The new Hyundai Tucson SUV has arrived. It’s still as bold and fully equipped as its predecessor, offering enhanced styling, more technology and improved safety features. Available in four trim levels – S Connect, SE Nav, Premium and Premium SE, the new Tucson is a perfect addition to any family.
Tucson’s exterior design has been refreshed with the addition of our signature cascading grille along with a newly styled headlight, fog lights, front bumper and skid plate.
New wheel designs have been added to the range, available in 16”, 17”, 18” and 19” sizes dependant on trim. While at the rear, Tucson receives a new rear light, with a redesigned bumper and exhaust.
To complement the existing palette, three new exterior colours are now available – Olivine Grey, Stellar Blue and Champion Blue.
Tucson features the latest innovative technology and space saving solutions, ensuring every journey is as comfortable as possible. Ranging from display audio on the S Connect model to an around view monitor on the top of the range Premium SE.
Located in the centre console of Premium models and above, a wireless charging pad (Qi standard) lets you easily charge a compatible Qi-enabled smartphone without the use of cables.
A new touch screen display audio system with DAB, Apple Car PlayTM and Android AutoTM has been fitted across the Tucson range. A rear camera parking display is also housed within the unit. SE Nav models and above feature satellite navigation and LIVE Services.
Tucson offers a range of petrol and diesel engines and transmissions. Whether you’re commuting or towing, Tucson has a fuel type and power output to match your requirements.
Delivering smooth, effortless automatic gear-changes, the new 8-speed automatic transmission is extremely easy to use. Other transmission options include a 6-speed manual and 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) dependant on trim selection.
Combined with the 8-speed automatic transmission on the 2.0 CRDi 185PS Premium or Premium SE 4WD trims - the mild hybrid system comprises of a 0.44 kW/h 48-volt lithium-ion battery, a Mild Hybrid Starter Generator (MHSG), a LDC converter (Low Voltage DC/DC) and an inverter.
Under acceleration the MHSG supports the engine with up to 12 kW thereby reducing fuel consumption. The system switches automatically between mechanical use of the engine and energy recuperation as required.
Hyundai SmartSense is our cutting-edge driver assistance system. Every feature has been added to maximise safety through active monitoring and reactive support when required.
Available across the Tucson range, the AEB system uses a front mounted camera and radar sensor to monitor the traffic ahead. If the system detects a potential collision with a vehicle, it will warn the driver, automatically slowing or stopping the vehicle if required.
Every Tucson features Lane Keep Assist which uses the front camera to monitor the lines of the road. In the event of an unintended lane departure, it will first alert the driver and then apply counter- steering torque to get the car back on the correct course if necessary.
