Although I haven't bought a car from this dealership, I've had a great experience here. I had problems with a second hand Honda I bought elsewhere, and they were really helpful when they didn't need to be at all. I asked about a new car, and they were happy to show me and give me prices, with no pressure. Unfortunately, I can't buy a new car until I get my money back for the old one (still battling it out after 4 months!), but this is where I'll be coming when that day hopefully eventually arrives... I've also been in to purchase a locking wheel nut key after discovering mine was missing. Again, extremely helpful and I was pleasantly surprised that the price was lower than online retailers (with no delivery to pay and no waiting for said delivery) and no extra charge for figuring out the right key type for me. The premises are great - modern and spacious, with lots of parking. Friendly, helpful staff. I hope to be back in the future for a nice, new, problem-free car.

I drove into Yeoman's Peugeot Worthing without a booking because my steering wheel was loose. I explained the problem to the man on the desk and asked if someone could look at it. He agreed and asked the foreman mechanic to check it. He was very thorough and identified the problem. I explained that I had to make a long journey soon and he advised that it was unsafe to do so. He ordered the new part immediately and told me to come back at 08:30 the following morning. I arrived at 08.30 and the part had arrived and I am waiting for Peugeot to find a slot and fit it. The staff who greeted me at the counter were friendly and polite and offered me coffee while I waited for work to be done on my car, 8.30am 09/04/25. The environment was clean and professional looking. There were however male members of staff in the showroom loudly bantering. The younger man swore repeatedly which caught my attention and then said "at least she had lovely baps and arse". The older man he was talking to laughed at this. I asked one of the female staff if she had to listen to that and she said "5 years now". This was whilst other customers were present, waiting. I hope management will address this.

I had a problem with my 2019 Honda Jazz Sport whilst driving it yesterday. The car would not drive above 20mph but the engine was revving freely when in neutral. Today all was fine but I wanted to have it checked out by a Honda expert so I rang Honda in Ferring and had the good fortune to speak to Olly. He clearly knew this particular model inside out and he was very patient in explaining what could be the problem. Nov 2024 Excellent after service again - just had a Winter check for my E-HRV, which I think is a great idea and value. I will be first to admit my tyre and fluid level checking sometimes goes amiss, so this is a great way to make sure my car is fit for the winter. All done in an hour. All is going well with my car and even though this branch is a bit further than others, I trust Chris and his team (Oliver on reception today) to look after my car. They took the time to discus them fitting a dash, so when I've decided on type I'll will be returning for fitting. I was looking online for a Honda dealership in order to test drive some Petrol/Hybrids. I came across Yeomans in Ferring and even though it is further away than other dealerships near me, I liked what their customers said about them in reviews. They were right, as soon as I walked in, I felt that they were genuinely pleased to offer their advice and customer service. The whole process from test driving (2 models), through to taking home different finance scenarios, I felt that they did value me as a customer. That counts for a lot. I had new BMWs for over 13 years prior to this Honda and quite frankly, BMW lost me as a customer, because their customer service has declined a lot. Back to Yeomans, after choosing my model, James helped me do most of the paperwork online. Nothing was too much trouble. I was introduced to Chris (after sales) before I left the showroom, and rest assured they will see me for the servicing though it's a long way off. I have had calls and emails to make sure that I am getting along OK with my new car. I am and I love it. TY to all the Yeomans team, a great team.

Luckily I don't have to go there often but I do enjoy going there. Despite the reputation that I think big car dealerships may have , I always feel that I have been treated fairly. The last repair was completed under an extended warranty I didn't know I had. Now that doesn't happen every day! This time it was a trifling matter with my two keys that I should have resolved myself . However Ollie ( hope that's the correct spelling) just fixed it for me in a minute . I had not booked, I just walked in and dumped the problem on him. He smiled at me and said it would be fixed in a minute. And it was. Excellent. Thanks very much. Highly recommend Honda cars , and this dealership is the best I have used . Here is an update , as I had to return this week with a leak through the rear offside quarter. Again I was very politely treated by Oliver , the plan for diagnosis and repair was explained and I am going back with the car next week. Its going to be expensive but the initial fee was waived as I am taking the car back. Well done Honda . Now all you need to do is fix the vending machine , please. Vending machine has been repaired as I returned with another problem. Oliver was there to advise and guide me again , thank goodness. His quite manner and extensive knowledge reassured me. 4.10.2023. The dealer ship provides a top-class service with MOT. Met with Oli Weston (not a relative, but did have chuckle) customer services, talked me through the MOT, service of the car and the offer of service plans and warranty. Given the expiry of the cars warranty, the cost of parts, and keeping the Civic in top mechanical condition for the time I have the car, I opted for the best. Why, you may ask? because the plans take out the worry of service and MOT costs, and with the warranty, you get Hondas top-class recovery services. Oli went through in detail the option plans. At no time was I put under any pressure or obligation, in fact quite the reverse, ensuring I was happy with the initial quotes. The rest is history, top service throughout by professional staff, having the time to explain the detail in plain English. My dear wife is in the final stages of life due to multiple cancers, so we decided we needed a very reliable car to get to and from the hospital and hospice. Honda seemed to fit the bill. So at the end of July we bought an 11 month old HRV. The car is an ideal size with the wheelchair sitting comfortably in the boot. The 'Magic' rear seats folding up are a real bonus for getting in extra kit like strollers etc. The car is not without a couple of teething issues, but the team are on the case and as I cannot leave my wife they are organising a pick up and a courtesy car, so full marks. Judging by the number of Hondas in the area we are not alone in choosing this reliable brand.
