  We were looking for a better deal on a mobility scheme car and eventually chose to look at a Skoda Enyaq. We dropped into Yeoman's North Petherton and met Zak. After a brief chat he offered us a test drive in the coupe version that was available on site then. Showed us the basics as we have only driven petrol before this. After a very useful test drive we sat and talked, Zak asked us if we'd like tea or coffee.He was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and went through all the potential options for us. We settled on the options, trim etc and then completed the paperwork. We had been with another car brand for years and had a good rapport with their motability specialist so we're a little apprehensive about a new brand and specialist. However we left very happy with our visit and with Zak as our advisor.

  Visited Cupra of Exeter on a whim really. No real desire to buy a new car, but with the cost of fuel ever rising it seemed plausible to be inquisitive about the EV market. I entered the dealership forecourt and sitting on show in all her glory was a stunning Tavascan. I'm a sucker for striking designs and the Tav does not disappoint especially in white silver pearl. Needless to say I wanted a test drive. The stars aligned Lol and Sean enters the fray. I'm usually cautious when dealing with Salesman, but it was clear Sean was not your typical over bearing pushy type. He's good guy, happy, laid back, funny and respectful. I test drove the car for around an hour and fell in love with it. Needless to say I was sold on the Tav. Sean cranked up the process and just like that I jad a new car. Just had to wait a week for prep which was agonising, but remained patient as the days drew down. The Saturday of collection was met with real.disappointment, as Sean explained Cupra had issued a recall for a headlight adjustment. He was so apologetic to which I was reticent about and understood it was out of their control. Sean gave me a courtesy Formentor for a week. Matters descended to further problems as the car did not respond well. So much so Simon entered into the scenario and without hesitation sourced me a replacement Tav identical to mine but with a higher spec at no extra cost. The guys went above and beyond to be proactive and it helped that I was relaxed about the process as they could not have envisaged this happening. Overall Sean and Simon were great, the hamper was a nice touch too. Thanks fellas and I would defo buy again from them.

  Zak was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of helping my mum buy her new car. He made everything incredibly smooth and straightforward, and really took the time to talk her through all the features of the car, as well as explaining the warranty and making sure she was completely comfortable with everything.   Absolutely fantastic experience from Cupra and a massive thank you to Brad and the management team, after spending 6 years with Audi I forgot what it is like to have a dealership that want to work with you but also want you apart of the brand not just your money.
