    Miles at VW Helston was incredibly supportive during my transition from diesel to electric. I purchased a second‑hand VW ID.4 about a month ago, having previously driven an outstanding Honda Civic that was written off too soonas we have only just had solar panels installed. Miles supported me with charging the vehicle and even arranged access to VW’s electric charge points while our solar installation was still a month away. That made a huge difference to the early battery anxiety you inevitably get (and do eventually get overIn the month following the purchase, I had plenty of odd questions as I adjusted to the new car, and Miles was absolutely crackingpatient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Even a month on, I still feel supported and valued as a customer. Thank you, Miles. On another note, I did try to complete the post‑purchase feedback, but it had already timed out after a week (hence this Google review). If possible, extending the feedback window to four weeks would be far more helpful, as some customers like myself won’t have had enough time to get used to their new car, trust it, or interact with your post‑sale support within just seven days.

After being turned away from another Volkswagen dealership, I arrived needing urgent help with car parts for my partner’s vehicle. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Abdal Almohaisen went above and beyond to assist me. He carefully checked the parts I brought, printed references to confirm with my partner, and took the time to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Even though this is a van centre, he still made every effort to help without hesitation. His empathy, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help really stood out.     What a fantastic service from Rebekah, we went in on Saturday and was greeted with a smile, Rebekah listened to what we wanted and did everything she could to make it feel like we were getting a fantastic deal, which we did, she went above and beyond and even took us to the compound to see our brand new golf! To top it off she managed to get it delivered in only a couple days. She truly was wonderful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. I love my new Golf! Thank you Rebekah

    When I took my Golf into Yeomans for its annual MOT it turned out that it needed new shock absorbers before it could be passed. Tristan contacted VW and managed to ensure that the work would be done under warranty, which has saved me a considerable amount of money. He then went above and beyond in order to keep me posted on the work in progress during the time that the parts needed to be ordered and fitted. Maria on reception even gave me a very welcome lift back home, as I live in Wadebridge - several miles away. I felt very well informed and looked after by Tristan and Maria for the whole time that I had to do without my car. Terrific customer service from a VW garage I would highly recommend.

    Took my Passat in for a service back in September/October time and needed to get some work done whilst waiting. Tristan was a legend and sorted a quiet space out for me to get on with it, with a desk and a chair. Made life much, much simpler and saved having to catch up on things when I got home!

    Following a car accident (not my fault!) that wrote my car off, I visited Yeomans VW Indian Queens, where Harry was absolutely amazing in going through all my options, making me feel at ease and not like I was a nuisance - he was calm, patient, professional, friendly and made me feel relaxed for the first time since the crash. And, although he could not find a car to suit my needs on this occasion (I was being very picky!) I would not hesitate to recommend him, he is an absolute credit to VW.
