  Excellent service from Sophie Sophie was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was extremely patient understanding and helpful throughout the whole process and she took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail without making us feel rushed. We were in a difficult situation and needed the car sooner rather than later. Sophie did everything she could to help move things forward quickly while still making sure that we understood the finance paperwork and everything included with the vehicle. When we collected the car we had our children with us who have additional needs and things became quite overwhelming while we were trying to get everyone settled into the new car. Sophie remained calm kind and patient. She encouraged me to take a few minutes have a drink and not feel under pressure. That level of understanding made such a difference to us. Even after the car had been purchased Sophie continued to be helpful and available to answer questions. She made the whole experience feel much easier and more personal.   A great experience. Went to look at the Skoda Scala (after other garages visited). We were able to look around an examples outside and an example in the showroom with no pressure. Our second visit was to test drive a Scala, again no pressure, we just took car, similar to what we were interested in for a drive. Contacted Ryan Humphreys a day or so later and arranged for the car we were interested in to be brought from another Yeoman dealership (Indian Queens, Cornwall) for review and purchase. Throughout the process, we were kept fully informed by Ryan. On the arranged day of purchase, Ryan was unavailable but a colleague Sophie Carrott handled the handover excellently. Everything was explained in detail, our questions were answered and the car was presented in an excellent condition. We are very pleased with the purchase experience and the car itself. I would rate both Ryan and Sophie highly. Throughout the process everyone we came into contact was professional and courteous. I can thoroughly recommend.

Couldn’t eventually sort anything out as another car came up nearer to me in EssexZak was absolutely excellent in trying to source the right car with the features I was looking for. He’s a fantastic example of how to be an effective salesperson without usingflanneland other traditional sales techniques.   Living 150 miles away we bought our Skoda over the phone. We had excellent service from Tim Hector, who sent us a film of our Karoq and organised part exchange pricing etc. On arrival to collect our Skoda Tim was waiting at the door and greeted us with a warm welcome. Efficiently he sorted all the paperwork, overcoming a problem with DVLC document, then helping us transfer our belongings to our new vechicle.   We came to Curpa to look around when we wanted to part ex our old Audi. We weren't sure what we wanted or how finance schemes worked. Tom Marshall was brilliant. We walked out with an almost new Terramar which ticked all our boxes and more! The spec is unreal!   Having found a Cupra Born online at Exeter but living in the Midlands I could not be more pleased with my buying experience. My first contact was by phone with Sean who was very professional and personable. Due to the distance to travel I felt confident in the information I was given and a detailed video showing all aspects of the car, and made the decision to agree the sale. When my husband and I made the trip to pick up the car we dealt with Brad. Brad was equally friendly and professional and I felt very confident taking delivery of the car. He went through all the paperwork, explaining each step clearly. He also took time to explain all aspects of the car. Having had the car for a week and a half now I am extremely pleased with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again and highly recommend Yeomans and specifically Sean and Brad.

  Have been to Skoda to look for a used car, i dealt with Ryanwho was brilliant, very helpfull friendly and was not pushy like many other salesman around, any questions i asked he always came back straight away, he is always very in replying to any emails, had a test drive and was left to and take it it out enjoy the drive and take as long as takes whic in comparison to garages who only let you take it up the raod and back again, we hope to terurn in thye next couple of days to make a purchase.

  My daughters car was written -off and we needed a replacement quickly. Having found a contender on the Yeomans website we visited Bridgwater and we were met by Zak Evans. Zak was extremely courteous, went out of his way to help and most importantly, he recognised that despite only being aged 19, my daughter was the customer, not the bloke stood next to her (i.e me). Sadly, the same cannot be said for so many other dealerships we visited. Thank you Zak - sometimes its the small gestures which make the biggest impression.

  We recently purchased a used car form Yeoman's Skoda Bridgwater. The whole process was made very easy especially by Ryan who dealt with any questions we had throughout the process very quickly and efficiently. We didn’t feel pressured at any point and were encouraged to take our time both looking round the vehicle and test driving it on our own which made the experience low stress. Overall a welcoming and friendly place to buy a car. Would purchase from them again.
