Parts Advisor 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our busy PEUGEOT and Hyundai dealership in Bexhill.

We are looking for candidates who share our passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and have the tenacity to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting workshop, trade and retail customers with parts related enquiries through all communication channels
• Maximising sales opportunities
• Stock maintenance and ordering
• Receipting goods inwards
• Managing warranty and new parts returns

Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous franchise dealer experience in a similar role, have an eye for detail and be a team player.

Additionally, the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use their own initiative. Experience of CDK Kerridge would be an advantage.

The hours are full time Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am to 12.30pm.

The remuneration will comprise a basic package and a monthly bonus scheme based on departmental success and profit.
