Starting from March 2026, onboard public charging live information provided by Plugsurfing will be discontinued for Nissan ARIYA and Nissan LEAF models compatible with the NissanConnect Services app.

Starting from 20th March 2026, the Alexa built-in feature within the Nissan Qashqai infotainment system will be phased out.

1. To use the NissanConnect Services you need a NissanConnect Services user account and have to register and log into NissanConnect Services app with your username and password. To use the free NissanConnect Services app, you need a smartphone with a compatible iOS or Android operating system and a SIM card with data option with an existing or separate mobile phone contract between you and your mobile service provider. All services are subject to subscription status and mobile network coverage. Costs may be associated with some services, please check the NissanConnect Services app for more details.

6. Price correct at time of broadcast. Your free subscription period runs for 1 year from warranty start date after which your subscription will cancel and the services will end unless you decide to renew via the NissanConnect Service App. Any renewal of a NissanConnect Service after the free period may be subject to an additional charge. 9. The use of “In-Car Wi-FI” is made possible via an integrated wireless internet connection. Data packets are obtained via our roaming partner [Orange or affiliated local provider] and in accordance with their terms and conditions. “In-Car Wi-Fi” is available for an additional charge on a subscription, which is possible through Orange dedicated website. Starting from June 2, 2025, the Driving History service will be gradually discontinued for Nissan Townstar and Nissan Primastar models compatible with the NissanConnect Services app.
