Yeomans Honda Eastbourne

We have just taken possession of our second new HRV from Yeomans Honda at Eastbourne. The sales controller - Howard helped us through the process for a second time and my wife and I have found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, polite and informative. He is a very real asset to the company and goes above and beyond in his endeavour for customer satisfaction. He even threw in a couple of very nice gifts from Honda when we collected our latest acquisition. Three days later he telephoned us to make sure that everything was satisfactory with our new car. I would also add that using Yeomans Honda to service and maintain our previous vehicle has always been a very positive experience. Steve & Maria.

I have purchased 3 Honda cars over recent years. A CRV, ZRV & more recently a HRV and have always been pleased with the cars & service provided. ( We also have a Jazz in the family) In particular this time, the knowledge, expertise & patience during the sales process shown by Howard was exceptional. Dealings with the service department through Wayne has also been excellent. The reason for 4 not 5 stars relates to two things in particular. Firstly the complicated process dealing with Honda finance, details of which i will not go into. Secondly receiving an out of the blue telephone call from Honda trying to sell me a car when I was already in the process of buying one. There is a fine line between the expectation of old fashioned customer service and hard sell. The personal touch and clear lines of communication are important to me, hence my reason for being a returning VIP customer!

We picked up our car from Honda Yeomans in Eastbourne today. There are Honda dealerships far nearer to where we live but this is the second car we have bought from them because of the excellent customer service. We were advised every step of the way and Mark Wolff- who sold us the car- definitely went the extra mile to get us the right car at the right price. We did not feel pressured at all and both thought Mark was knowledgeable, professional and really took time to understand our needs. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Howard took care of us at every stage and made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. Even after we’d driven the car home, he checked in to make sure everything was running perfectly and that we were completely happy. It was a great pleasure to meet Howard Littlehales at Eastbourne Honda. Nothing was too much trouble for Howard, he wasn't pushing in any way for us to buy a new Honda HRV. Howard had lots of time for us to ask questions several times, when we made our mind up to go ahead with the HRV it was a smooth transition. Am not usually comfortable visiting dealerships when shopping for a new car but, on walking onto the forecourt at Yeomans Honda Eastbourne my self, my husband and our little dogs were greeted swiftly and with a welcoming helpful attitude. We were shown a vehicle which we took for a test drive, with the dogs allowed! After some consideration, which included the level of customer service received, we decided to purchase the car. Had my car repaired here after a little accident. Overall, It was “alright” experience . The young lady S***** seems quite “spiky”, maybe just her character … she phoned us in the morning and told us “Your car is ready to be collected.” After confirming how to deal with the hired car, she said “Just leave the car with us and drive your car away.” So we drove to the garage and went into the office, she didn’t bother to stand up and greet us (maybe I’m demanding too much.. ) and then she asked us “ Have you phoned the hired car company and tell them your hired car is left here.” It was a bit confused for us, as this was not highlighted during the phone call earlier, we could have done it while we were at home. Instead , we had to stand “in the middle of the office “ talking to the hired car company awkwardly . We were NOT invited to take a sit or anything else maybe a cup of coffee in a very wet day . But the young lady stood up and got herself a cup of coffee… customer service needs to improved personally. I wouldn’t say it’s a pleasant experience but maybe it’s too mean if I say it’s “unpleasant “… just the feeling …

We bought a new hybrid H-RV and Abi and Mark were brilliant. They knew their product and could not do enough to help and advise on the most cost-efficient and reasonable deals available. Great service the sales rep Connor and manager mark were very helpful talked me through my options. Gave me great confidence that the car had a 120 point safety check it come with 12 months warranty brand new MOT and 12 months breakdown. And to make it extra special they are refurbishing the alloy wheels and replacing the info tamiant system at no extra cost. Really couldn't ask for more would Def consider any next future car being purchased from there

I recently had my Honda CR-Z serviced at the Yeomans Honda Eastbourne service center. The team provided excellent service from start to finish. The service advisors were exceptionally friendly and professional, taking the time to clearly explain the necessary repairs and completing the work in a very timely manner. We had a great experience at Honda Eastbourne, looking at vehicles we had not previously thought of buying. luckily for us we had a very knowledgeable young sales person looking after us, (Howard Littlehales) who help us choose the right car. ' Honda ' - A brand name you can trust, with a service and care that I would rate as first class . I have this week in August 2025 part exchanged a Honda for a Honda from ' Honda Eastbourne' and would like to thank the Sales Executive Mr. Howard Littlehales for his help finding me the right car and the efficient manner in which the deal was concluded . This was done via the excellent web site showing me the car I was interested in. Then a well presented video of the car was made by Mr. Littlehales showing me the details of the car I was interested in. I then made a video of the car I was gong to part exchange and a deal was put in place . this exchange over the internet saved me a round trip from Rottingdean to Eastbourne of about three hours to look at my car then another three hours to collect the new car. once the deal was complete my new car was delivered to my house and the part exchange car driven away . My new car was exactly as shown on the web site and the video. We have recently switched from a petrol manual Nissan Juke to a full electric Honda e:Ny1. This transition was greatly assisted by our sales executive Howard Littlehales. We think he helped to secure a great deal on the new Honda and to get the best price for our Juke, which was supplied and maintained by Yeomans. Howard explained all the options and we selected the model and colour of our choice, which was available on a short lead time. I was able to track the progress of our order and complete the paperwork online using the My Honda+ app. The vehicle handover was conducted by Howard, taking us through the controls and enabling the mobile phone app linked to the car. From start to finish the support from the dealership has made what can be a stressful experience seem routine.

We just recently part exchanged our Jazz Hybrid for a new Jazz. Hybrid. The salesman, Howard, made the whole process simple and a pleasant experience. The experience from the Honda team was excellent all around. I spoke to different sales members of the sales team who passed on messages reliably and answered my detailed questions. The main contact was Mark Wolff who listened to what I wanted in a used car, understood it was a significant decision for me to make and helped to remove the barriers I had stated. We have just bought a used Honda Jazz from Yeomans. We were guided expertly through the process by Howard, who answered all our questions in a straightforward way. We booked a test drive and were delighted with the Jazz. Howard then sourced a car of the model, colour and low mileage that we wanted at a price to fit our budget. Our old vehicle was taken in part-exchange. The car we bought was beautifully prepared and the handover went well. Top marks from a couple of old teachers!

We went to the showroom to look at the Honda Jazz Hybrid, we were promptly seen by Howard who gave us all the information about the different models without any pressure, and arranged a test drive for a few days later. We chose the Jazz Advance model in Red. We picked up our new car within 3 weeks of ordering it and it fully meets our expectations. It was a big decision to move from a car brand which had served us well for over 30 years. Research highlighted that the Honda Jazz was top of our list. Yeomans website was very easy to use and we identified 2 cars at Eastbourne that we would like to try. An appointment was booked with Howard in Sales (polite, listened to our requirememts and had great product knowledge). The appointment went well (Howard was professional and allowed us to make decisions at our pace). Bottom line, we traded in our car, brought a year old Jazz Crosstar and took delivery in less than a week. Would we recommend Howard, Yeomans Honda Eastbourne and the Jazz to friends and family - 100% yes is the answer.

The Honda sales team very very good especially Adam Graves who listened to our requests for our new car to be perfect for us we were offered a drive in a new car as well as a secondhand car we were explained the pros and cons of both of these options . Recently purchased a Honda CRV Hybrid. The salesperson Marks knowledge was excellent and we were made to feel relaxed and confident in our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and throughout our pre PX repairs with another garage Mark supported us to the best of his ability. He also helped out with the private plate issues we had. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. I was sold a Civic by Mark Wolff and he just made the whole process to easy and stress free! I used their service for a minor replacement. They had a chance to charge me an insane amount thanks to the underlying issue that I didn't know about before the initial check. Instead I was presented with two different ways forward and didn't have to pay anything before deciding which is preferred. On top of that, the test itself was done very quickly and diligently.

Bought a car from Honda Eastbourne and struggled to get a deal to the point that bodywork and alloy refurb would not be done.James the salesman was the shining light and was a top fella and was good to deal with.I did make a call last week to ask if the very loud squeaky seats would be covered a spoke to a lady who really was not interested so ended up paying for all these things myself..disappointing considering they are a main dealer. I have to say that the level of support I received now from Craig has put my faith back in Yeomans Eastbourne and would gladly recommend them

My new HR-V Hybrid is delightful. From the first time I had sight in the showroom to collection took under 14 days. The Sales Executive was Howard Littlehales who was relaxed, informative without being "in your face" and knew everything about the product; he was at the top of his brief. He is certainly a young man destined for a senior position in the organisation in my view. The sale financing and transaction went without a hitch and I am now the proud owner of this beautiful "small" SUV. Highly recommended.

As always, great and friendly service. Took my Jazz Crosstar in for its service and first MOT. Advised on 2 tyres, and asked them to replace. A little more than I could have got away with, but I couldn't see any sense in driving away and shopping around to save a few pounds. And I am now happy that I have 2 new tyres of good quality. Driving away even though my car has only 25,000 on the clock, it was so smooth and well-behaved that I can't see any sense in not having main dealer service. Tip for any other potential buyers, take the service/breakdown package. I think it's saved me a few bob in servicing costs.

I've been delighted with the customer service and delivery provided by Sam Heath! He made the whole process of purchasing my shiny new2me Hybrid Jazz effortless. Purchased my vehicle, a Honda Jazz Hybrid over the phone from Howard without seeing it. Howard was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process which was surprisingly very simple and did me the deal that I could afford. When I collected the car it was what I expected with the added bonus of a front and rear dash cam and carpets mats included for free. Purchased a Honda Crosstar from Yeomans Honda at Eastbourne, we dealt with Mark Wolff who was extremely helpful, knowledgable and knew exactly the car that was suitable for our needs. I recently bought an almost new Civic Sports from Yeomans Honda. Really nice car, prepared beautifully by the dealer. The Sales person was Mark Wolff, who I found to be very professional. He took the time to ensure I could drive the car, then left me to test drive by myself for a reasonable time, came up with a quite acceptable part-exchange offer, crucially did not pressurise me at all (unlike some other motor dealers) and on completion day handled all the paperwork with DVLA for me for the old and new cars. My husband died recently leaving me with a car dilemma. Mark Wolf was kind empathic and dealt with me sympathetically. The process thanks to DVLA was long but amazingly, considering my situation, it was purposeful but we also had fun, not least because all the staff took a shine to my puppy Bertie. Top service from a very well run dealership. Added 12/08/23 Wow again small problem with car collected sorted out and returned remember it’s a round trip of 150 miles plus. This is a second hand non franchise car they are truly in another world. We recently bought a used Honda CRV from Yeomans Eastbourne. Your sales representative Howard Littlehales sourced an ideal CRV from within your group - right spec - engine -Altogether a charming and ver transmission - colour etc. After that his guidance through the sale and part ex was professional, considerate and extremely helpful. He is an asset to your company and we were very pleased with his efforts. Altogether a charming and knowledgeable young man.

An issue that my local garage couldn't solve was diagnosed quickly here. Initially the part [ for a 9 yr old car! ] was discontinued meaning the enitre locking system and windows were faulty. But just as I was going to pick it up they called back as the manager unhappy himself with the situation had been calling around and found a potential alternative part - which worked! On top of that they cleaned the car inside and out for free - nice touch! Very pleased with the service [ they were very reasonable on the service charge due to the initial issue ] and the communication.

I recently had an issue with my Honda which was purchased from another dealership before I moved to the area. Although it was not immediately apparent what the issue was, Charlie and his team in the servicing department went above and beyond to ensure I was kept informed whilst they undertook investigations and explained everything to me clearly each step of the way. Once the issue was identified the staff were prompt in ordering the required parts and undertaking all the works. Fantastic customer service and I will certainly be returning for any future services, MOT's etc.

Such a professional experience! Have been looking for a car for about a month and I'm so glad I found the one I wanted here. Saw the car online and called Honda Yeomans and spoke to Alex. I asked him lots of questions about the car and he was very knowledgeable and answered everything truthfully, sincerely and professionally. I live 130 miles away so certainly didn't want a wasted trip if the car did not live upto expectations. Fortuntely, the car was everything Alex had described. Pleasure to have bought a car from here.I had come all the way from oxford and was hoping all would be ok but you are relying on the salesman to be honest.The salesman Paul had described the car perfectly.And he had it all ready for me.very nice honest friendly salesman made the whole process easy.Would definitely recommend this dealership. One year on and I would like to thank Charlie and Adam for fixing a noisy bearing that the car developed. Had tried locally from garages with unsuccessful diagnosis. And Charlie and Adam suggested I let them have a look. It was a long trek from Oxford but well worth it they gave me a courtesy car found the fault and fixed it for me.

Having recently purchased a second hand car from Collins Honda, I can thoroughly recommend them to any prospective customer. From the time of my initial telephone inquiry to delivery, the salesperson (Howard) was polite, efficient and made good on all his commitments. Had I been buying a brand new car at 4 times the cost, I could not have been better served. Last but not least, the quality of the end product is excellent.

Sadly, the venerable family owned and loved business has recently been sold. This means our community's respected and revered establishment will be moving to Eastbourne. It's new owners are Caffyns in Eastbourne. This has not been the happiest transition and was motivated by Honda International making more and more demands upon the business, setting possibly unrealistic sales targets, reducing net profits, and perhaps losing track of our British culture of community. It may not be publicly shared, but the family who built and ran the business for decades were the true beacons for Honda in East Sussex. They ran their business based upon honesty, integrity, commitment to the community and a lasting tradition of British pride. Geo Collins in Herstmonceux shall be truly missed!

Drew the sales assistant took us through every stage of the purchase with ease. He was helpful and made all run smoothly. I chose to buy another Jazz, and am very happy with my choice. Sorry I couldn’t get the colour I wanted but the grey is very attractive. Driving is comfortable and responsive, and I am gradually getting used to the latest developments and gadgetry. I am very grateful to Honda for their generous discounts, and thought David Fletcher’s knowledge and advice about the car was excellent. He made the purchase smooth and easy, and I am very grateful to him. Thank you Honda.

Real nice staff here, I quite often pop in for small issues or worries and they always look into it asap. And if it's nothing (fairly often), they will simply put my mind at ease send me on my way no charge. If they do find a problem they get the car booked in right away and get it done! I always come here for MOT and Service, part prices may be higher than other general garages but here I always leave with peace of mind and have yet to be be let down. (I've had bad experiences with bodywork repairs from other garages, so now I only go Honda as I know they are fitting decent quality parts!) Comfy waiting area, tv, magazines, high tech coffee machine.. nice atmosphere to chill out while they sort out your car. But yea the staff are what make it, always so helpful and direct. They make everything easy. Reccomended.

I don't often write reviews online but thought this place was worthy of one.Wanted to p/ex my Honda for something slightly newer.Having driven around sixty miles to get to the garage was immediately met by sales exec David who offered us tea/coffee.Having gone through my needs & expectations & a test drive of the car I was interested in our deal was sorted within minutes with no pressure felt whatsoever (and no I am not a Honda employee!!!).I would like to say thank you to David for making the transaction so easy & would have no hesitation in dealing with this garage again.🙂
