Nissan has presented the updated and refined Nissan X-Trail 2026. With a more assertive look and enhanced comfort, each drive can be done with confidence.
It has elevated the X-Trail with a new energy and functionality for the modern explorers.
“Over 25 years of X‑Trail, our customers have come to love its sense of adventure, practicality, and advanced all‑wheel‑drive powertrains. The new X‑Trail delivers even more of these qualities, bringing stronger design character, smarter technology, and the confidence of Nissan’s unique e‑POWER technology.”

It will still feature the rugged look that the X-Trail has become known for but with a more prominent exterior. The front fascia has been redesigned with a wider V-Motion grille for an enhanced visual presence. Additionally, the 19-inch diamond cut alloys feature new glossy black lower bumpers and wheel arches. The signature lighting has been sharpened with the new full LED rear lamps.
The interior has also been updated to elevate comfort and quality with new materials to add warmth. The chestnut brown quilted leather complements the adventurous nature of the X-Trail.
Other comfort-enhancing features include the heated front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, and a 12.3-inch infotainment screen. There is flexible space for passengers and any extra luggage with the sliding 40/20/40 second row.
There is a handsfree and intuitive design with Google built-in to the NissanConnect infotainment. It ensures drivers are able to make phone calls and use their voice for instructions about the vehicle’s navigation or ventilation systems without taking their eyes off the road.
There is an updated 3D 8-point Around View Monitor with wide-angle exterior cameras to ensure the driver has a new 360 3D viewing mode. This supports parking and navigating tight spaces to be able to position the vehicle with greater ease and confidence. Further improvements have been made to the ProPILOT Assist to deliver smoother reactions.
The N-Trek grade has also been updated. It features a tougher stance and striking ‘magma red’ customised details on the bumper inserts, interior stitching and logos. The updates have extended to the trunk where there will be rubber waterproof mats and a reversible cargo liner, assisting with family adventures.
