  Purchased a Jaecoo J7 SHS PHEV, back in March and the service my wife and I received from Gennaro was nothing short of fantastic. I recently had to take it in for a software and DAB upgrade and the staff were friendly and happy to help. Work was carried out promptly within a few hours and it was even cleaned when I went to pick it up, which is in complete contrast to the experience my wife has had with a very big German car brand. Safe to say we will likely be getting another Jaecoo when we can get out of her agreement. I would definitely recommend Jaecoo Omoda Littlehampton to family and friends. As for the car it is outstanding value for money all round.

  Had an issue with the setting up of the car and OMODA app. Adam Grigg of Yeomans Helston was so helpful. I didn’t purchase the car there as it’s on company lease but after Adams help I will definitely be using them for my servicing and future car needs. Awesome customer service from Adam!

  I recently ordered a Jaecoo 5 for a person I support from the dealership in Helston, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Adam Grigg made everything so easy, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. He also arranged a two-hour test drive, which gave us plenty of time to get a real feel for the car before making our decision. Nothing was too much trouble, and his friendly, knowledgeable approach made the whole process completely stress-free. I would highly recommend Adam and the team to anyone looking for a new car.   Very very helpful from the jump! The staff were amazing. It was a super smooth process and we're extremely happy with the car we got! The low deposit is what got us driving from Essex to get the car! Big big big shout out to Gennaro & Alex! Gennaro was the perfect person to talk to and deal with. He was so helpful. Alex helped finish the deal at the store and was amazing help. We can't thank them both enough!

  Was interested in a car and the guy we spoke to Adam his name was, was very well spoken and helped my partner and I massively. We didn’t buy the car as I’m just looking around for now but he helped us with information on a finance contract, buying outright, and any loans etc. he was very helpful and would highly recommend speaking to Adam on buying a car.

  I dont usually put reviews but couldn't let this one pass. My husband and I came to Helston for the ducks and park and almost left with a brand new car. We saw one was local which led us to Facebook and we thought we should really look. I must say we had a great experience car shopping with Adam. He greeted us warmly right away and made us feel completely welcome. Adam showed us around an incredible selection of beautiful cars. We fell in love with a particularly gorgeous white model that we wanted to check out in closer detail. Adam gave us all the time we needed to get a really good look at it. What stood out most was Adam's exceptional knowledge, and I ask multiple questions as we always need to be sure. He answered every single question we had with ease and never pressured us which was important to me, i always dislike feeling pressured and nothing puts me off more. If you want a stress-free, informative, and pleasant car buying experience, ask for Adam! Were be back to look again definitely.

  We recently discovered the wave of Chinese car brands entering the UK market and that journey led us to Yeomans Jaecoo in Helston. We were looked after impeccably by Dave Parker who was very friendly and informative throughout. He responded to every query promptly and nothing was too much trouble. He also put together a pretty good deal on a Jaecoo 7 providing us with figures other Jaecoo dealerships throught the country couldn't match. Great service at a great price.   Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the start. He helped me decide on the Jaecoo 7 but wasn’t pushy on any way. Once I had decided Alan kept in regular contact on the progress of my new car and when it was time to change over, the date and time was agreed for handing over. Alan was extremely helpful with the handover and went through everything in the car and made sure I understood it all. He then phoned a couple of days after I had got the car to see if I had any questions or issues.
