I upgrade my car every three years but this year found it difficult to do, having become very fond of my current car with regard to the colour which is no longer available. I accept a new car comes with obvious benefits and I will come to appreciate these sooner rather than later. I could not fault my experience of buying a new car (Toyota Yarissignificant as I am 85 and have have never driven an automatic car before! Tanyol's care and service was first class and he patiently made the whole experience a positive and one. My one criticism is not of Tanyol but of Toyota - the manual is terrible and whoever did the index seems to have had no training in how to make it useful. So I cannot just easily check something on a good diagram and I have no wish or time to spend ages leafing through too many pages.

Bought a car from Tanyol yesterday and it was a great experience. Super easy process. All the team have been friendly. This is our third car from Yeomans Toyota and they’ve been great to deal with. Parking is the only issue here but there’s not a lot they can do as there’s no space left but there’s often a helpful man in the car park giving guidance which is very much appreciated and a nice service to have. If you want a great deal and efficient a sales service then go and see Tanyol at Yeomans Toyota! Oh and their after sales servicing is probably the best we’ve experienced, subject to space you can even book a while you wait service or just a morning of afternoon slot, none of the usual all day inconvenience.

I have purchased plug-in CHR from worthing branch of Toyota In April 2025. Handover and purchase procedure was done by Thushanga(Thushthis went very smoothly. He explained us everything very thoroughly. I’m impressed by his communication skills and knowledge. The most important thing is he gave a lot of time even after closing time to explain us every detail of the dashboard and the car. I’m ever so grateful to him. The other person who I met earlier is Harry. He is very enthusiastic in explaining about the C-HR car and with his help we could choose plug-in CHR. In the end, we bought a '22 plate Corolla and couldn't be happier both with the car (and its immaculate handover) and with the purchasing experience overall. Simon Smith is a wonderful and honest sales man, I traveled all the way from London and encountered traffic so when I arrived, the dealership closed. But Simon still waited for me and we went on a test drive late 7-8pm. Vehicle is great and being driven for a year now. Great customer service and everything is clear. The vehicle had some scratches which Simon himself pointed out and it was all re done and perfect on delivery date to London. I am very happy with this dealership because the staff members have passion in their work and they’re attentive. It’s been an amazing experience buying a car at Toyota Eastbourne . All the staff are so knowledgeable and very helpful they always make you feel welcome. Charlie who sold us our car went above and beyond start to finish. I can be a difficult customer and all the staff were very patient and always approachable and friendly. After sale service is great to including the parts department. I cannot fault them. Their cappuccinos are amazing to and always comes with a Biscoff Biscuit. Will be back for the routine services. CheersColinUPDATE: Almost One Year OnI maintain my review. The 2019 CHR is an absolute beast of a vehicle! I took my wife and my daughter on our 2024 summer holiday of which we drove to York, among other places, and believe it or not, I managed 615 miles, that’s right, no typo, on ONE full tank of fuel! SIX HUNDRED MILES. Boot capacity is absolutely massive and was perfect for holiday luggage transportation. THEN in November of 2024 I did my annual visit to my cousin in Cumbria, which is 365 miles from worthing. On this trip I managed around 530 miles on one tank, got all the way there plus half way back on one tank. First service with my ownership next month of 2025. I hope to see this car into the hundreds of thousands of miles.

I feel like a princess coming hereThe service is on another level. First, there is a polite parking helper, who finds me a parking spot (and offers to park the car for me). On entry, I'm offered tea and coffee and sat in a comfortable lounge while my tyres are being changed. Towards the end of my visit, a video of my car's health check is sent. Then the car is washed and returned to me. I leave a very happy princess

Great service, I was stressed when i arrived as my car was playing up on the way to Yeomans. When i arrived I didnt know where to leave my car. I met Chris who happened to be in the car park. He was calm, welcoming and showed me where to leave my car and took me into reception, got me a cup of tea and I sat down while while he went off to see if it was a simple problem with the key. Which luckily it was. Every other member of staff I met was pleasant and charming. Before I left Chris turned my car round for me so I could leave easily. All in all a very positive experience."

He kept to his promises and showed me the features the car had. The Aygo X is a great little run around car and surprisingly good on the motorway. Overall very good down there. Have had a very positive buying experience from Toyota at Eastbourne. My sales person David has been very attentive, patient and fair. The new vehicle buying experience has been virtually stress free. Additionally, on the day of collection the car had a full tank of petrol and additional extras which were a very pleasant surprise. David ensured that I understood the vehicle, prior to driving it away, also explaining many of its other peripheral gadgetry and features. I did have an initial (aesthetic) issue with the vehicle, for which David almost immediately came up with a permanent solution, which will be completed this week. In summary, we are in an age where everything can be purchased on-line and we can save money by a more direct approach. However, Yeomans again demonstrate their ability to provide added value and an enhanced experience. Thank you.

Lately I had problems with my toyota Prius coolant and they have me booked few time’s finally they found out the cause of coolant , replaced the heat exchanger completely and they looked after me price wise in the end. I’d like to thank the customer service and especially Dave at service department who was the one making sure my car was out and running Bcos it’s taxi. What can I say: a superb company, great staff with excellent service. This is the second time we've purchased a car from Yeomans in Worthing. The first time we weren't disappointed, hence why we returned. They're not local to us, there are many dealerships far closer, but Yeomans in Worthing is well worth the trip. A massive thank you to Michael Trzepizur, who managed the purchase and delivery of our new Toyota perfectly; despite all the issues the industry has experienced this year. No, I'm sorry I'm bad with names, but I came with my Toyota on the 19th of August to have air con serviced and asked a lot of other ( not related to air con) questions. The gentleman that was helping me was professional, very polite and answered every single of my ( annoying) questions.
