Service Advisor at Yeomans Toyota Eastbourne
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Yeomans Toyota Eastbourne.
You will be working Monday - Friday 08:30 to 17:30 and Saturday 08:30 - 12:30 on a rota basis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking service, repair and maintenance bookings via telephone, face to face and email contact
- Processing bookings through the internal (Kerridge) IT system
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure all is in place for each booked job
- Keeping customers informed throughout work in progress – upselling any additional work requirements
- Presenting and upselling a range of approved products and services
- Undertaking all related administration (including invoicing), handing over cars, and taking payments
- Ability to meet manufacturer's customer satisfaction standards
Ideally, you will have experience in a Service Advisor role. As a minimum, you will need to have worked in a customer facing role, with a strong commitment to providing good customer service. Kerridge/ADP experience preferred but not essential. Ongoing training will be provided.
