Exterior Design

With sophisticated front details, full-width bumpers and a sharper profile, the new ID.3 still holds its iconic ID design. Plus, choose from bold new colours such as Dark Olivine Green Metallic, whilst the newly designed taillight clusters with optional dynamic turn signals enhance its striking appearance. The new ID.3 is available with a range of different wheel designs to suit your preferences, including the optional 19-inch “Wellington” or the optional 20-inch “Sanya” alloy wheels. Enjoy clear views of the sky above, thanks to the optional large glass panel which stretches over the entire width of the roof.

Interior Design

The new ID.3 offers a spacious interior, thanks to the long wheelbase which provides stability and flexibility. New surfaces have been crafted on the dash panel and the door trims, enhancing the high-quality interior. Travel in comfort with the optional electric seats which feature high-quality fabrics to ensure durability, with an additional massage function guaranteeing a relaxed journey. Ambient lighting is available to illuminate the dash panel, mobile phone holder and the doors, with a choice of eight colours as standard or an optional 30 colours. The new ID.3 has been made without animal products and instead contains several recycled materials, including recycled material on the seat covers and door trims.​

Technology

Keep your eyes focused on the road ahead thanks to the voice assistant, which can easily control the radio, navigation system or your phone by using intuitive voice controls. The augmented reality head-up display projects digital information such as direction arrows onto the windscreen directly within the driver’s field of vision. This allows you to reach your destination safely without having to take your eyes off the road. The optional Park Assist Plus system allows you to teach your ID.3 up to five unique parking manoeuvres, which it can repeat independently under your supervision.  ​

Safety & Performance

The new ID.3 features Plug & Charge, which works when you reach a Plug & Charge charging station and activate Plug & Charge via the app and plug in the charging cable. The registration, charging and invoicing are all automatic, so you can relax whilst your vehicle charges. Packed with a range of driver assistance systems, the new ID.3 adds simplicity to your journeys. The optional Travel Assist can keep you in your lane and maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front, whilst the traffic hazard alert system provides useful information such as warnings about construction work by using WiFi. Optional Area View uses four cameras to view the area around you and transfers this information to your infotainment system and Adaptive Cruise Control helps you maintain a set maximum speed.​​
