The Crafter Dropside has a resin coated birch non-slip deck and seamless aluminium boards, making it ideal for livery. The Composition Audio radio features a thin film transistor LCD screen, an SD card slot and four speakers, which deliver a 20 watt output. The optional Ready 2 Discover radio system has an 8-inch TFT touch screen colour display and a navigation system, whilst App-Connect allows seamless smartphone integration. The Discover Media navigation system allows you to stream services, listen to the radio and access other infotainment services through its 8-inch colour touchscreen with proximity sensor. Front Assist detects when the vehicle in front is too close, preparing the vehicle for braking and City Emergency Braking automatically prepares the brakes when travelling up to 18 mph if a collision is likely to occur. Electromechanical Servotronic steering provides steering precision, which was previously non-existent in commercial vehicles. Optional Lane Assist countersteers the vehicle if the driver unintentionally drifts from a lane, whilst the Driver Alert System recommends the driver to take a break when it registers behaviour which indicates tiredness.
