Our service advisors are responsible for making and receiving calls, to and from our customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention, converting these contacts into workshop bookings and up-selling related products and services as applicable. This customer-focused role requires exceptional communication skills, previous experience in telephone communications and skills in IT literacy.
