I recently purchased a new Honda e:Ny1 electric vehicle from Yeomans at Bognor. This is my first EV and so far I’ve been delighted with it. Oliver in the sales team was very patient with me and helpful when I was discussing EVs and my range anxieties before finalising the order. He took the time to show me the various apps available to plan recharging the car should I go on long distance journeys, whilst supplying me with excellent cups of coffee. On the day of the vehicle pick up Oliver took the time to throughly go through all the features of the vehicle and helped me set it up to my liking. I certainly felt like a valued customer.

Looking for a second hand car that suited our needs and settled on the CR-V model. I recently purchased a used CRV and the whole process was really easy and straight forward. I had an hour long unaccompanied test drive and I got a decent part exchange price for my Civic Vadim, who sold me my car is a really nice guy and there was no high pressure sales approach. I had problems with a second hand Honda I bought elsewhere, and they were really helpful when they didn't need to be at all. I asked about a new car, and they were happy to show me and give me prices, with no pressure. Unfortunately, I can't buy a new car until I get my money back for the old one (still battling it out after 4 monthsbut this is where I'll be coming when that day hopefully eventually arrivesI've also been in to purchase a locking wheel nut key after discovering mine was missing. Again, extremely helpful and I was pleasantly surprised that the price was lower than online retailers (with no delivery to pay and no waiting for said delivery) and no extra charge for figuring out the right key type for me. The premises are great - modern and spacious, with lots of parking. Friendly, helpful staff. I hope to be back in the future for a nice, new, problem-free car.

Genuinely the best experience I've had at a garage. My experience with all Yeomans Honda have been very good, but the Guildford branch is top notch. Went in to get major work done on my Civic, it was all done well and on time. Service team were very nice, informative, and helpful. They are not just trying to get paid and get you out the door; they really try to help you and make sure you're set. For example, I was in to get my wet belt replaced, but I mentioned the AC wasn't working particularly well; they took a look at the air conditioning and did a quick fix for me for free just because they wanted to be kind. Highly recommend them.

I have just bought a new Honda Jazz Advance from the Churt salesroom. I am blown away by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff there and in particular Mark Cronin who was my representative on the sale and an amazing sales person, very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful and answered all my questions with confidence and was very reassuring. I was completely at ease with all the stages of the sale and did not feel pressured at any time and I usually don't leave reviews of any sort but with the high level of service I received I feel that Mark deserves to be highly praised.

Setting off on a week's break and 25 mins in my Honda decided to develop a binding rear brake. Long story short, gave Yeomans Honda Worthing a ring in desperation and they asked me to bring it in for a quick check. Seized rear caliper. Two hours later the part was sourced, fitted and the holiday saved (literally). I've used this dealership in the past and my current Honda (sourced elsewhere) is on an annual service plan with them, but they always go above and beyond. Outstanding service.

After dealing with Hendy Honda, who charged me £261 for a false diagnostic report and completely failed to identify a warrantable fault on my car, I was left stressed, misled, and frustrated. Understanding everything I’d been through, Ashley and his team went even further as a goodwill gesture and also replaced my rear brake discs and brake pads, something they didn’t have to do. To top it all off, Nigel personally drove the car back to me the very next day, and in record time, making the whole experience as stress-free as possible. The car is now working perfectly, and I’m very relieved to say that I have now also received my refund from Hendy Honda. The care, honesty, and support I received from Yeomans Honda was outstanding. My little Honda Jazz passed away after 19 years of happy motoring. I wanted to replace it so I went to Yeomans Honda Bognor Regis to view the latest Jazz. There was no pressure by the salesmen who were quite willing to answer any questions that I had. I returned to the showroom to place an order and was served/helped by Vad. Although he had only been with the company for a couple of weeks he was extremely helpful and, anything that he wasn't sure of, he made sure that the information was correct that he was giving me (along with the welcome coffee). I drove into Yeoman's Peugeot Worthing without a booking because my steering wheel was loose. I explained the problem to the man on the desk and asked if someone could look at it. He agreed and asked the foreman mechanic to check it. He was very thorough and identified the problem. I explained that I had to make a long journey soon and he advised that it was unsafe to do soHe ordered the new part immediately and told me to come back at 08:30 the following morning. On Saturday 30th August i picked up my car purchased from Yeoman's Honda Bogner Regis.Not only was the car spotless and showroom ready the staff had filled up the tank half full so you didn't have to worry that you might run out down the road. Very efficient and straightforward service - as soon as your car has been looked at, they send a link to details of exactly what must or could be done, the cost and whether you approve each item - quick and easy. Their receptionist is also helpful and friendly. My car was dealt with quicker than expected and there is a drop-off/collection service to the nearest station.

We have recently switched from a petrol manual Nissan Juke to a full electric Honda e:Ny1. This transition was greatly assisted by our sales executive Howard Littlehales. We think he helped to secure a great deal on the new Honda and to get the best price for our Juke, which was supplied and maintained by Yeomans. Howard explained all the options and we selected the model and colour of our choice, which was available on a short lead time. I was able to track the progress of our order and complete the paperwork online using the My Honda+ app. The vehicle handover was conducted by Howard, taking us through the controls and enabling the mobile phone app linked to the car. From start to finish the support from the dealership has made what can be a stressful experience seem routine.

From my initial enquiry through to driving off, the whole experience was efficient, responsive and straight forward. I had a problem with my 2019 Honda Jazz Sport whilst driving it yesterday. The car would not drive above 20mph but the engine was revving freely when in neutral. Today all was fine but I wanted to have it checked out by a Honda expert so I rang Honda in Ferring and had the good fortune to speak to Olly. He clearly knew this particular model inside out and he was very patient in explaining what could be the problem. I got in the car and did what he said with one of the controls and this has cracked the problem. In my long life I have never spoken to a mechanic/technician who was so clear and so willing to give of his time. 5 * plus in my book.

Bought a car from Honda Eastbourne and struggled to get a deal to the point that bodywork and alloy refurb would not be done.James the salesman was the shining light and was a top fella and was good to deal with.I did make a call last week to ask if the very loud squeaky seats would be covered a spoke to a lady who really was not interested so ended up paying for all these things myself..disappointing considering they are a main dealer. We were looking for a used CRV with a specific colour and spec, our searches showed Yeomans had such a car, however they were 600 miles from us in the North East of Scotland. After speaking with Richard Carpenter and receiving a detailed video of the car we went ahead with the purchase. I travelled down to Farnham and was collected at the station in the car. On inspection at the dealers I found the car was exactly as presented to us during the negotiations. A salesman called Rupert explained the car and how it all worked extremely well and the final details of the purchase were quickly concluded. I travelled the 600 miles back to Scotland the next day and the car was even better than I had anticipated. I found Richard Carpenter and Rupert to be both accurate and knowledgeable about the car and both made the purchase an easy and pleasurable experience. When buying from a distance accurate information and experienced technical knowledge of the sales team are essential and both these qualities we found at Yeoman’s in Farnham, Many thanks to the team for a very pleasant and successful transaction.

Visited Yeomans after seeing a 2022 Civic online. Called in on the off chance that a test drive was available and met Gary Fenwick who was absolutely superb. He ran through the options available to us and we booked in a test drive for the next day. On arrival we were met with a smile, a handshake and a coffee. The car that had been prepared wasn't the one we were looking at originally but as it drives the same we agreed to drive that one. We were very impressed at being offered either a short test drive or an extended one bringing the car back after Gary's next appointment - excellent customer service! After driving the car we returned it to Gary who wasn't pushy at all. We were able to talk through all the options and ultimately purchased the newer model! Such a great experience from start to finish! Would recommend Yeomans and Gary without hesitation. Lastly, had a small issue with our Jazz, which Gary also arranged to sort out for us!

My new HR-V Hybrid is delightful. From the first time I had sight in the showroom to collection took under 14 days. The Sales Executive was Howard Littlehales who was relaxed, informative without being "in your face" and knew everything about the product; he was at the top of his brief. Accident repair in 2023, Chris was a super help, ensuring I got into a courtesy car, assisted with the insurance assessors and got my car back to me efficiently and the repair was faultless. Servicing again by Chris and the team, reliable, phone calls always to gain authorisation for any extras that were found to be required. As always, great and friendly service. Took my Jazz Crosstar in for its service and first MOT. Advised on 2 tyres, and asked them to replace. A little more than I could have got away with, but I couldn't see any sense in driving away and shopping around to save a few pounds. And I am now happy that I have 2 new tyres of good quality. Driving away even though my car has only 25,000 on the clock, it was so smooth and well-behaved that I can't see any sense in not having main dealer service. Tip for any other potential buyers, take the service/breakdown package. I think it's saved me a few bob in servicing costs.

Went to Honda churt just to have a look at the new Eyn1 electric. Paul smeeth the manager let me take one out for a test drive which was amazing and he allowed me to take it home to show my wife. We decided to go for it was a great car and full of extras all in the price. Paul introduced me to Stuart who looks after mobility customers. And he was so helpful and explained everything in simple terms. I went for urban grey with light grey leather which goes together so well . On collection we were looked after like royalty. I bought my car from here a year ago. I have been so happy with my car! They were absolutely brilliant, efficient and even got the car ready for me quickly ahead of schedule. I bought a 2017 Honda Civic. The price was perfect, the car itself is wonderful and I have not had a single issue with it. It just flew through an MOT with no advisories a year on. My favorite car to date. I loved how quickly I was dealt with. I have previously bought from a big car seller which I won't name but I'm sure can be guessed. You spend all day being hassled into paying for extras, hours waiting on paperwork, promises of 1000 point safety checks which somehow miss major issues. Honda on the other hand were quick, honest and friendly. The car has been absolutely perfect! I can't rave about it enough, I also had a complementary half a tank of fuel to drive home! Massively recommend buying here over any larger dealer who are a jack of all trades. 5*

I went to Guildford Honda - Yeomans after poor service from another Honda dealer. Upon arrival I was met by a new member of the team Lewis who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I changed my mind about the car and fancied another it was no trouble at all. Gary helped with the financial bit and was so helpful, no pressure at all to add bits on you don’t fancy. I placed a deposit on the day I saw the car, traded in mine for a great price, paperwork all sorted and collected the car two days later. I could not be happier with my purchase and the care, service I received from Lewis and Gary. All the staff were lovely and welcoming but I only remembered two names. My Auntie had previously purchased a Honda HR-V From Sherine at yeoman's Honda Guildford, my Auntie said you won't find better than them they will get you the car you want and you will be looked after. So my Auntie called Sherine and we arranged a day to go and have a look. On arrival we was met by Sherine i said i had seen a HR-V on there website, Sherine looked it up for me and it was at another Honda branch, so I decided to test drive the Honda CR-V and Honda HR-V as i was in two minds as to what i wanted, after test driving both i decided that the HR-V was the one for me. So Sherine got straight on the phone to the other branch and asked for it to be delivered to the Guildford branch for me and to take it off sale. Sherine kept in contact with me letting me know when the car would arrive. When I turned up to see the car it had a lot more extras on it, the price was good and i was totally in love with this car, i took it out for a drive, got back to the showroom and said yes please, i part exchanged my BMW the transaction was smooth, Sherine was great explained everything,did my car tax for me, there was no hard sales speech, Sherine was warm friendly and professional, i would highly recommend Sherine and will definitely be back in the future for my next car. So thanks to Sherine and my Auntie im now driving everywhere with a big smileon my face. So thank you Sherine for making my experience with Honda a pleasurable one.

24/11/2023 Following a lengthy search for the car of my choice (a used Honda CR-V Hybrid), I happened upon Yeoman’s Ltd in Guildford, a Honda specialist dealer. We undertook a visit down there, from our hometown of Bedford, to view a vehicle of interest. As the vehicle did not quite meet our expectations, we turned to our salesman Gary and enquired about a suitable alternative. Gary, who had understood our requirements by now escorted us to a superb model which ticked all the boxes and arranged there and then to let us test drive the vehicle. We were impressed, and although it meant paying a bit extra for this used top of the range model, we signed up for it and arranged for collection the following week. Upon our return for collection the handover went extremely smoothly as Gary had flowed the paperwork well. Now as the new owners of the vehicle Gary took us out for formal instruction on how to use the most applicable functions on the vehicle. Gary was extremely thorough and helpful. He phoned us a few days later to see if we had need of any assistance and offered to support us with advice in the future. All in all, an outstanding experience and first-class service. Thank You. Bought an approved used Civic EX from Gary. Test driving was very easy with no pressure. After purchasing I had 2 very small issues which Gary got resolved seamlessly. My relatives arrived before me when I went to pick up the new car and they were given hot drinks whilst they waited for me which I appreciated. They also printed my personalised number plate ready for when I changed the reg over. I've been very happy with the car and it is extremely comfortable as well as very economical! (62mpg)

I recently bought an almost new Civic Sports from Yeomans Honda. Really nice car, prepared beautifully by the dealer. The Sales person was Mark Wolff, who I found to be very professional. He took the time to ensure I could drive the car, then left me to test drive by myself for a reasonable time, came up with a quite acceptable part-exchange offer, crucially did not pressurise me at all (unlike some other motor dealers) and on completion day handled all the paperwork with DVLA for me for the old and new cars. HONDA JAZZ 1.4 i-VTEC (2009YEOMANS HONDA Due to a recent traffic accident in which our insurance company declared my mother's car to be a total loss she was left without transport. Being her son I felt obliged to help her find a suitable replacement and spent several weeks searching for a make and model that matched her needs. After numerous visits to car dealerships and private sellers to look at prospective vehicles, I had no joy and came away feeling disheartened and disappointed.
