  We were searching for an approved used Kodiaq for a while and found a great option at Yeomans. I contacted the team as we were travelling on holiday and would be passing on our way, Zak was super accommodating and came in on his day off to facilitate our test drive. There were a few minor cosmetic touch ups required and although Yeomans were unfortunately let down by their bodywork team on the day, Zak kept me updated and was able to reschedule the works promptly, they then offered me a complimentary delivery to make up for it, regardless of the fact I was out of their normal delivery radius. The delivery of the vehicle was on time and efficiently undertaken and Ray (the delivery driver) was an absolute gent. After inspecting the car briefly, it was apparent that all of the minor scratches / dinks had been well repaired and the car had been cleaned and delivered in great condition. All in all, we had a great experience with Yeomans and felt the car was good value for money, particularly given the peace of mind included with an approved use vehicle. 100% would recommend.

  We popped into the Bridgwater branch of Yeomans today as I have been looking at possibly buying a Skoda Karoq. They had a few in stock when I looked online. We were greeted by Zak Evans. He was very helpful, professional and showed us around the cars they had in stock. As I hadn't driven a Karoq before, he quickly took my details and information, then allowed us to test drive a car. He told us a simple route to drive as we didn't know the area that well.The test drive was very helpful to me as it allowed me to confirm it is the right car for me. Although, as I need to part exchange my current car, I needed to go away to think, as the money offered was not as much as I had hoped for. But overall, a great experience and very helpful salesman.

  Living in Plymouth we had to do all our enquiries about the car we were interested in over the phone. Our sales contact, Sophie Carrott, was an absolute superstar helping us out and making sure we had all the information we needed and answered all our questions in super quick time. She got everything organised for us over the phone so when we arrived in Bridgwater we were able to have a really quick handover and get back home quickly as we were on a very tight schedule. The proof of really good customer service is when something goes wrong, and when we had a very minor issue with the new car, Sophie immediately got to helping us sort it out and arranged for us to have it rectified in Plymouth; saving us the need to drive all the way back to Bridgwater and take another day's leave. It was very much appreciated. We can't fault the service Sophie and Yeomans gave us and would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.

  Tom the sales associate went over and above for us purchasing a car for our daughter. We put our trust in him as we travelled from Scotland to purchase the car. We reserved our car which was very handy coming from Milton Keynes, didn't want to get there to find it was gone99 and had it refunded.   We dropped into Exeter Cupra just browsing for a possible new car, we were initially looking at the Formenta but whilst browsing came across the Tavascan, Brad was super helpful he was working the showroom on his own but was more than happy for us to take the car for test drive on our own, which we obviously did. We never in a million years thought we would buy an electric car but in driving it loved everything about the car. Brad was exceptional talking us through the options, what we could expect from the deal and car. Super efficient with getting a price for our car. We went home to discuss our options and called later to confirm we wished to go ahead, from there everything happened super quick we were able to pick our car up in just over a week Brad was great spending the time to talk me through all the gadgets in the car before driving away in our super lovely car. Brad is an exceptional salesman, wasn’t pushy and was really informative, didn’t apply the pressure some sales people do. Would defo recommend the brand and showroom and of course Brad. To top it off we came home to a parcel on the doorstep took it in opened it up to find a beautiful hamper from Brad at Cupra what an absolute lovely touch, thank you so much Brad and Yeomans Cupra

As someone without the option for home charging, moving to a pure EV platform definitely felt like a riskbut we’re making it work! With discounted EV tariffs and apps like Tesla, Zapmap, and Electroverse, finding an affordable rapid charger is absolutely achievable. And for anyone who can charge at work: speak to your management about government-backed EV charging schemes. Businesses can install chargers very cost-effectively and offer staff an incredible workplace benefit. Tom was very patient with me on the day of my test drive and looking over of the car, answering any questions and addressing any problems I had.l, he allowed me to take my time to make the best decision and this led to me purchasing the car, putting a deposit the same day! Tom was brilliant throughout the purchasing process, making sure any problems or queries were dealt with properly, correctly and in a very timely manner. Tom updated me on all progress of my vehicle and right up until pickup was still a very pleasant experience. The car passed my expectations with flying colours and so did Tom, he’s not just a regular salesman trying to grab your money and upsell you with pointless products or pressure the Purchase onto you, he’s a salesman that cares and listens to your needs and aids you to make the best decision for yourself, as he did with me.   We bought a car here this week, fantastic customer service. We invested in a little electric city car, a Seat Mini, a VW Up with a Seat badge. 3 years old and with low mileage. A perfect runaround to go with our newspaceshipTiguan etsi. It was so good to deal with a salesman who knewhis stuff! We went fir a test drive (by ourselves as the were short staffed) Decided to go to Exmouth to test out the range and have coffee with family. We rang to say where we were in case anyone was worried we’d waltzed off with the carMind you I’d left my 6 month old Tiguan back at base!! Super little car and the Salesman was top notch. The salesman was Brad Warren, he gets 10 out of ten from us, my husband bought the car, a 3 yr old Seat Mini (electric) Me, I was ready to walk away with the brand new Californian Ocean hybrid, but I didn’t have a spare £78, 000 pounds. What a piece of kit! We have a 14 yr old T5 that’s fab, but boy do li like how they’ve configured this new VW campervan!!

  Went in just to look at a new car whilst on holiday, made that clear to Sophie, but nothing was too much trouble for her, she showed us car with similar spec to what we had expressed an interest. We were offered a test drive there and then, and decided on type of car. Sophie fully understood our situation and whilst out on test drive valued our existing car. We left content that we had found the Make and model of car we liked and the spec level we wanted. A week later having been let down by a dealer more local to our home, Sophie called with details of a car that had just come into stock, she even emailed over a full video of the car. The spec was higher than our expectations and as a result we paid a deposit and collected the car a week later having made all payments online. Very professional dealership that makes the customer feel wanted, happy and impressed by service.

  Myself and wife visited this showroom in Exeter last week and was greeted by Imogen. We test drove a car that we liked but liked the look of another car but it was sold so want not able too. Imogen kept in touch with us and later that week she informed us that the car that was sold had now become available to us. She sent over all details of the car and a personal video of the car for us with a day of asking for it. Which was something we’ve never experienced before and was truly amazing. Thanks again Imogen.   New car time so I look at Mercedes Volkswagen Audi and liked the idea of a phev but couldn’t decide which model , then I found CUPRAI’d heard them but never really understood what they were about . But the old SEAT is now CUPRA and that means Audi/VW parts and reliability in a rather smart modern car . So I ordered a formentor and whilst the wait ( about 10 weeks) for delivery was going on unbeknown to myself the salesman looking after myself had moved to a different brand and in walked Imogen Baitupnew job new position new everything and she finds herself holding the baby and to deal with my car handover . She introduces herself over the phone with updates on where my car is up too , she later contacts me to say the car is here and to arrange a collection time/date of my convenienceI finally get to meet both her and the car in person and I can only say what a lovely intelligent attractive warm friendly lady Yeomans have to cater for customers old and new . The whole process was dealt with by Imogen and worked perfectlythankyou and hopefully il see you again in 3 years time . Thankyou

  On holiday in Somerset & a fault occurred with my car, I contacted Yeomans & spoke to young lady, Courtney, who was really helpful & said if I got there early next day as opening, they would try and fit it in first thing. I arrived before opening and spoke to a chap Callumexplained the situation & he said he would try to fit in but couldn’t guarantee as they were very busy.   Excellent experience for a service recently, at Yeomans Exeter. Amanda Way from the Service Dept was brilliant to deal with, being friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of the details. Had 'while you wait' service which was swift and easy, and kept within the suggested time. A cup of tea whilst waiting and reading some headlines on the phone, and the car was ready to take home with a fresh oil change for 12 months.   I was put in touch with Thomas Marshall when I was looking to buy a new car, I'd been researching the car brand and model I was looking for and after having a test drive with Tom I was blown away with the sheer amount of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism that Tom provided on my road to buying a new car.   Second review update as google don’t allow two! I have just traded in for a new Cupra Formentor from Yeomans. Apart from the fact I like the car one of the main reasons is the people at the dealership. As you can see below Amanda is great and I would add Kai, the sales representative, to that list. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always strives to make sure you are happy and clear on all the details. He was also able to get me a very good deal. Very happy with the car and the service provided by Yeomans. Used Yeomans for a service and a warranty repair recently. Amanda is very professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and the communication was easy and promptly replied to. The work carried out was to a good standard and as predicted with no surprises.

  Had my first visit to Yeoman’s CUPRA in Exeter today for a planned recall of my Formentor. Service manager Amanda Way was excellent from start to finish, booking in a courtesy car and coming in 1/2 an hour before her usual start time to accommodate my early getaway.   Popped into see a lovely chap called "John Hurst" Who is a salesman for Yeoman's, Skoda in Bridgewater a couple of weeks ago. We took out a 24 plate SKODA ENYAQ 85x sport line plus in race blue. Wow what a beautiful car. Ticks pretty much all of the boxes also it's got a pretty serious powerplant, 4 wheel drive, 20 inch rims, 286 ponies under the bonnet and a rather rapid 0-60 time well under 6 seconds, infact closer to 6 seconds. John was very very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and empathetic. He also answered my emails with additional questions that I had for him, he got back to me quickly, professionally and efficiently. I spoke to a lovely elderly couple whilst we were waiting to speak to John when we came back and they both said that the dealership was always helpful and polite.   I had never bought a car from a showroom before but on the 7th October that changed. I met with Matt the Car Sales Rep who went through everything with me from what i was looking for in a car to the type of car and prices within my range. Matt was great at putting me at ease and talking through everything from my budget to finance then showed me the car that i immediately fell in love with. Once i had decided to buy this car i was introduced to Manager Howard Perry to complete the financial process. Both Howard and Matt are so knowledgeable about their profession and what a customer is looking for. I cant fault anything with them. I had always thought that buying a car took minutes, a simple yes, sign on the dotted line and you drove off in your new vehicle. Buying a car takes time and both Matt and Howard took their time, making it their priority, going through everything with me so i could understand everything that was being explained to me. A huge thank you to both Matt and Howard for all their help. This was a pleasant experience and if i could give them more than 5* i would. I definitely would recommend these two men without a doubt when buying a car. First class customer service, at its best!!

  I used Yeomans Cupra for the first time last week as the new dealership in Exeter. It was lovely to see that Amanda has transferred with the brand as I’ve always found her level of customer service on the Service side of things fantastic. Having made a request online for a time and date to suit my plans, Amanda called and sorted everything, even coming in early to accommodate my timetable. Communication was excellent and the work was completed quickly and efficiently at the price that was agreed. I was really pleased with everything and will definitely be using them for future Servicing. I’d also praise Matt in the Sales team who came up with a bespoke solution for me that met my needs on a new vehicle purchase.   I had a perfect couple of days shopping for our new car, with Sophie at Skoda. She used her initative and found what we wanted from another location and got it to bridgwater over the weekend.   Have started using this garage rather than the garage in Bristol which I have been using for my Skoda servicing for the last thirteen years. The same travelling time for me to get to as the old garage. The old garage had started to regularly let me down. So this garage was a breath of fresh air in comparison.   As a now retired and disabled garage proprietor my choice of motor car is Skoda my present vehicle is the Yeti 4/4 an excellent vehicle compact rugged 50+ to the gallon very manoeuvrable now on my 4th Skoda if you require good transport at a very economical cost my advice is go and have a road test you will not be disappointed needless to say my next vehicle will be a Skoda

  We went to test drive a car. The salesman was waiting for us, car was ready to go. He knew his stuff and knew the car. Whole thing was smooth and easy. We loved the car. We easily agreed a deal - within 10-15 min. Very refreshing after an experience with another Skoda dealer from whom we walked away.

  Our experience at Bridgwater, was great. We got in touch to test drive a Karoq Sportline, as one of our options of a possible upgraded car to our VW Polo. Sophie was very good, organised the test drive and gave us a good amount of time, understood our options and what we were looking for. Unfortunately, they couldn't locate a car for us that we were after but overall a very good experience.

  I had my Superb serviced here in early April to include replacing the cambelt and water pump. On the day the service was pretty good although my car wasn't washed as the guy had gone home for the day. They offered for me to swing by another day, but I live an hour away and won't drive there for a carwash. Anyway, I get home fine and the next time I went to use my car it was warning me about low coolant. I called Carrs and their technician advised this is normal when the water pump is replaced and to bring it by to fill up with coolant (no apology even offered). As aboveI live over an hour away. I'm not driving my car--with low coolant warning--over an hour for coolant. Fine they say go to a garage and get coolant and they'll reimburse me. After figuring out what type of coolant I needed and finding a place 25 minutes away I used my wife's car to go get it, fill it up, and it's been fine since. I then called in on April 11th to get reimbursed. Courteney said she'd have to call a manager and get back to me. She never did. I called today to follow-up and another person, Ben, took my mobile and "will have someone get back to meTired of being fobbed off now so 1-star review for how they've handled thisEdit] Got a call back today and refunded pretty quickly, which is how it should've happened to start. So I'm upping my review to 4-stars as they've settled the issue now.
