Description

Yeomans Skoda Exeter is looking for a Weekend Showroom Host/Receptionist to join their team and work alongside them in their exciting showroom.

Hours will be 08.30 to 17.00 on Saturday and 10.30 - 16.30 on Sundays.

You will be a key part of the team, providing support across our sales and service department, gaining a broad knowledge of the fantastic Skoda products to assist customers, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer service is provided.

General duties:

  • Answering the phone
  • Meet and greet visiting customers, directing them to the appropriate department and offering refreshments
  • Assist with general product queries
  • Customer waiting area kept in order inc. refreshments in plentiful supply
  • Showroom support when necessary
  • First aid and fire warden training

Sales support:

  • Showroom display vehicles appointed with relevant and up to date information
  • Used car display kept in order
  • Used car photographs
  • Test drive assistance where necessary
Requirements

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and upbeat and ideally have experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.
