  I can not recommend this Honda dealership in Bognor Regis enough, they have such excellent customer service, all but vanished in the world these days. I bought a used car from them 18 months ago and they rescued me last Friday from a rockery where I reversed over a blind corner and my back wheel was hanging off. As it was close to the garage I asked for help and advice and they were so kind to me, they heaved it up as it was impossible to go forwards or back and did not even charge me. They have more than five stars from me. Thank you all the guys who saved my sanity and my car that day. Much appreciated and I am telling everyone how great you were to me a lone female who was in shock after the incident!

  As a woman in my late seventies who tends to keep her cars for many years, replacing my trusty Honda Jazz felt quite daunting. I’d driven my 2003 automatic for 15 years and needed some patient guidance when choosing its replacement. Vad at Yeomans Honda in Bognor Regis made the whole experience comfortable and straightforward. He listened carefully to what I wanted, understood my concerns and found a lovely 2013 Honda Jazz, offering a fair price for my old car too. I’m delighted with it. It’s a pleasure to drive and looked immaculate when I collected it. The bouquet of flowers was such a thoughtful touch! Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.

  Had a recall notice for my old vauxhall astra estate AirbagI contacted the dealership and car was booked in for about 2 weeks later for the repairI was informed that it would take about 20 minutes so dropped it off at 10am by 20 past 10 the repair had been carried out and car was returned to me.   My daughter bought a Civic from the Bognor Regis branch and it was such a great experience that I decided to obtain a HRV ADVANCE STYLE PLUS. I was assisted in every area of acquiring the HRV and in the part exchange of my current car. Vadim looked after me brilliantly, explaining everything in detail, every step of the way.   I've been a regular customer here for around 3 years or so now, and everytime it's been a great experience! Adam at the service department is exceptional, with clear communication throughout and explains clearly what work needs to or has been undertaken on the car.
