  From start to finish my experience with Yeomans Mazda Bexhill was a breath of fresh air and a hugely positive experience. My first point of contact with the dealership was by phone and with Nick the sales manager as I was enquiring about a second hand Mazda CX30 . He was so polite , professional and helpful and I was able to book a test drive of the car on the same day and was informed that upon my arrival I would be looked after by his sales team member Zoe . Upon arrival I was meet by Zoe and shown the car and had a very successful test drive of the Mazda CX30 . After the test drive , Zoe was able to answer all my questions about the car . She was a joy to deal with and chat to , professional, friendly and honest . At no time I felt under any pressure to buy the car and was able to go away put a refundable reserve on the car and able have a couple of days to decide if I wanted to buy the car. I returned a couple of days later after deciding I wanted the car . Once again Zoe was excellent . So patient , attentive and professional and made the purchase of the car so easy . I arranged to pick the car up later in the week and arrived early and sat in the waiting area and all the staff walking past were from sales team to mechanics to the lady that cleaned the cars where friendly and gave you a smile . The hand over of car by Zoe was excellent . She answered all my enquiries, connected my phone to the car etc and I drive away one very happy customer . The Mazda CX30 is a wonderful car . I’m so happy with it . I look forward to to my future dealings with Yeomans Mazda Bexhill as I will be taking my car tbere for its annual service and a seed was planted in my wife’s mind of one of the smaller Mazda’s and she herself was so impressed by the staff at the dealership . Top marks for an excellent Mazda dealership and staff and a very big thank you and mention for Zoe , who was just brilliant .

  I purchased a used car from this dealership last month and was very happy with the level of service received from during the process. The salesman Marc Charlesworth was very knowledgeable and and not pushy at all. There was some ##s with the vehicle being ready to pick up which coincided with annual leave, and Marc’s manager was helpful keeping me updated with how preparation was going. When it came to collect the car I was even picked from the local station by Marc, a nice touch.

  Following having my car serviced at Yeomans Mazda Worthing I asked them to investigate a noise coming from the brake pedal. They booked the car in for a week to allow proper checks to be done, which they did. They identified a significant fault and dealt with Mazda directly to agree the repair, which was quite major. The work was undertaken as soon as the part was available and was completed within a week, completely to my satisfaction. The whole experience dealing with Yeomans was a pleasure and stress free (and they have a great bean to cup coffee machineIt was refreshing to be listened to - this has rarely been my experience with other dealerships…In particular I’d like to give a shout out to Lauren in Servicing for being so helpful and courteous and keeping me informed all the way and arranging the car hire to keep me on the road and Ash the technician for undertaking the work and going the extra mile to identify the fault.   I recently bought a Mazda CX-30 used car from Yeomans Mazda Worthing and had a very positive experience. As I was buying from a distance, I had quite a few questions, but Rob, Marc and Mike were patient, helpful and understanding throughout. They provided videos, service history details, arranged delivery, and prepared the car with four new tyres before handover.   I had a fantastic experience with Liam at Mazda Bexhill. He took the time to thoroughly show me around the car, answered all of my questions with great knowledge and patience, and made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. What I especially appreciated was being trusted to take the test drive on my own, which really helped me get a proper feel for the car without any pressure.   Amazing customer service from Rob K! I’ve been trying to find the best car for me and the dog within a set budget and Rob helped the whole way along with a friendly positive vibe! It’s not a Mazda as it was a part exchanged Volvo they had at the branch, but that being said Rob did all he could to make sure I had all the details I needed about the car even with it not being the car make/models he regularly works with.
