  We had a very positive experience with Sam Davis from start to finish. From the moment I called him, he was polite, professional, and easy to talk to. After a few conversation over the phone regarding type of car I might want based on what I have seen on the website, he promptly followed up by sending us a personalized video of the car, which was a really helpful touch. Sam arranged for us to view the car the next day based on my availability and was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. During our visit, he was friendly and informative, taking his time to guide us through everything without rushing us into decision making. He carefully explained all the documentation, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with our choice. Thanks to Sam's support and effort, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.   Really amazing experience ! Sam from Eastbourne Toyota helped us find the car we wanted and wasn’t pushy to make any decisions. We wasn’t sure if the finance would be accepted but Sam put in the effort and time to try it anyway ! I’m not sure we would have been as comfortable making the decision to buy our car without sam walking us through the process. We also had questions about another Toyota car going for a health check as we was concerned this check wouldn’t cover what we wanted to know, Sam went out his way to make sure this car would be fully checked, specifically the concerns we had. 5* service from Sam, we have purchased a few cars through dealerships previously and this was by far the best experience !   "Akash Patel" you are a STARI recently purchased a car from Toyota Eastbourne and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Akash Patel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He went above and beyond my expectations, made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car was prepared to an exceptional standard including a full service, fresh MOT, brand new tyres and even a full tank of fuel which was a really thoughtful touch. I’ve owned a Mercedes and I bought this Toyota for my wife but I can honestly say the level of service I received from Akash was among the best I’ve experienced.   Just bought a car and Taylor at Brighton Toyota was so helpful , knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me , also with any questions afterwards no matter how small.
