DS Automobiles unveils its new flagship model, DS N°8. It features impeccable quality, a focus on absolute comfort and a WLTP combined range of up to 466 miles. It will be available in a choice of two or four-wheel drive with up to 350hp, and will be launched in the UK from mid-2025.
With an impressive range of up to 466 miles on a combined cycle and over 310 miles on the motorway, this next-generation large coupé SUV provides unrivalled performance and total driving enjoyment.Inside, every journey is transformed into a magical experience, powered by cutting-edge technology: fast charging that can go from 20 to 80% in just 28 minutes, optimal performance and exceptional sustainability. Its aerodynamic lines seem to cut through the air while the interior immerses you in an atmosphere of elegance and technology. An intelligent ecosystem complements DS N°8, with connected services, thermal preconditioning of the cockpit and battery if the car is charging and optimised regenerative braking.
Inside the cabin you will find the high-spec equipment and comfort levels you would expect from the upmarket DS brand. Choose a style to suit you from the range of five very different interior design styles, the DS Inspirations. Premium quality materials which add to the luxury feel of the cabin in the DS N°8 include Alcantara, Nappa leather and wood.
Five people can easily be accommodated, with plenty of legroom thanks to the larger wheelbase, and innovative design means that space in the cabin and boot is not compromised by your choice of engine. A handsome timepiece from BRM Chronographes creates a focal point on the dashboard, while the vehicle’s first-class acoustics have been developed in conjunction with Focal, to give you maximum enjoyment from your audio system.
Fitted with the DS IRIS SYSTEM, DS N°8 elevates the driving experience to a new level of interaction and connectivity. On the dashboard, the large 16-inch screen stands out through its slim and airy look, almost appearing to float in the cabin.
At the heart of a range of innovative connected services, DS IRIS SYSTEM includes advanced features such as real-time navigation, media management and dedicated apps, to combine comfort, safety and driving enjoyment.
This 14-speaker sound system, combined with a 690W amplifier, and strategic placement all around the vehicle, provides a Rich and enveloping soundstage for all occupants.
Co-developed with FOCAL, a renowned French manufacturer of high-fidelity audio equipment, the speakers are seamlessly integrated into the aluminium door trims, transforming the cabin into a high-quality, three-dimensional sound environment.
