  I had a really positive experience buying my car from Mazda with Mark Higgins. Mark was friendly, approachable and really helpful throughout the whole process. He was informative without ever being pushy, which made such a difference. I never felt pressured into making a decision, and I appreciated that he gave me the space to take my time. He also got the balance of communication just right. He didn’t constantly contact me, but he always kept me informed and made sure I knew what was happening when I needed to. Any questions I had were answered clearly and honestly, and I always felt like I was dealing with someone who genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase.   Yeomans Mazda Worthing gets 5 stars from me. Bought my first car here in early October 2026, a Sonic Silver Mazda 3 (3rd gen, 2018). Initial thoughts were that the price was slightly on a higher end but the thinking went that if it’s from a genuine Mazda dealer we should expect no problems with it, and a proper knowledgeable support from a team that knows the brand and the cars and lives up to the decent reputation that Yeomans built over the years. That proved to be true. On the test drive day we were happy with the test drive but wanted to grab some lunch to think the purchase over and after returning we were told that the warranty people have already gone home and we’d have to come back the next day which wasn’t ideal considering we came down all the way from North London. The team understood the problem and offered us a sweetener to come back: a freshly passed MOT and a full petrol tank (not a joke nowadaysI’ve now driven the car back and all seems to be fine, the added warranty is superb for a peace of mind! Would highly recommended the place, and shout out to Rob Kaminski who dealt with us and was professional, energetic and helpful. P.S note that if you’re a relatively new/unconfident driver it’s tough coming out of the dealership onto the Littlehampton road as it’s an almost constant stream of traffic regardless of the lights - it took me a good minute on the test drive and the drive back lol

  Would like to say a massive thank you to Marc at Mazda for going above and beyond for helping us with our mobility car that we got. We had a bit of trouble with the car we first ordered but with Marc’s help and his manager, they went out of there to help us massively. I would definitely recommend going to Mazda for a car whether that’s on mobility or normal. They are so helpful and so friendly, even got kept up to date with what was happening and even got a phone call after collecting the car to make sure everything is okay and if any problems then just to ring them. Would highly recommend Mazda dealership in Worthing.

  Having never bought an approved used car from a dealer before, nor ever been in a position to spend an immense amount of money on a car, my anxiety was understandably high when making enquires at Yeomans to replace a vehicle recently written off! Rob Kaminski answered my call of distress and from the first contact was understanding, reassuring with zero pressure. He provided me with his contact details and options to accommodate my requirements. Rob offered me flexibility to meet face to face at my convenience so I could discuss the answer to every question I had and ease any concerns about how the process worked. This resulted in a purchase I am (so far) extremely happy with and I genuinely feellooked afterRob even contacted me several days after driving away to check in and make sure all was going well with the new motor. The reassurance of a 12 month warranty as standard is another massive worry off my mind and I would definitely recommend Yeomans Mazda Worthing. I hope not to have to replace this car for some years to come but when I do, I will be returning to Rob and his colleagues

  The dealership was very pro-active from the moment I first registered an interest in one of their used vehicles. I was pleased I was able to visit the showroom on a Sunday morning and when I did, I was greeted by Marc, who was fully aware of what I was looking for. There was no hard selling, Marc answered all my questions perfectly and the entire purchase of the car went as clockwork.

  From start to finish my experience with Yeomans Mazda Bexhill was a breath of fresh air and a hugely positive experience. My first point of contact with the dealership was by phone and with Nick the sales manager as I was enquiring about a second hand Mazda CX30 . He was so polite , professional and helpful and I was able to book a test drive of the car on the same day and was informed that upon my arrival I would be looked after by his sales team member Zoe . Upon arrival I was meet by Zoe and shown the car and had a very successful test drive of the Mazda CX30 . After the test drive , Zoe was able to answer all my questions about the car . She was a joy to deal with and chat to , professional, friendly and honest . At no time I felt under any pressure to buy the car and was able to go away put a refundable reserve on the car and able have a couple of days to decide if I wanted to buy the car. I returned a couple of days later after deciding I wanted the car . Once again Zoe was excellent . So patient , attentive and professional and made the purchase of the car so easy . I arranged to pick the car up later in the week and arrived early and sat in the waiting area and all the staff walking past were from sales team to mechanics to the lady that cleaned the cars where friendly and gave you a smile . The hand over of car by Zoe was excellent . She answered all my enquiries, connected my phone to the car etc and I drive away one very happy customer . The Mazda CX30 is a wonderful car . I’m so happy with it . I look forward to to my future dealings with Yeomans Mazda Bexhill as I will be taking my car tbere for its annual service and a seed was planted in my wife’s mind of one of the smaller Mazda’s and she herself was so impressed by the staff at the dealership . Top marks for an excellent Mazda dealership and staff and a very big thank you and mention for Zoe , who was just brilliant .

  I purchased a used car from this dealership last month and was very happy with the level of service received from during the process. The salesman Marc Charlesworth was very knowledgeable and and not pushy at all. There was some ##s with the vehicle being ready to pick up which coincided with annual leave, and Marc’s manager was helpful keeping me updated with how preparation was going. When it came to collect the car I was even picked from the local station by Marc, a nice touch.

  Following having my car serviced at Yeomans Mazda Worthing I asked them to investigate a noise coming from the brake pedal. They booked the car in for a week to allow proper checks to be done, which they did. They identified a significant fault and dealt with Mazda directly to agree the repair, which was quite major. The work was undertaken as soon as the part was available and was completed within a week, completely to my satisfaction. The whole experience dealing with Yeomans was a pleasure and stress free (and they have a great bean to cup coffee machineIt was refreshing to be listened to - this has rarely been my experience with other dealerships…In particular I’d like to give a shout out to Lauren in Servicing for being so helpful and courteous and keeping me informed all the way and arranging the car hire to keep me on the road and Ash the technician for undertaking the work and going the extra mile to identify the fault.
