Every detail about the car was explained and without doubt Ollie knew the ins and outs of the car, explaining all questions in clear plain language. I collected my Audi A6 yesterday from Yeomans Audi Truro , it was a 345 mile drive for me , but it was definitely worth it . Previously , my last three cars were purchased from car supermarkets and all left a bitter taste in my mouth . I received a fair part exchange for my car as well and the Audi A6 had been fairly priced up with a service , a one year M.O.T , a one year warranty plus four new Michelin tyres . From the beginning to the end the whole process was first class , they did exactly what I expected them to do in terms of customer service . This is how car dealers should operate , but too many people in the car business these days are dishonourable . Franchised car dealers have a reputation for being slightly expensive , they possibly were in my case , but to get this type of service , you have to pay more , but you also get more in return , in my book it was definitely worth it . Yeomans are not a big player compared to Sytner and Stratstone , but they just get it done correctly . Both Audi and Yeomans Audi are a great combination , plus you add into the mix the diligent salesman Robin , who is a long time employee at Audi Truro ...... sadly , due to the distances involved I am unable to have more work done in the future at Yeomans . I now have to deal with Sytner Audi , I am pretty sure Sytner will not be as focused as Yeomans are . I have been buying cars for 43 years , this deal was easily the most memorable , I never knew buying a car could be so enjoyable . If you want to buy a car from a dealership which has standards , you will not be disappointed in Yeomans Audi Truro . Call in and ask for Robin ...... you will not regret it . Also I would like to give a shout out to Audi .......... you have a great dealer tucked away in Cornwall , with amazing staff ...... I hope you appreciate the efforts that they go to maintain the Audi brand image . By the way , I have never given a car dealer review before , as I have never thought they deserved one .

Superb location with extremely nice and helpful staff. Been there for the first time for a service and gearbox oil change and the booking was done super easy over the phone. They offered me a courtesy car and the whole process was quick and on point. Follow up call was received in the next day to make sure I'm happy with everything and the car is running fine. Great experience overall, I would highly recommend them.

I have used Audi Truro servicing a couple of times now, and am very impressed with the amazing customer service they offer there. They are honest and open about what needs doing and charge very reasonably. The mechanic even did a video of what needed doing as a matter of course, and sent it to me, so I knew they weren’t just trying to make money out of me. I would definitely recommend Audi Truro. The staff are professional and friendly. They even wash your car before giving it back to you! Thank you to Audi Truro - you’re doing a great job that can’t be bettered, in my opinion.

I wanted to share my experience with Truro Audi. This is by far one of the best car dealerships I’ve come across. Over from Germany on holiday with Q3 in StMawes…..yellow warning engine icon lights….Yeomans diagnosed…..reset software…….problem solved….sent me on my way……..“free-of-charge“…..that’s service….DANKESCHÖN……..AT LEAST I THOUGHT!!!. I wondered about the still very high fuel consumption up from around 6.5 to around 10.5 l/100km. Upon my return to Germany my first visit was to the Audi centre in my home town. A preliminary fault read-out shows……Lambda sensor 1 - too slow:….Lambda sensor 2 - lean mixture (probably the reason more fuel than necessary was being consumed):……. engine idle rough. How they had been able to extinguished the yellow warning icon in the display under these conditions is still a puzzle to be solved. Obviously no attempt had been made to define or rectify the condition. As soon a full diagnosis has been made and repaired I will be reporting this to AUDI. It could have ruined the cat.or even the engine!

Whilst in Cornwall I contacted Yeomans Audi having discovered our A4 Allroad had a broken rear coil spring. Jack answered my call and after a short conversation with the workshop was able to book the car in a few days hence and organise a loan car. The service his colleague Sam provided on the day of repairs was exemplary. The repair was completed under our extended warranty and our car was returned spotless. An all-round positive experience and, dare I say it, beating the customer service experience by a mile at our regular Audi dealership!

Billy White was excellent at guiding me through vehicle options and performance comparisons. He understood my requirements and my concerns and gave me a lot of useful information; he also ensured I had a thorough test drive of a vehicle that might have suited. On this occasion a purchase did not go ahead but I would contact him/Yeomans again in future

Recently bought an A4 took it in to yeomans for a gearbox service and asked them to check the underneath as I'd just bought the car. They did the gearbox service but also did a vehicle inspection and sent me a video of the underneath. Brilliant service can't recommend this place enough. Highly satisfied.

Very impressed, we went into Audi this morning for an airbag recall. Ross was very efficient and professional, we had a lovely coffee whilst waiting and the work was carried out promptly, they even washed our car (which is a bit old!!) we were very pleased with the service and would recommend! I recently bought an approved used q3 from Truro Audi. The car itself is good, smooth ride and comfort for both driver and passengers. However, given I live very far from Truro, I did not have a chance to view the car before buying. The car came with obvious stone chips across the bonnet and in part of the bumper. After some back and forth, the problem was solved which I drove to a partner dealer to fix it. The communication was okay but this should not happen when buying an approved used car, including the whole communication, spending my own time and effort to fix what should have been fixed before delivery. I wouldn't have bought from distance without seeing, if it's not from an audi dealer. So it's a bit disappointed.

Everything was perfect on each level of the service starting from email questions, then booking appointment by the phone and with the service provided at Yeomans when I left my car. When I arrived at Tresillian Sam Price was really friendly and helpful and the same when I collected my car on the next day! High quality customer service!!! Very good experience here, was booked in a while ago to calibrate adaptive cruise control and sort key fobs, had a courtesy car also. Turned out ACC was working fine, car cleaned inside and out, key fobs sorted and no charge! We have enough bad experiences these days, its nice to commend the good ones.

I have recently purchased a used audi from Truro audi and I cannot recommend their services more. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable especially Alex. Fantastic service. I travelled over 200 miles to pick up my first Audi S3. Plus side to travelling distance you certainly test the car travelling home😃 what a car!! Ollie my salesman was fantastic from start to finish. Every phone call was answered with really nice friendly people on the other end. Even on handover day the main branch manager comes out to meet you. I believe this customer service is so important , So many other garages sadly don’t do this. I would certainly buy again from them. Once again excellent service and wonderful experience collecting our new car. Ben gave a clear and detailed demo and set up of the My Audi app. We have had a long wait for our S3 which was outside Ben's control however he has kept us in the loop giving regular updates. Having just bought a very nice approved used A5 SportBack. A very easy to deal with experience. With very good communication and high levels of experience and knowledge from the staff involved. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the limited methods of payment. As digital bank transfers are the only way to pay from what I gather. When really we should be able to pay using a card within the Audi showroom. As many bank accounts are limited to £25k per day payments. Where as paying by card on the premises. Would cut back on the time wasting hassle for both buyer and seller. But, staff were great and a very worthwhile purchase.

First Class experience from all involved at Truro Audi buying an Audi approved TTS for my wife Lorna. In particular Ross May, Ben Pittock and Pete Knabbs. Customer Care was faultless, delivered exactly as planned to our home in North Somerset by Andrew. I like to do a deal and it was a shame Pete wasn't prepared to negotiate the price, but to be fair the price was fine and we have 2 year warranty! So far the car appears to be excellent and as described, and demontrates exacty how an Approved Audi should be presented and I'm very particular (AKA fussy!). Well done Truro Audi! 10/10

I own a VW Passat GTE and just prior to me leaving for a holiday in Cornwall noticed that a fuse had blown which covers the 12v charging sockets in the car cabin plus boot - an inconvenience as it meant that mobile phones and other equipment couldn't be charged on the go. On the way back to Truro from a daytrip I popped into Truro Audi for assistance. Despite it being 16:20hrs on a Friday and with no appointment booked, the people at Truro Audi went out of their way to fit a replacement fuse which took about 20 or so minutes whilst I waited. Issue resolved and with no charge! Absolutely first-class service which exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful and cannot praise Truro Audi enough!

I cannot fault this garage, 10/10 all the way through. I bought a used A6 avant as a long distance sale, Steve kept me informed, regular updated and made me feel at ease all the way through. The car was in impeccable condition on collection, it might as well have been new! Although the car was absolutely stunning, what made the nearly 7 hour trip each way worth it was the faultless customer service, that alone was worth the trip. I have just bought a used white Audi A3 Saloon S Line from Truro Audi. I have got to say that it is the best experience I have ever had trading in my previous car and buying an approved used car. I came away from the dealership feeling that I had done the right thing. Most times when I have traded in my cars I have come away asking myself if I have done the right thing, did I get a good deal, that salesman was a bit condescending. The usual thoughts that everyone goes through but not this time. A very friendly dealer, clearly a business but not pushy. Mr Pittock's the man to see, young and dynamic, you'll not find him at his desk, he'll be moving the cars around or troubleshooting something. They've moved to the modern world and are prepared to be flexible and cut a good deal which means there's no travelling to get your car and i like the security of after sales support which is reassuring when you buy a new car.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and professional. we were greeted and offered drinks. Our test drive was good and a lengthy route and we were able to swap over half way. The salesman talked us through everything to do with the car. We decided to buy the car and within a week it was ready to collect. Audi sorted out all the paperwork for us and even took my faithful old car as part exchange. Since buying the car the input from Audi has been superb. Nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted.

Sam was amazing!! My car broke down just past Tresillian and within minutes they had a courtesy car waiting for me and repaired my car within a matter of days allowing me to keep the courtesy car at no extra cost!
