Great customer service from Billy at Audi Truro. We arrived quite late in the afternoon, without prior notice, but were still given the opportunity to test drive our chosen Audi Q3. No sales pressure, just sensible, useful information to make an informed decision. We decided to make the purchase, and the car was available to collect just 2 days later. The car was in pristine condition. Billy gave , a clear explanation of the controls, and more importantly the softwareWe were very impressed.

Audi Truro has given exemplar service. The A3 purchased is a joy to drive. The handover was beyond great. Every detail about the car was explained and without doubt Ollie knew the ins and outs of the car, explaining all questions in clear plain language. The purchase and handover experience made it all a relaxing and enjoyable event. Audi Truro gets 5 stars.

I collected my Audi A6 yesterday from Yeomans Audi Truro , it was a 345 mile drive for me , but it was definitely worth it . Previously , my last three cars were purchased from car supermarkets and all left a bitter taste in my mouth . I received a fair part exchange for my car as well and the Audi A6 had been fairly priced up with a service , a one year M.O.T , a one year warranty plus four new Michelin tyres . From the beginning to the end the whole process was first class , they did exactly what I expected them to do in terms of customer service . This is how car dealers should operate , but too many people in the car business these days are dishonourable . Franchised car dealers have a reputation for being slightly expensive , they possibly were in my case , but to get this type of service , you have to pay more , but you also get more in return , in my book it was definitely worth it . Yeomans are not a big player compared to Sytner and Stratstone , but they just get it done correctly . Both Audi and Yeomans Audi are a great combination , plus you add into the mix the diligent salesmanRobin , who is a long time employee at Audi Trurosadly , due to the distances involved I am unable to have more work done in the future at Yeomans . I now have to deal with Sytner Audi , I am pretty sure Sytner will not be as focused as Yeomans are . I have been buying cars for 43 years , this deal was easily the most memorable , I never knew buying a car could be so enjoyable . If you want to buy a car from a dealership which has standards , you will not be disappointed in Yeomans Audi Truro . Call in and ask for Robinyou will not regret itAlso I would like to give a shout out to Audiyou have a great dealer tucked away in Cornwall , with amazing staffI hope you appreciate the efforts that they go to maintain the Audi brand imageBy the way , I have never given a car dealer review before , as I have never thought they deserved one .

Superb location with extremely nice and helpful staff. Been there for the first time for a service and gearbox oil change and the booking was done super easy over the phone. They offered me a courtesy car and the whole process was quick and on point. Follow up call was received in the next day to make sure I'm happy with everything and the car is running fine. Great experience overall, I would highly recommend them.

I have used Audi Truro servicing a couple of times now, and am very impressed with the amazing customer service they offer there. They are honest and open about what needs doing and charge very reasonably. The mechanic even did a video of what needed doing as a matter of course, and sent it to me, so I knew they weren’t just trying to make money out of me. I would definitely recommend Audi Truro. The staff are professional and friendly. They even wash your car before giving it back to you! Thank you to Audi Truro - you’re doing a great job that can’t be bettered, in my opinion.

Upon my return to Germany my first visit was to the Audi centre in my home town. A preliminary fault read-out showsLambda sensor 1 - too slowLambda sensor 2 - lean mixture (probably the reason more fuel than necessary was being consumedengine idle rough. How they had been able to extinguished the yellow warning icon in the display under these conditions is still a puzzle to be solved. Obviously no attempt had been made to define or rectify the condition. As soon a full diagnosis has been made and repaired I will be reporting this to AUDI. It could have ruined the cat.or even the engine!

Whilst in Cornwall I contacted Yeomans Audi having discovered our A4 Allroad had a broken rear coil spring. Jack answered my call and after a short conversation with the workshop was able to book the car in a few days hence and organise a loan car. The service his colleague Sam provided on the day of repairs was exemplary. The repair was completed under our extended warranty and our car was returned spotless. An all-round positive experience and, dare I say it, beating the customer service experience by a mile at our regular Audi dealership!

Billy White was excellent at guiding me through vehicle options and performance comparisons. He understood my requirements and my concerns and gave me a lot of useful information; he also ensured I had a thorough test drive of a vehicle that might have suited. On this occasion a purchase did not go ahead but I would contact him/Yeomans again in future
