing a car without the help of my husband but the lovely Tanyol Medi made the event most memorable.   I spoke with a very helpful young lady (Ellie) over the phone a couple of days ago. I was given a time slot today to check if it was possible to open / close windows with the remote, 5mins and it was programmed, Ellie even came to the car to explain how to use the newly added function , all completed for no charge .
