Just bought a car and Taylor at Brighton Toyota was so helpful , knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me , also with any questions afterwards no matter how small. I feel that I can have continuous support if I need anything at all as I’m useless with technology etc. Definitely recommend contacting him. Craig was also very helpful.

I came away with a higher spec Yaris than I expected, but at a better price than the model I'd planned to get, so I'm happy :-). Recommended.

I bought my first Yaris form here in 2021 and this year traded it for a new Toyota C-HR. Although I wasn’t initially looking for a new card, the advisor ,Craig Binns, worked with my budget and needs for the car and came back with such an impressive deal on the new car to make it work. The whole experience from consultation to test drive and handover was handled superbly by Craig and made the whole experience great.

Richard was outstanding, approachable, and we ultimately acquired a wonderful vehicle. He was timely throughout the purchasing process and even picked me up from the train station, which I greatly appreciated. This dealership is excellent; the manager also went out of his way to ensure that everything was in order before my departure.

The second Yaris I have bought from Yeomans Toyota Brighton was written off recently by someone driving into the back of it when I was stationary in a queue, and because of the truly excellent service I have always received there, I once again returned to Yeomans to replace it. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot recommend the sales team more highly. They are extremely knowledgeable and the time spent with me ensuring that I was properly informed and happy about my choice of vehicle made decision-making easy and went a long way towards alleviating the hassle of unexpectedly having to buy another car. Finalised a car purchase for the first time in lots of years. I have spoken with Owen Richardson over the telephone, and met him today. Owen has been able to answer every single question that I have had. He has been very polite and courteous through the whole time. He has sent me information to read in my own time, and come back with what I require. I would suggest to my friends and family that they should pop down to Yeomans in Brighton and talk to Owen about their needs.

I’ve been with Toyota Brighton for 4 years, and I genuinely don’t want to go anywhere else. The service is always great and fast, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. Everyone is welcoming, with big smiles, and it really shows that they care. What impressed me most is how the manager is actively walking around, checking that every customer is being helped – that kind of attention is rare. The whole team is very helpful and professional. Between the excellent service and the quality of the Toyota brand, I’m staying right here!

My partner Jan ( a Mini Cooper girl for over 20 yrs) has just bought the CHR GR Sport 2litre from Toyota Brighton in Telscombe Cliffs and a large part of her decision to switch was down to the excellent customer service of Simon Smith! We were both in customer service for many years ourselves so really appreciate and recognise it. Simon couldn’t have been more helpful, didn’t try and push her 50/50 decision ( new Mini or the CHR) and explained all the options etc 10/10 with a cherry on the top!

I have just brought home a year old C-HR having traded in my Honda e & I must thank Owen for the fabulous service he’s provided from start to collection of new car. Simon Smith is a wonderful and honest sales man, I traveled all the way from London and encountered traffic so when I arrived, the dealership closed. But Simon still waited for me and we went on a test drive late 7-8pm. Vehicle is great and being driven for a year now. Great customer service and everything is clear. The vehicle had some scratches which Simon himself pointed out and it was all re done and perfect on delivery date to London. I am very happy with this dealership because the staff members have passion in their work and they’re attentive. Happy to purchase More vehicles in the future and travel down South just to get a high quality vehicle and services, which is unfortunately not there in London dealerships.

We took our Toyota Verso 2003 to Yeomans to get the dashboard light fixed (sounds simple, but we had taken it to 3 different mechanics with no success). Leah was helpful and friendly and directed us to her colleague David who fixed the problem in less than a minute. We are very grateful and would highy recommend.

I had my Yaris Cross serviced for the first time, but unfortunately it hadn’t been washed when I arrived to collect it. Leah was very apologetic , explained that they were very busy, and offered a free wash anytime I was passing. This rarely happens, and as I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, Leah could see that I was disappointed. She managed to get my car a quick wash and vacuum, for which I was very grateful. Excellent service recovery. Well done Leah.

Lewis Henson, in your Parts department is a fantastic Parts Advisor. Needed to change the wheels on my car to a different specification not listed. He went above and beyond to find out from Toyota if it could be done. Nothing is to much trouble for him. Very knowledgeable and get’s back to you keeping you updated along the way. All good until now when car failed after 2 days leaving the garage from full service. Service department Not taking 12v battery as part of electrical system of the car just waiting it to fail! Keep checking hybrid battery every year but not 12v " During a service we will only inspect the 12v battery for leaks and the security of the clamps and terminals" and not performing nessasary electrical checks as 12v battery is electric item of the car and only takes a minute to perform that test. Charging £5 each for remote battery, I wonder what is their margin on other items? Be prepared to call recovery and loose day wages becouse of dead 12vbattery. That is the only part witch isn't checked by them on regular basis especially when all extra technology is added and rely on this simple 12v battery. They make very good cars just not doing everything that is needed to make sure they last another year.

Very good experience down at Yeomans Toyota Brighton. The staff were friendly. Craig P was the man I dealt with, he was friendly and knew a lot about cars. He kept to his promises and showed me the features the car had. The Aygo X is a great little run around car and surprisingly good on the motorway. Overall very good down there. Can’t wait to order my new Land Cruiser when it comes out. Or the new Yaris GR

Lately I had problems with my toyota Prius coolant and they have me booked few time’s finally they found out the cause of coolant , replaced the heat exchanger completely and they looked after me price wise in the end. I’d like to thank the customer service and especially Dave at service department who was the one making sure my car was out and running Bcos it’s taxi. I been driving toyota few years very happy with it. Now 2 of my friends changed their taxis to Toyota Prius like mine. It’s all about peace of mind when comes to driving. Exceptional customer service from Dave in the Service and Parts department. They have built trust from me as a Toyota customer over the years. Today they repaired my tyre (fitting me in at short notice) I always feel well looked after from the team here, and welcome to wait while they service and fix my car. We arrived at Yeomans Toyota Brighton 10 days ago pretty clear about what we were looking for - low mileage (less than 10k) 2018 Yaris Hybrid preferably in Tokyo Red. Within 2 minutes Chris Cooke had us sitting in precisely the right vehicle. Short test drive to check seat position for my long legs and good access for my wife, brief and amiable negotiation around value of our trade-in Kia and we had a deal. We picked the vehicle up this morning - both small cosmetic blemishes totally corrected - admin quickly sorted and we have arrived home in our Yaris very happy bunnies! I guess that if you are selling a good product that you believe in it is not too hard to satisfy your customers but even so full marks for the service we received from Chris Cooks and all the other staff who we made contact with at Toyota Brighton. We look forward to our future relations with this company.

Great friendly service, not pushy, supportive, two test drives, found a car I really liked. Matt Brown took his time with me. I needed quite a bit of support as I had not bought another car for about ten years. He didn't make me feel as if I was being dim or difficult. I would definitely return to him in particular.

Bought my first car with Yeomans Toyota on finance last year and they've been absolutely fantastic. Simon explained everything in detail and has always been on the end of the phone if I have a question, no matter how silly the question. 8 months into my contract I had some squeeky brakes and took it to Kwik-fit for a free brake check. They told me that the brake pads + discs were worn down to bare metal, and that I needed to pay £360 to replace. Bought the car to Yeomans for a 2nd opinion and their mechanic showed me in person that my brake pads were fine and had another 10,000 miles left in them! Cleaned them up, free of charge and I was on my way home in less than an hour. Can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks Alan and the team!

Excellent service. I had booked our Aygo in for a service then phoned to postpone when we went into lockdown thinking it was an unnecessary risk, however they offered to collect and deliver the car for no extra charge. The guy turned up with a face covering and proceeded to wipe down the interior before taking it away. Fully serviced for a reasonable price, they also replaced the service book and previous service stamps done by them that the previous owner has misplaced. The car was returned thoroughly cleaned inside and out and the driver spent a good 10 minutes disinfecting the interior and key before dropping the key and paperwork through the letterbox for us. We were even texted a link to a quick video report showing our car up on the lift with the wheels off pointing out all the bits they'd inspected. Thanks to all the staff, they have definitely earned our repeat custom.

Quite good but internal communications could be slightly better. Due to covid, we were told only one person at a time could wait whilst the car was being serviced. So, we spent an hour and a half walking in the rain. Upon collection we were told it was perfectly ok to wait inside with masks and observing social distancing. Small thing and I appreciate we're in unusual times, so overall very good service.

This is a dealer of Toyota. The size of the showroom is medium but displaying a lot of the new and used Toyota. All of them are under a good condition but the price range is from middle to high. If you are a Toyota’s lover, it will worth you a visit. Apart from the other showroom at Eastbourne, this is the only showroom which is close to Brighton & Hove.

I needed a car for my mother-in-law. I saw a low mileage Toyota at Yeomans which had been sold and serviced by them from new and suited her perfectly. A visit was arranged with covid restrictions in place. The salesman, Craig, was very helpful and took the time to explain the various features of the car to her without any pressure or hassle. He even arranged delivery and a full tank if petrol. I would recommend Yeomans and especially Craig for the service we received.

Matt and Holly at front desk are crazy ahmazing! Super friendly on phone even more so in person. Dropped off my Toyota High Ace campervan which turned out to be too tall for their garage. They not only topped her up for the weekend but Holly called a local campervan specialist for me. I'm a loyal customer forever and I have 2 Toyotas. The service provided by this company is excellent. I recently required an annual service and mot. Because of personal temporary mobility problems I utilised their free collection and delivery service. Michael arrived as promised in the morning to collect the car and returned it in the afternoon. During the day I was sent a video showing the progress that was being made on my car and also clearly showing brake problems that needed sorting out. I spoke to Megan who in her helpful and cheerful manner explained what was needed and the exact costs involved (which I have to say were very reasonable). The work was carried out in a very satisfactory manner. To crown it all the car was washed and valeted at no cost. I have to say that in over 50 years of needing garage services, I have never come across a better company both for quality of service and courtesy of staff. Thank you.
