LONDON ULEZ SCRAPPAGE SCHEME

RECEIVE UP TO £2,000 WHEN YOU SCRAP YOUR CAR*

Due to the expansion of the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ), they are now offering a Scrappage Scheme to encourage drivers to switch to cleaner, greener modes of transport.

From 29th August 2023, the ULEZ is expanding to all 32 London Boroughs. Any non-compliant vehicles will incur a daily £12.50 fee. To be ULEZ compliant, petrol vehicles need to meet at least Euro 4 emissions standards and diesel vehicles need to meet Euro 6 standards.

If you are a resident living in any of the 32 London boroughs and your vehicle does not meet these standards, you could be eligible to apply for the Scrappage Scheme. You can now receive up to £2,000 when you scrap your car*. This will be paid directly to you and can be used towards the deposit of your next car.
