My experience of purchasing a new Honda Prelude Advance from Yeomans in Guildford was absolutely faultless. From start to finish at every step of the way I was guided with great courtesy and patience by Martin Pearson. A really excellent salesman. Very knowledgeable and experienced but not at all pushy. I couldn't have asked for more from a dealer. A thoroughly pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Yeomans Guilford if called upon in the future.

I have not purchased a car from this dealership, but my previous car has been serviced by Yeomans Guildford a number of times. It also had some warranty work undertaken. I am not local and drove 1hr to use them, and would continue to use them should I buy another Honda as the service experience was always good.

We have been Honda customers for the last ten years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! We have just changed our Honda Jazz to the Honda CR-V and had the pleasure of dealing with Martin. His knowledge of the car was fantastic and he took so much time looking at different cars for us and what our options would be. Honestly the man has the patience of a Saint! Customer service, attention to detail and great listening skills go a long way and Martin delivered on all of those areas. We would highly recommend Honda and especially Martin!

We have never bought a Honda. We’ve always had Lexus and Mercedes. Sherine made a difference in making us change. I truly hope Honda appreciate the talent they have. Genuinely the best experience I've had at a garage. My experience with all Yeomans Honda have been very good, but the Guildford branch is top notch. Went in to get major work done on my Civic, it was all done well and on time. Service team were very nice, informative, and helpful. They are not just trying to get paid and get you out the door; they really try to help you and make sure you're set. For example, I was in to get my wet belt replaced, but I mentioned the AC wasn't working particularly well; they took a look at the air conditioning and did a quick fix for me for free just because they wanted to be kind. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Yeomans happened to have the best Honda E that my son could find online, we had easy conversations over the phone sorting the PCP, Martin was very helpful, even sending a short video of the car ahead of our visit to collect it. As we had a 3 hour trip wanted a fast turnaround and he had most of the paper done in advance so it was all done very quickly - thanks Martin!

Gabriel dealt with the hand over of my Honda E today. He was professional, polite, attentive and very friendly. The hand over was very easy and he made it feel very hassle free. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough. Any questions we had he was able to answer and when we asked for tyre pressures to be checked as I had over a hundred mile journey home, he was more than accommodating and ensured it was done promptly. We bought a second hand Honda HR-V from Honda Guildford. The whole experience was seamless and we were treated very professionally by Sherine who is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Their part exchange offer was generous and the cosmetic paintwork repairs were carried out as promised before collection. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Bought a used Crv ex from martin at Yeomans from initial enquiry to collection the service provided was 1st class no hard sell just factual at a relaxed pace , vehicle needed some minor cosmetic attention before collection, this was noted down at order and EVERYTHING had been rectified on collection even fuel to get me home so no stress finding a fuel station, all members of staff were friendly and plenty of coffee on hand when requested, part exchange valuation was also great,took out the hassle of selling privately a fair offer made and deal done. I have owned several Honda Jazz cars since 2002 and with my recent one, with which I had accumulated 159,000 trouble free miles, I decided it was time to buy another one. I’ve recently exchanged my Jazz for a newer model and would very highly recommend the service I received from Richard. All communication was prompt and helpful. Very good customer service, no ‘hard sell’ and this made the process straight forward and hassle free for me. I’ve used my local Honda dealership since 2005 and was wary of going elsewhere and although I’m hoping to keep this car for several years I will definitely go back to them.

Visited Yeomans after seeing a 2022 Civic online. Called in on the off chance that a test drive was available and met Gary Fenwick who was absolutely superb. He ran through the options available to us and we booked in a test drive for the next day. On arrival we were met with a smile, a handshake and a coffee. The car that had been prepared wasn't the one we were looking at originally but as it drives the same we agreed to drive that one. We were very impressed at being offered either a short test drive or an extended one bringing the car back after Gary's next appointment - excellent customer service! After driving the car we returned it to Gary who wasn't pushy at all. We were able to talk through all the options and ultimately purchased the newer model! Such a great experience from start to finish! Would recommend Yeomans and Gary without hesitation. Lastly, had a small issue with our Jazz, which Gary also arranged to sort out for us!

Recently purchased my 3rd Civic Type R from Yeomans Guildford, with Gary Fenwick being my point of contact for the process as usual. The car was not at the site when I initially enquired, but, Gary arranged for the car to be made available to me after a few days. The car was very well prepared before I completed the purchase and handover was first class as always. I felt I received a fair price for the Type R I traded in and Gary treats you more as a friend than a customer, giving valuable advice and support during the whole process and does not pressure sell. I have had a number of dealings with the various departments of Yeomans Honda and they always provide a very high level of customer service, usual going that extra mile if required. From my dealings, I would highly recommend Honda Guildford.

I went to Guildford Honda - Yeomans after poor service from another Honda dealer. Upon arrival I was met by a new member of the team Lewis who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I changed my mind about the car and fancied another it was no trouble at all. Gary helped with the financial bit and was so helpful, no pressure at all to add bits on you don’t fancy. I placed a deposit on the day I saw the car, traded in mine for a great price, paperwork all sorted and collected the car two days later. My Auntie had previously purchased a Honda HR-V From Sherine at yeoman's Honda Guildford, my Auntie said you won't find better than them they will get you the car you want and you will be looked after. So my Auntie called Sherine and we arranged a day to go and have a look. On arrival we was met by Sherine i said i had seen a HR-V on there website, Sherine looked it up for me and it was at another Honda branch, so I decided to test drive the Honda CR-V and Honda HR-V as i was in two minds as to what i wanted, after test driving both i decided that the HR-V was the one for me. So Sherine got straight on the phone to the other branch and asked for it to be delivered to the Guildford branch for me and to take it off sale. Sherine kept in contact with me letting me know when the car would arrive. When I turned up to see the car it had a lot more extras on it, the price was good and i was totally in love with this car, i took it out for a drive, got back to the showroom and said yes please, i part exchanged my BMW the transaction was smooth, Sherine was great explained everything,did my car tax for me, there was no hard sales speech, Sherine was warm friendly and professional, i would highly recommend Sherine and will definitely be back in the future for my next car. 24/11/2023 Following a lengthy search for the car of my choice (a used Honda CR-V Hybrid), I happened upon Yeoman’s Ltd in Guildford, a Honda specialist dealer. We undertook a visit down there, from our hometown of Bedford, to view a vehicle of interest. As the vehicle did not quite meet our expectations, we turned to our salesman Gary and enquired about a suitable alternative. Gary, who had understood our requirements by now escorted us to a superb model which ticked all the boxes and arranged there and then to let us test drive the vehicle. We were impressed, and although it meant paying a bit extra for this used top of the range model, we signed up for it and arranged for collection the following week. Upon our return for collection the handover went extremely smoothly as Gary had flowed the paperwork well. Now as the new owners of the vehicle Gary took us out for formal instruction on how to use the most applicable functions on the vehicle. Gary was extremely thorough and helpful. He phoned us a few days later to see if we had need of any assistance and offered to support us with advice in the future. All in all, an outstanding experience and first-class service. Thank You. Bought an approved used Civic EX from Gary. Test driving was very easy with no pressure. After purchasing I had 2 very small issues which Gary got resolved seamlessly. My relatives arrived before me when I went to pick up the new car and they were given hot drinks whilst they waited for me which I appreciated. They also printed my personalised number plate ready for when I changed the reg over. I've been very happy with the car and it is extremely comfortable as well as very economical! (62mpg)

HONDA JAZZ 1.4 i-VTEC (2009) - YEOMANS HONDA Due to a recent traffic accident in which our insurance company declared my mother's car to be a total loss she was left without transport. Being her son I felt obliged to help her find a suitable replacement and spent several weeks searching for a make and model that matched her needs. After numerous visits to car dealerships and private sellers to look at prospective vehicles, I had no joy and came away feeling disheartened and disappointed. I got to the point that I was so frustrated attempting to find a quality used car I almost gave up. In a last ditch attempt I decided to try Yeomans Honda in Guildford as I'd used them in the past for servicing and parts for my own vehicle (Civic SE i-CTDI). As luck would have it, a client had recently traded in a Honda Jazz 1.4 i-VTEC (2009) and one of the sales executives said I was welcome to look around the car and take it out for a spin. Upon closer inspection the car appeared to be in superb condition considering its year and the interior was immaculate. I took up her kind offer and took the car out on the road and put it through its paces. There were no strange rattles or signs of abnormalities, the car accelerated and handled perfectly. Gear changes were seamless and precise with no evidence of clunkiness. It was obvious this car was well cared for during its life by the previous owner. Subsequently I informed my mother that I had found the perfect car that would be an excellent choice as it ticked all the right boxes. Knowing her son was a loyal Honda advocate with a background in aircraft, car and motorcycle maintenance she trusted my judgement so she decided to buy it. Sherine Adams the Sales Executive who dealt with the purchase ensured the car sale ran smoothly and the process was as pain free as possible.The car was was well presented when we arrived to collect it. With a years guarantee, fresh MOT and full service we were confident we had made the right choice. The deal also included a full year of breakdown cover with the AA which was also a welcome addition. Having had the car in her possession for a few days now, my mother's confidence has grown and she's able to drive, manoeuvre and park the Honda Jazz unaided which is welcome news and a huge relief to the rest of the family! Recently purchased a Honda civic SR and dealt with Gary. Always wanted a civic so when presented with this one i was very excited. Initially the car was reserved for someone else but Gary took the time to find me another one which was similar and matched the price. Luckily the other customer changed their mind so i managed to get this gorgeous car. I live in Edinburgh so was unable to come view or test drive the car so he sent me a detailed video of the car before making my decision. I got a great deal and was really happy with my choice. The full process was quick and Gary made it all very easy from 400+ miles away. My car was fully checked and serviced before collection and any further action needed was dealt with in time for my arrival. Gary co-ordinated with me for when I was going to come down to collect and was kind enough to come pick me up from the train station to head to the dealership after a long journey down. The dealership itself was clean and tidy and my car was waiting for me outside. Gary took the time to go over all of the paperwork with me and ensured all the T&Cs were covered and also went through controls and features of the car before i set off so i was at ease before my long drive home. I felt very welcomed and at ease considering how far I was from home. Gary also drove me to the post office to tax my car and filled up my tank which was such a kind gesture. After a long day of trooping around various car dealerships looking for the right car for us, we arrived in Yeomans at about 5pm, jaded and dissolusioned. We were greeted by Sharmaine who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to explain what money bought what features, what the fuel efficiency was, what cars fell in our budget and what we would get if we spent more or less. She was the first salesperson that we met all day who actually seemed to know her stuff, and was happy to share that knowledge. She was super helpful and took us out on a short test drive, in spite of the fact she was due to finish for the day. We ended up buying from her, as she inspired our confidence (and the car seems great too) . She was really helpful and professional throughout.

Richard has been fantastic through all the sales process, very kind and knowledgeable and honest. Help me with all my queries, answer all questions with patience and call with all updates so I stayed informed throughout the whole process. We had an issue with our car while driving on a long journey, on the complete off-chance we called Yeomans Guildford in case they could help at all as they were the nearest Honda dealer. They were more than happy to accommodate us at short notice, got the car sorted and we were back on the road an hour later, and they didn't even charge us for their time and effort! Very grateful for the friendly and helpful service.

Not often I get treated so well I want to leave a really positive review, but in this case I was treated exceptionally well by Yeomans Honda Guildford. I was treated like a real human being, my sales person was Sherine Adams. She has a wicked sense of humour, treats you with respect,was a joy to deal with, and in my 4 or 5 visits there, no one in the entire dealership has failed to do exactly what they told me they were going to do, and in the time frame they told me, although in fact I was somewhat chuffed when my new Civic turned up about a week and a half earlier than expected. I got an extremely good deal on my part exchange, probably FAR too good to advertise on here...... I got a full tank to drive off with and some new rubber mats, a proper handover, and encouraged to ask any questions I might have had. This is the 2nd Honda Civic I have bought from Yeomans Honda Guildford, and will DEFINITELY BE BACK when it comes time to replace my car. I know this all sounds too good to be true but I am a genuine customer, and not being paid to say nice things about them, oh and the hot chocolate is really nice too, if you're waiting. Aftercare CUSTOMER SERVICE ☆☆☆☆☆ After recently deciding / researching to upgrade to a newer more economical car I purchased a 20 reg Honda Civic i-DTEC Diesel EX, Great (True) Economy Car, Specification & Value for Money. 525-575 miles per 40 Litres of Fuel, Real Tested 60-65 mpg avg. The vehicle wasn't purchased from Yeomans Guildford as they didn't have one available at the time unfortunately. However, as per usual I travelled quarter of the country to purchase one with 1.5 Years of Manufacturers Warranty left. After owning the vehicle for a few months I noticed a few minor issues with it and one quite major, the Stop Start sytem did not function. The vehicle was coming up for its 2nd year service so I thought I would get it all looked at, at the same time. I phoned a few dealers near and some further afield. However, after a number of calls later. My first interaction with Yeomans Honda Guildford Service was with Graham, The Aftersales Manager, A very knowledgeable and customer focussed person, which thankfully is the ethos employed across all aspects of the service here @Yeomans Guildford. Initially, this was over the phone, had a chat about my vehicle and he quoted, booked it in for a 2nd Year Service & Investigation. After a few months the vehicle went in for its 2nd Service and Investigation. Upon arrival I met Steven, Steve Front of House Service Manager, a Extremely Helpful and Customer Focussed member of Staff who I continued to have the pleasure of dealing with throughout my Service Experience. My vehicles service was all completed as stated and slightly under the quoted price given, which is always nice too 😊. The main vehicle Battery had been replaced under warranty however due to time restrictions they did state it may not fix the problem, however if I had any further issues, Steve stated, do not hesitate to call him to re-book for further investigation, repair. After a few weeks of driving the vehicle it was clear this had not fixed the car and after another call to Steve this was re-booked in for another time at my convenience. Anyway, to cut a slightly longer story short, Daniel, Top Tech at the garage fixed the problem, more parts were needed all under warranty and my other few minor niggles, faults were also attended to with no bother aswell. AFTER SERVICE wise I CANNOT rate this Garage highly enough, the Sales side i'am yet to experience. I have NEVER rated Service at a garage 5 Stars ☆☆☆☆☆ and I've been to ALOT of Garages and Makes, Brands over the years. GRAHAM, STEVE, DANIEL and i'am quite sure others too, are ABSOLUTE assets to this Company, if other Vehicle / Garage Companies want to get their Aftercare Service upto scratch and actually retain customers, learn from these guys. Absolutely Superb 💯%. I'am very much looking forward to many years of enjoyable, reliable, economical Honda driving and Service from my Honda and YEOMANS HONDA GUILDFORD, VERY VERY WELL DONE 👏🤝☆☆☆☆☆

I bought a used Honda from Sherine at Yeomans Honda. She was extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. We had travelled around 150 miles to view it so were delighted when she offered us refreshments and an area for our young children to play. Sherine knew all the details relating to the vehicles history, servicing and replacement of parts. The whole process of buying the car was very good. I phoned for a service appointment on Tuesday for my CRV and Mark from service picked the car up on his way to work the next morning. The car was serviced and dropped back to my house that evening. Fully valeted like new.Ive never known service like that from any garage. Fantastic customer service and thanks to Mark for making it all so easy.

My daughter recently bought a used Mercedes from Yeomans and the whole experience was smooth and stress free. Richard provided us with all the information on the car before we travelled to look at it and even sent us an individual video to make sure we were happy with the condition of the car. A window seal needed replacing which they did and as an added bonus they replaced two tyres which were near to the limit. On handover everything was ready and the car was spotless, thanks again Richard my daughter loves her car!

Excellent customer service today from Gary Fenwick sales exec.. Above and beyond. Helpful, professional, and nothing too much trouble. From the first email contact and tel conversation with Yeomans Honda Guildford, to Gary's personal home delivery of my "new to me" car, the process has been exemplary. Due to injury and the distance involved I was unable to get to Guildford to view/test drive the used car I was after but it was every bit as good as the video showed, in fact exceeded my expectations, was competitively priced with a 12 month warranty, and I got a satisfactory part exchange deal. As an older female knowing nothing about cars I was treated with the kind of courtesy and respect I have found sadly lacking elsewhere. All my questions were answered fully, documentation supported what I'd been told over the phone, and there was no hard sell on anything. Don't give many reviews but was impressed by their demonstrated trustworthiness and wouldn't hesitate to use them again - especially highly recommend Gary Fenwick.

Fantastic service from a very friendly team. Allowed us to have a nice long test drive with our children to ensure they were happy as well . This is now the second car we have bought from them. Gary gave good advice about my particular requirements (tow bar fitting) and volunteered to arrange it for me. This was in stark contrast to the competition who it seemed couldn't be bothered with anything that is not a completely straightforward sale. Having had a negative experience with a London-based Honda dealer, I contacted Yeomans in the hope they'd address the issues I had with my 2017-model Civic. My first impressions were extremely positive when they booked my car in; offering a courtesy car while the work was completed. From the moment I walked into the showroom to the second I drove away, every member of the Yeomans team was friendly, helpful, and efficient. My Civic is now in a much better state mechanically (and they even cleaned it), and my faith in the Honda brand has been restored. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Yeomans Honda.

On arrival Richard gave us the car to sit inside to get a feel of it. We was able to put our child seats in the back so we could get an idea of space. Richard then took us on no rush test drive and then showed all the features of the car. All the car details, paperwork and service history was provided. After agreeing to purchase the car, I showed Richard a few niggles which he said would be looked at. On pickup Richard had all the paperwork ready and helped with the process of cancelling the current road tax and setting the new one up. The car was fully valeted and the niggles were also looked at. Richard had also purchased some petrol. All in all Richard made it a very calming and no rush purchase. Can’t fault the service at all. Thank you.

Don't get me wrong, the mechanics fixing the car and fitting parts, or checking are super fast and they do a beautiful job. Left with a feeling of "it's OK" because of the sales representative, who's job is to get you to buy their services. He's good at what he's doing. I've signed up for 4 years worth of.... Something. He kept talking about anything and everything, throwing loads of informational at me, sometimes not even relevant to my case (as he was talking about former clients, how many years he's been at the Honda company, how well the company cares for the clients) and by the time I've agreed to all the terms and conditions I've honestly forgot what I'm buying. But that's the sales person's job, isn't it? Weekly target met, I presume.

I purchased a 2009 Jazz from Yeomans Honda Guildford late last week, and the difference between this and a pushy local independent dealer was quite remarkable. The staff at Yeomans Honda were very friendly and curteous from beginning to end, with the salesperson I liased with, Richard, making the experience easy-going and relaxed. The car itself was clean and tight both inside and out, and I was even allowed to take the car for a slightly longer test-drive than initially planned. They kindly gave it a service and MOT before I picked it up, and Richard called back a few days later to make sure I was happy with it. I couldn't've asked for anything else with regards to customer service. An overall lovely dealership to visit.

I dealt with Richard Nash at Yeomans. I told him what I was looking for (i.e. an estate, low emission, sat nav, CD player) and he looked up what was around, got in for me to test drive, informed me about the car without hard sales which I find off putting, what I could and could not do etc. He sorted out my personalised number plate, getting the old number on my current vehicle, gave me decent price for my old car and then sorted out for my personal number plate to be put on my new vehicle once registration had come through. I felt I was dealt with very fairly in the business sense and treated very well in every other sense. The sales experience didn't quite have the gloss as when I've previously purchased other cars (Audi, VW) but I'm more then happy to trade off that superficial stuff to actually dealing with normal people. Having inherited a 1999 Rover 618 (which was Rover's makeover of the Honda Accord), I needed somewhere to get it checked over and serviced. Fortunately, I took it to Yeomans Honda near Guildford. From start to finish the experience was exceptional. I only wanted the rocker cover gasket replacing, but Nigel (an "old school" mechanic) gave the 618 a thorough check over. He didn't like some noises coming from the top end of the engine, so got my permission to dig deeper. ...and a good job he did! After several hours investigation, Nigel discovered that the lower timing belt cover had been fitted without an essential spacer washer, as well as omitting the weather seal. The result was that the cover was pressing on the cambelt and damaging both the cambelt and cover. If this hadn't been diagnosed, the cambelt would have broken and the engine severely damaged or destroyed!!! That's why I give Yeomans Honda 5-stars. They have mechanics who know their stuff and have the skills to spot a fault before it becomes a serious problem. A very BIG thank you to Nigel and Mark in Yeomans' service department, Rick
