You will benefit from the redesigned kitchen and external folding table, which allow you to cook and eat directly from the sliding door. The kitchen features a gas hob and sink, and the fridge is accessible from both inside and outside with the optional awning to protect it from all weather.

Interior Design

The new California comes with a 3-room concept. As standard, there will be two sliding side doors, a redesigned kitchen with gas hob, sink, and accessible cool box, ensuring there is a three-zone camping experience for easier entry. The seating is flexible by being able to move or remove the individual seats in the passenger compartment. Clever solutions create more space in the cabin to allow for more comfortable living. The pop-up roof bed comes with spring plates and offers a panoramic view.

The new California features smart digital features, including climate control in passenger areas, heating of the cabin through the auxiliary heater, and ambient lighting. You can control your Volkswagen with one button with the new in-car app and the new 5-inch touch-display camper control unit.
