He even picked me up from my place for the test drive, which was a lifesaver, and helped me sort out the finance with no bother at all. I recently purchased a new Honda e:Ny1 electric vehicle from Yeomans at Bognor. This is my first EV and so far I’ve been delighted with it. Oliver in the sales team was very patient with me and helpful when I was discussing EVs and my range anxieties before finalising the order. He took the time to show me the various apps available to plan recharging the car should I go on long distance journeys, whilst supplying me with excellent cups of coffee. On the day of the vehicle pick up Oliver took the time to throughly go through all the features of the vehicle and helped me set it up to my liking. I certainly felt like a valued customer.

Looking for a second hand car that suited our needs and settled on the CR-V model. There was one we liked in the Yeomans Honda Bognor branch and from the moment we asked about it, to when the purchase went through we were well looked after by this garage and in particular Vadim who made sure all was processed without issue. Will definitely be back when we are next looking for another car.

I recently purchased a used CRV and the whole process was really easy and straight forward. I had an hour long unaccompanied test drive and I got a decent part exchange price for my Civic Vadim, who sold me my car is a really nice guy and there was no high pressure sales approach. Outstanding service from Yeomans Honda, Ashley and his team went above and beyond I cannot thank Yeomans Honda enough, especially Ashley, the manager, who was nothing but supportive, understanding, and incredibly informative during a very stressful situation for me and my family. After dealing with Hendy Honda, who charged me £261 for a false diagnostic report and completely failed to identify a warrantable fault on my car, I was left stressed, misled, and frustrated. Hendy told me there was nothing covered under warranty, when in fact there was, something Yeomans Honda later proved. Ashley took the time to listen, fully understood the stress Hendy had caused, and immediately stepped in to help. He and his team went above and beyond what I ever expected. Yeomans Honda even arranged for Nigel to travel over an hour and a half to collect my car and bring it back to the dealership, a level of care you just don’t see often. Once the car was back, Yeomans carried out a proper and thorough diagnostic check, where they correctly identified the rear brake caliper as a warrantable item, which Hendy had completely missed. This was repaired under my 12-month warranty, exactly as it should have been. What truly blew me away was their kindness and professionalism. Understanding everything I’d been through, Ashley and his team went even further as a goodwill gesture and also replaced my rear brake discs and brake pads, something they didn’t have to do. To top it all off, Nigel personally drove the car back to me the very next day, and in record time, making the whole experience as stress-free as possible. The car is now working perfectly, and I’m very relieved to say that I have now also received my refund from Hendy Honda. The care, honesty, and support I received from Yeomans Honda was outstanding. Ashley and his team genuinely looked after both me and my car, and I cannot sincerely thank them enough for the overwhelming support. We absolutely cannot fault the attention and courteous customer service provided by Oliver at Honda Bognor Regis and the support from the rest of the team. You will not find better customer service and they are a credit to the motor industry. It was a pleasurable experience, nothing was to much trouble, we cannot recommend them highly enough. The vehicle we purchase wasn’t the most expensive and not even a Honda!

My little Honda Jazz passed away after 19 years of happy motoring. I wanted to replace it so I went to Yeomans Honda Bognor Regis to view the latest Jazz. There was no pressure by the salesmen who were quite willing to answer any questions that I had. I returned to the showroom to place an order and was served/helped by Vad. Although he had only been with the company for a couple of weeks he was extremely helpful and, anything that he wasn't sure of, he made sure that the information was correct that he was giving me (along with the welcome coffee). On Saturday 30th August i picked up my car purchased from Yeoman's Honda Bogner Regis.Not only was the car spotless and showroom ready the staff had filled up the tank half full so you didn't have to worry that you might run out down the road. The paper work was straight forward and easy to navigate. Coffee was supplied and a lovely bunch of flowers was such a great touch. Great experience purchasing our Honda Civic. Vad was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy with the car. I recently bought a Honda Jazz from Yeomans in Bognor. Everything was dealt with remotely via the internet and over the phone. I can't think of the right words to describe how wonderfully helpful all the staff at this branch of Honda have been. Although my insurance claim should have been quite straightford - no-one was hurt the person who hit my car owned up immediately that it was his fault and gave me all his details while still on the scene. However trying to fill in all the necessary forms in the right order was quite beyond me to complete. I would like particularly to mention Robin Brogan who more than once came to my house to help me and finally with the assistance of my son all was done and I am now the very happy owner of an almost brand new Honda Jazz since last Friday 31st May already half-full of petrol and a new tyre. I have driven it several times since but am waiting for parking sensors to be fitted - hopefully next Friday - before I shall venture further afield. What more can I possibly say? Friendly enough just a little pushy when it comes to selling the car. Took car in with an issue and felt like I was given no alternative but to either spend 16k on a repair or buy another car. A lot of used cars are over priced, which is unfortunate as they may of had my custom if they were more flexible with their prices.

I have just had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Yeomans Bognor regis. The salesman was Chris Waddington. He was polite, friendly and did not put me under any pressure to buy. The car is a Skoda Kodiaq which is perfect for what I need with my family and grand children. It was nice to be able to view the car and test drive it without pressure. Along with the car, I was given a 12 month warranty, a years breakdown assistance and and just under half a tank of petrol. I was also given a bouquet of flowers. Thanks to the Service Department for the repair to my Honda Civic today, I'm pleased to say that they are just as great as the Sales Team who sold me my car! We picked up our new Honda hybrid CRV in December 2020 and were completely bowled over by the service we received and now, even after 4 months, the car itself keeps impressing us more and more too. Manager, James, was more than happy for our prolonged research approach to buying a car. We were delighted that we had an honest and open experience finding the answers to our questions and having new information fully explained. We were fed up with other garages’ glitzy sales people sparkling their pushy way through sales with ‘sort of the truth’. James was absolutely fantastic; professional, clear, open, transparent and respectful of us as the customer- just what we wanted. After a few months and several test drives, the car was ordered. The car itself has been fantastic. We’d already had a Honda FRV for 14 years and were very satisfied with the Honda brand and what it offers. The new CRV ( it had to be a hybrid for environmental reasons) has exceeded our expectations. Fuel efficiency, functionality, spaciousness, comfort, vision and, of course, much much more. It’s brilliant and should top the petrol hybrid ratings in our opinion. Driving a petrol hybrid is definitely a different take on the driving experience for newcomers like us, but I quite like optimising the battery stores by adjusting how I drive/brake. If I want oomph, sports mode is great, even if it’s for nipping on to a busy roundabout or accelerating on a motorway or whilst overtaking. The sound of the engine when driving at speed is unusual to a hybrid-newbie as is the quietness of the car pulling away and driving from a standstill. Great buying experience- even in a pandemic and special thanks to James who was exemplary!

A recent purchase carried out under covid restrictions was carried out cheerfully, politely and professionally. All staff were well informed and able to answer questions in great detail. Telephones were answered promptly. This standard of service has been maintained over all the years I have dealt with them and I recommend them with no reservations.

We bought a used Honda Civic Tourer recently, and the customer service levels of both sales and after sales staff of Yeoman's Honda Bognor Regis was excellent. Chris Waddington was super helpful, and sourced the car we wanted to test drive quickly and efficiently. The whole process was effortless and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. (Also Honda make great cars; we're delighted with our new car and our previous car was a Honda and was 18 years old with no significant expense needed along the way!)

Our experience with the Yeomans Honda garage at Bognor Regis was very positive. We were impressed with how the garage honoured their word and held the car until we were able to view and test drive after lockdown. Even though the staff were furloughed they took the time to respond to my emails and keep me updated. When we arrived at the garage we were impressed with the set up to conform with Covid regulations; from the one way system through the showroom, hand sanitising gel, masks available, screens in the office and a basket of complementary pens. James greeted us with the utmost professionalism, even apologising that he couldn’t shake our hands or offer us a drink. I was impressed with James’ expert knowledge about the vehicle and how he took time to guide us through the paperwork. When he showed us round the vehicle, he allowed us time to ask questions and told us about the history of the vehicle and the previous owner. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase the vehicle and we were given sufficient time to test drive the vehicle. Overall all the staff were polite, courteous and extremely professional. Recently bought a late-model CR-V here, from the most excellent Richard Carpenter. Purchase process was a little convoluted, since was after a precise spec, which needed to be found, bought in, then undergo the Honda Approved process - however experience was uniformly pleasurable. This is my 6th Honda purchased from Yeomans Honda Bognor Regis .I can say hand on heart that on every single occasion we have been treated with the upmost patience and unrivalled friendly advice. When ever I have returned with a minor query nothing has been too much trouble. The sales people and the service department are always so helpful no matter how long after you have made your purchase .. Would I recommend them YES 100 % .

I can't express just how grateful we are to the wonderful service team at Yeoman Honda, Bognor Regis. The driver’s seat adjustment lever in my wives Jazz had broken, we took the car to Brighton Honda whom asked for £1000 (£760 seat £240 for fitting) to replace the entire seat, with no attempt to find a cheaper repair solution. After some digging, I found there was a part available, after discussing this with Yeoman's Bognor service team, they kindly arranged a repair slot, then sourced and fitted the part within an hour for just £94. Did not bother driving down 2 hours to this Honda Dealership. All their crewe were very professional & smartly dressed in every way. The dealership was clean & organised. Thank you to Adam & James for making my 1st Honda experience a Great one. Will definitely come back to this dealership for more Hondas in the future. Everyone was extremely helpful and did not pressure us to make a decision immediately, they let us take our time to decide and make the right decision. I can’t praise the staff at Yeomans’s Honda Bognor strongly enough, their help in understanding the complicated method of financing, then the ordering and finally the handover of the new car, was the best I have ever had, having bought 7 Honda CRV’s in total previously, from other dealers, this was definitely the best experience ever. To prove the point I drove 30+ miles past my local dealer to get to Yeomans’s Honda at Bognor, and would highly recommend them.

Amazing service yet again from the guys at Honda this is our second Honda Jazz and loving it. The guys at Bognor can not be faulted from start to finish from the time when we came in for a 'quick' look round to when we decided to make the new purchase. I cannot fault anything about this garage. The service team have looked after me for years now after finding a fault another Honda garage couldn't. They helped me through what had been a very stressful 8 months of troubles surrounding the previous garage. They are helpful, friendly and always give an honest opinion or advice. I cannot recommend them enough. I trust them completely to look after my car. Have just taken a Type R out for a test drive and it was brilliant. No hard selling techniques were used, no pressure was put on us to make a decision. The whole process was excellent.

Recently bought my first car, a Honda Civic 2015 from Richard at Yeomans Bognor. From the first meeting, test drive and to picking up the keys the service was excellent! Richard was great throughout as was some initial after purchase support from their service department! Cannot recommend them enough!

I called in to browse on a grey Saturday afternoon, it might of been a Sunday,but a keen young senior sales executive ventured out of his nice warm showroom to enquire if we needed any assistance, my wife was accompanying me, We were lured into the showroom. Richard Carpenter was his name this keen and eager to please young executive and after being thoroughly quizzed about our requirements he laid his plans. I won't bore you with the details of our living accommodation problems at the time but we were not able to execute a purchase for personal reasons. This didn't in anyway deter Richard from trying to separate us from a considerable amount of pounds sterling and we are pleased to say, apart from there being no sunroof, we now have a tidy blue Honda Civic in our possession and were able to pass the old Mondeo into the care and keeping of YeomanHonda quite painlessly. The basic message here is if you need some thing to do on a rainy day drop in and see Mr Carpenter a fine young man and ultimately professional.

We have just purchased a used Jazz from Yeomans, Bognor Regis and, so far, couldn’t be more impressed with the level of customer service received from the sales team in the person of Chris Waddington who was immaculately presented and courteous in his manner. From start to finish, he gave us full confidence in our purchase and the sale was processed in a relaxed but orderly and efficient way. We felt like customers buying a brand new model. The whole transaction was smooth and stress-free and we were introduced to the Service Manager in reference to after-sales care of the vehicle before we left. We even bumped into the previous owner which aptly demonstrated the provenance of a local car, well known to the dealer. The bouquet presented on leaving was an added thoughtful touch and much appreciated. All in all, if the car performs as well as we expect, we would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer to anyone in search of a used or new Honda. Sadly, as a postscript to this glowing review, we would have to knock off a mark for a missed step in the process which means that we will now have to undertake a100-mile round trip so that car can be given its promised one year’s MOT. Aside from this minor blemish, however, we remain very impressed with our purchase and the way in which we have been treated by this dealer.

I can't fault the experience of buying a car From Bognor Yeoman Adam was the salesman that I dealt with, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. This is the second car that I have had from Bognor Yeoman and would definitely return if I needed another car. I would recommend them to anyone

The Yeomans offer to the customers was a bit of a sprat, my requirement regarding a new car was for a CR-V with automatic gearbox and top spec, most of this was achieved, but the exterior colour I ended up with was not my first choice, hence four stars, the interior leather change was a joint effort betwixt the salesman Adam and myself which I am pleased with. The car at the moment has done less than 200 miles, the transmission is smooth and mpg should improve.

I am well pleased with Yeomans Honda. I have recently bought my second Honda from them. The staff are always very helpful, friendly and cheerful. In addition, the various Honda schemes Yeomans Honda offer are of great value and useful. My past two Hondas have been serviced at Yeomans Honda over 5 years and I have always been very satisfied with their high maintenance skills, organisation and fetching/collecting my vehicle from my home. I have, and will continue to, highly recommend Yeomans Honda, Chichester. Nothing is too much trouble and they are extremely accommodating!
