I recently picked up my new Aygo X Hybrid. I am absolutely thrilled with it. Tanyol contacted me regarding a possible change of vehicle early, due to an event they were holding - he spent time explaining the options to me and took me on a test drive. I was converted!! He gave fantastic customer service throughout the whole process and was personable as well as professional. Nothing was too much trouble and every interaction with him and the staff there, was superb. The showroom was heaving every time I went - I wish there was a little more space to park but that’s due to their success! I picked up my new car 14 October from the above garage. I was assisted throughout the whole purchasing process by Tanyol Medi in the sales department. I upgrade my car every three years but this year found it difficult to do, having become very fond of my current car with regard to the colour which is no longer available. I could not fault my experience of buying a new car (Toyota Yaris) - significant as I am 85 and have have never driven an automatic car before! Tanyol's care and service was first class and he patiently made the whole experience a positive and one. My one criticism is not of Tanyol but of Toyota - the manual is terrible and whoever did the index seems to have had no training in how to make it useful. So I cannot just easily check something on a good diagram and I have no wish or time to spend ages leafing through too many pages.

Bought a car from Tanyol yesterday and it was a great experience. Super easy process. All the team have been friendly. This is our third car from Yeomans Toyota and they’ve been great to deal with. Parking is the only issue here but there’s not a lot they can do as there’s no space left but there’s often a helpful man in the car park giving guidance which is very much appreciated and a nice service to have. If you want a great deal and efficient a sales service then go and see Tanyol at Yeomans Toyota! Oh and their after sales servicing is probably the best we’ve experienced, subject to space you can even book a while you wait service or just a morning of afternoon slot, none of the usual all day inconvenience.

It’s been an amazing experience buying a car at Toyota Eastbourne . All the staff are so knowledgeable and very helpful they always make you feel welcome. Charlie who sold us our car went above and beyond start to finish. I can be a difficult customer and all the staff were very patient and always approachable and friendly. After sale service is great to including the parts department. I cannot fault them. Their cappuccinos are amazing to and always comes with a Biscoff Biscuit. I visited a few different garages and viewed different makes of cars. Did lots of research and in my eyes Toyota are the best.

My car had broken down and I was due to go away 2 days later. I rang the service department and spoke to a lovely lady who tried everything in her power to get my car sorted for me. Traveled from Herne bay to see a Yaris 21 plate a couple of scratches small dent in back door to be fair salesman said probably get them out but near side front alloy only one was scuffed quite badly and apparently that Toyota dealership does not refurbish alloy wheels under any circumstances which we thought was odd as previous day at Toyota Canterbury watched a alloy wheel being refurbished???

Fantastic service from Mark in the Service Department at Eastbourne. My Yaris GR Sport had been making a funny noise and they found it had a load of gravel stuck underneath it (no idea where from!) Mark and his team removed it and gave it back to me and all was good. All this whilst I sat and had a very nice coffee made for me - fabulous service and they didn’t even charge me 👍👍

I feel like a princess coming here 👑 The service is on another level. First, there is a polite parking helper, who finds me a parking spot (and offers to park the car for me). On entry, I'm offered tea and coffee and sat in a comfortable lounge while my tyres are being changed. Towards the end of my visit, a video of my car's health check is sent. Then the car is washed and returned to me. I leave a very happy princess👌👑

Great service, I was stressed when i arrived as my car was playing up on the way to Yeomans. When i arrived I didnt know where to leave my car. I met Chris who happened to be in the car park. He was calm, welcoming and showed me where to leave my car and took me into reception, got me a cup of tea and I sat down while while he went off to see if it was a simple problem with the key. Which luckily it was. Every other member of staff I met was pleasant and charming. Before I left Chris turned my car round for me so I could leave easily. All in all a very positive experience."

Toyota Eastbourne does have a good selection of cars, and are professional, however, there is a lack of customer focused care, and general business sadly takes this element, making the customer not feel valued. Firstly, I was called a completely different name. (Not that important in the grand scheme of things, but does make you realise you are 'only a number') We was very close to buying three vehicles. Two used and one new, however, one was sold, as we were on our way to our booked appointment, and the only concern from sales was what our budget was for a different one. Instead of continuing, we turned around and went to SLM Toyota in Hastings. Staff were happy, fun and helpful. I am picking my new RAV4 up in a couple of days. My sister in law gets hers on Wednesday, and hubby is awaiting his new Hilux that's on order. It's a shame they lost our three sales, however, as Toyota Eastbourne say, it's just business I guess.

Have had a very positive buying experience from Toyota at Eastbourne. My sales person David has been very attentive, patient and fair. The new vehicle buying experience has been virtually stress free. Additionally, on the day of collection the car had a full tank of petrol and additional extras which were a very pleasant surprise. David ensured that I understood the vehicle, prior to driving it away, also explaining many of its other peripheral gadgetry and features. I did have an initial (aesthetic) issue with the vehicle, for which David almost immediately came up with a permanent solution, which will be completed this week. In summary, we are in an age where everything can be purchased on-line and we can save money by a more direct approach. However, Yeomans again demonstrate their ability to provide added value and an enhanced experience. Thank you.

Excellent customer service! Very nice and helpful staff form the beginning until the end whatever your reason there is! The only missing thing there so you feel like in Japan is an indoor water fountain. Our sales advisor was Graham L. an amazing guy who made all the process smooth and easy! Couldn't find any better! The gentleman that was helping me was professional, very polite and answered every single of my ( annoying) questions. I recently picked up a new Toyota RAV4 which I ordered from Yeoman's in Eastbourne through Peter. A few weeks ago, I hired out a car on holiday which was a toyota yaris hybrid. I have been thinking for many weeks on what new car would suit me perfectly. So, I decided to pop down to toyota as I was particularly interested in the toyota yaris hybrid after having experienced driving it. Peter greeted me and my partner the moment we walked through the door and was very welcoming. He was extremely helpful in explaining all the different specs of the cars and answered any questions we had with great detail. Me and my partner left and went back to our car. Once we got back into the car, we had a discussion between us and realised we would like to ask a few more questions back at toyota. So we popped back in, and again, Peter was very accommodating to us, by allowing us time and patience in answering our many questions. We went through the process of getting the finance scheme, using the scrappage system which Peter explained in great detail. The scheme worked out perfectly for us and we made the commitment to go ahead with purchasing the car within the same day. Peter gave us plenty of information packs and documents to take home and read, he recommended websites to look on for further information as well as providing us his email address and his telephone number if we needed any further help. I have communicated with Peter and his responses have always been pleasant and rapid. I arranged to collect the car today around midday and I was In awe by the service that was delivered once again. We was greeted by another happy face with great energy. The car was looking lovely and shiny waiting to be collected. And to top it all off I even got a lovely ISSHO toy gift, strapped into the passenger seat and a Toyota ProTect cleaning kit to maintain the cleanliness of our new car to take home too. There was another man in the showroom who approached us and asked if we would like anything to drink, offering tea, coffee and water, while we finalised the last bits of paperwork. Which really made the whole experience, relaxed, friendly and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to anyone to pop into toyota even just to have a look around and to have a chat with Peter as you may come away with a great deal and a lovely new car! Fact! I purchased several Yaris's over the years from Yeomans (specifically Peter Clarke, Salesman) and was extremely happy with the experience. At that time we lived in Uckfield, not so far from Eastbourne. When it came time to change our car again, we immediately thought of Peter Clarke at Yeomans, Eastbourne. Yesterday we did just that and travelled from Basingstoke to Eastbourne to pick up our new H-CR. We are extremely happy with Yeomans and Peter in particular. I recently traded in my toyota yaris and brought a used 1 year old corolla and i am over the moon with it. I also upgraded the alloys and the car looks incredible. I only ever use the salesman Glen Whitmore as he is always so helpful,accommodating and genuinely a nice guy. I will be honest im a fussy customer and I like what i like lol but nothing is ever too much bother, he gets the job done efficiently and i walk out the door a happy customer! Taking the pandemic seriously and taking the necessary precautions. Only used them for a service for our lease vehicle but good friendly service. They did say they would call when it's ready but didn't which is a shame. You do receive a video of the service though so you know they have done a proper job.

I purchased my first car from Yeomans Toyota several years ago, Peter served me and was extremely helpful and interested in my requirements, no pushing or pressure he was only interested in meeting my requirement, that he did admirably, so much so I have just taken delivery of my 3rd car from him. Added to Peters attention is the back up given by the service department , nothing seems to be to much trouble even when I have had silly queries I am always treated with the utmost respect and sent on my way with understable answers. With 2020 approaching I decided that it was time to seriously consider a Hybrid. Having checked out all the dealers in Eastbourne, nothing seemed irresistable and Toyota has the best reputation for hybrids so I returned to Toyota and decided on the latest model Prius. It has great contours after the 2016 upgrade. Peter Clarke was extremely helpful in showing me around the car and the various new controls that go with a hybrid. Automated lights and windscreen wipers were an unexpected bonus - supporting the simple automatic controls. After 3 weeks I am extremely pleased with my purchase and all the team at Toyota have been fantastic. Thank you.

Well, we must be two of the only people who don't like replacing an old car. Our (very) old car, with high mileage, wouldn't have passed the MOT this year and we had to replace her. Although we are from Croydon and tried very hard to find a replacement in our area, we had to come to Eastbourne to get the TLC we needed and Peter Clarke provided it, in spadefuls. From the moment we met him, he was SO helpful and very speedily (same day!) found us an excellent car. We are getting on a bit and so really appreciated Peter's patience in guiding us through the workings of our "new" car (twice!). I have been a customer of Toyota since 2013, I picked up a 68 plate car in September, however I was very disappointed with the car. Discussed the issues with Martin and Glen, they have resolved this by replacing me with a new 19 plate car which I am very happy with. Fantastic dealer went in on Saturday 9th June saw David McLean he was lovely really helpful. Went home and got an email from Martin Mortimer welcoming me to toyota you don't get that from other dealers. Saw Mark stanbridge 12th June he did me an even better deal he remembered me from years ago when he sold me a peugote. I would say to anyone go see Mark or David. 5stars all round.
