What a great team at Yeomans Churt . Drove down on a friday to check out a car on their web site . Made very welcome even if we had not made an appointment . Within one hour we had finished a test drive and agreed a deal including a trade in . Neal sorted out the paperwork etc and we collected the car on Sunday . Great service and really nice people to deal with.

I have been visiting Yeomans Honda Eastbourne for the last two years and have absolutely no complaints with the service from all departments: Sales, customer service, mechanics, and car valeters. Although I'm not in a rush to part with my current car, I will definitely continue to visit here for all further servicing and repairs when needed, and I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle here. 10/10 from all staff.

I recently purchased a Honda HR V for my daughter from Howard at Yeomans Honda Eastbourne, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. A visit to Yeomans Honda to discuss the options and possibilities of replacing my existing thirteen-year-old Civic with another newer used Civic very quickly advanced to the stage where a possible replacement was identified. This was due to the very helpful salesman Paul Chipp-Smith who guided us through the various possibilities. The proposed Civic was at another retailer’s location and Paul on payment of a deposit arranged for the vehicle to be brought to Yeomans where a test drive could be undertaken. When the vehicle had been delivered Paul sent a video of it and planned the test drive. Paul came with myself and my wife on the test drive and explained the differences between my existing vehicle and the proposed replacement, particularly regarding the parking brake. My wife and I we very pleased with the vehicle and proceeded with its purchase. Paul’s knowledge, expertise and very polite and helpful manner greatly smoothed the entire process, Thank you. A company to be highly recommended.

I have just purchased a nearly-new Honda Jazz from Yeomans Honda Eastbourne. The whole process of part exchange and purchase was made very easy by Paul Chipp-Smith and the new car was ready in a couple of days with the additions I had requested. The dealership is friendly and welcoming and even had dog biscuits to hand for my greedy hound! The handover was informative and I was taken out for a practice as I had never driven an automatic car before.

I have recently bought a car from Honda Worthing and their service from start to finish has been absolutely phenomenal. They were very informative and helpful. They even managed to get me a car I wanted from another dealership rather than me travel to go and have a look at it. Mark Gregory and the team at Honda Worthing really are amazing! Thank you so much guys for all your help and for my beautiful bouquet of flowers too. I will definitely recommend anyone to go see them. They truly go above and beyond. I don’t think I can now go else where for my vehicle needs.

Having overcome my mid-life crisis I traded in my Civic Advance and bought a Jazz Advance instead. A bit chalk and cheese, but, for the motoring I do now the Jazz is far more practical. I found the process from Yeomans' point of view was flawless and Martin was able to answer all my questions comprehensively. He gently guided me through the various processes when I needed it. I am technology literate, however, I found Honda's electronic sales process unnessarily complex, (29 emails, having to have the app and dancing between the two), unintuitive and post sale very slow and one I wouldn't like to repeat. I hate to think what it would be like if one didn't have a PC trying to read complex 28 page documents on your mobile phone. I'm sure people do, but, for me its very less than optimal. Again, I repeat this is not a critism of Yeomans who were and are brilliant.

I had a smashing experience buying my new car from Honda Bognor. The whole thing was as smooth as you like, and I'm chuffed to bits with the service. A proper thank you to Fraser Johnson, the salesman who looked after me. Top bloke! He was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions without a fuss, and made sure I was comfy every step of the way. What really impressed me was Fraser's dedication. He even picked me up from my place for the test drive, which was a lifesaver, and helped me sort out the finance with no bother at all. I'd definitely recommend Honda Bognor, and especially Fraser Johnson, to anyone after a new car. Sorted!
