  The best car buying experience I have had. I had to travel a good distance to Initially view the car I was interested in. From the second I arrived I was looked after extremely well. The customer service from Fraser was next level, not patronising completely genuine, no high pressure sales, just my questions answered and given time to make my own decision. After the deal was done, the car was then cleaned, a small dent was removed from the door and it was delivered to my door (for free) three days later with a bunch of flowers in the boot. Although two years old, It looked like a brand new vehicle. I don’t often write reviews but this level of service is sadly rare these days. If you are looking for a new or used Honda I would highly recommend Yeomans and in particular Fraser for outstanding service from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with the car or Yeomans.

  My experience with Honda Churt was first class. The service department and General Manager took the time to talk me through my concerns with my old car. I decided to purchase a new Honda and Stella was brilliant. The whole process was so easy. From looking at the car to the final delivery of my car. Stella talked me through every step. She even called me the following day to see if I was happy with everything. That is 5 star service. Thank you all.

  I had the most wonderful experience with Honda, Bognor Regis, when buying my 6 month old Honda ZRV. Oliver was so kind from the moment that he picked up my enquiry online, taking time to understand what I was looking for, and providing a thorough video of the car which addressed all of my specific questions. I chose this dealership as they were the only one in the country which had a car in the colour and spec I was looking for, despite it being 70 miles from home, and I'm so thrilled that I did. Oliver made the handover process smooth and easy, and did the most fantastic run through of the car to ensure that we left understanding all of the gadgets. He was patient and kind, and followed up with me later that day to make sure that everything was ok. I can't recommend the dealership, Oliver, or the Honda ZRV enough!

  I would like to leave a review for Oliver Weston. Although my English is not very strong, Oliver was very patient in explaining everything clearly and helping me complete my MOT. He also recommended the most suitable services for my situation. He explained the service contract and all the important details about my car in a very clear and professional way. In my four years in the UK, he is one of the most responsible and helpful customer service advisors I have met. I am very grateful for his support and assistance throughout the whole process. I would also like to mention that I purchased my car from the Eastbourne branch, but I personally found the level of service here to be much more supportive and professional in comparison.   Dropped in as I was passing as I am looking to find something a bit smaller and and more economical, but need a spec closer to what only new(er) models have as standard, the guy came and had a word and kindly let me try sitting in a couple of them as my body needs support and they weren't too bad (never sat in one before), but are a bit out of my reach currently, will certainly go back if I got the money.

  What a great team at Yeomans Churt . Drove down on a friday to check out a car on their web site . Made very welcome even if we had not made an appointment . Within one hour we had finished a test drive and agreed a deal including a trade in . Neal sorted out the paperwork etc and we collected the car on Sunday . Great service and really nice people to deal with.

  A visit to Yeomans Honda to discuss the options and possibilities of replacing my existing thirteen-year-old Civic with another newer used Civic very quickly advanced to the stage where a possible replacement was identified. This was due to the very helpful salesman Paul Chipp-Smith who guided us through the various possibilities. The proposed Civic was at another retailer’s location and Paul on payment of a deposit arranged for the vehicle to be brought to Yeomans where a test drive could be undertaken. When the vehicle had been delivered Paul sent a video of it and planned the test drive. Paul came with myself and my wife on the test drive and explained the differences between my existing vehicle and the proposed replacement, particularly regarding the parking brake. My wife and I we very pleased with the vehicle and proceeded with its purchase. Paul’s knowledge, expertise and very polite and helpful manner greatly smoothed the entire process, Thank you. A company to be highly recommended.

  I have just purchased a nearly-new Honda Jazz from Yeomans Honda Eastbourne. The whole process of part exchange and purchase was made very easy by Paul Chipp-Smith and the new car was ready in a couple of days with the additions I had requested. The dealership is friendly and welcoming and even had dog biscuits to hand for my greedy hound! The handover was informative and I was taken out for a practice as I had never driven an automatic car before.
