Nissan’s Qashqai and Juke have both made it into the 2025 best-sellers list, published by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders. Respectively, the Qashqai secured third place with 41,141 units sold whilst the Juke placed fifth with 34,773 units sold. This showcases Nissan’s place with the British motoring public.
“It's great to see our British-built crossovers retaining their place among the nation's favourite cars of 2025! It's a fantastic platform for success in 2026 too, which starts with the launch of our new Micra and LEAF electric cars in the coming weeks and continues later this year with the new Juke EV and a compact city car.”
James Taylor, Managing Director, Nissan GB
The Qashqai’s appeal has been further enhanced with the latest version of Nissan's e-POWER technology. Drivers are able to enjoy driving with an EV-like motoring experience as the Qashqai’s wheels are solely driven with an electric motor. There is a 1.5 litre turbo petrol engine used to generate electricity, delivering instant response and smooth acceleration. It also features a fuel economy of up to 62mpg.
Nissan have also made changes to the Juke as well with a new redesigned centre console and instrument panel to elevate the cabin interior. Additionally, also featuring new materials, trim and an upgraded fit and finish. There is a larger touchscreen and additional features.
The line-up has been improved further with the arrival of the new LEAF in 2026. This represents an investment of £450 million by Nissan across the supply chains and emphasises the return of the car which instigated mass EV production a decade ago.
The Nissan Micra has also now arrived in our showrooms. The fully electric and compact vehicle is the sixth generation of this model, making everyday all-electric driving easily accessible.
