All Approved Used cars come with at least a 2 years' Volkswagen Warranty.
All our Approved Used cars come with a minimum 2 years' Volkswagen Roadside Assistance. This includes breakdown and recovery services all year-round, at home or on the roadside, in the UK and Europe, with no limit on call outs.
All Approved Used Volkswagens come with up to 2 years' MOT Cover where applicable. MOT Cover is an insurance policy offering up to £750 towards the cost of repairs to your vehicle if your Volkswagen fails its next MOT test. You will need to pay the first £10 towards any claim (the excess).
You can finance your used Volkswagen just as you can with a new car. Our flexible Solutions Personal Contract Plan is available on our Approved Used cars and includes 2 years servicing^ up to 13.4% APR representative. Up to £400 deposit contribution available for vehicles up to 36 months old.
Our skilled, Volkswagen trained technicians carry out a thorough workshop and test drive inspection of every car before it can become an Approved Used Volkswagen. Any faults identified are fixed using VolkswagenGenuine Parts™. Only then can a used car become part of the ApprovedVolkswagen programme.
This certificate details your car’s entire Approved Used retailer network history, for example routine servicing work. It also verifies the cars identity and status of the warranty.
You can be sure of your car's history. We check the vehicle identity and match it with the DVLA registration. We also verify that there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the car, and that the mileage is correct.

If for any reason, you want to change the car - maybe you have second thoughts, or it doesn't fit in your garage you may be able to exchange it for another of the same price (or higher, with you paying the difference), as long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was collected and the retailer you bought your car from has an available vehicle in their stock.
You will receive five days’ complimentary insurance. This comprehensive cover guarantees that your vehicle will be repaired in a Volkswagen Approved Repairer using Volkswagen Genuine Parts.
