Tom the sales associate went over and above for us purchasing a car for our daughter. We put our trust in him as we travelled from Scotland to purchase the car. He collected us from Newton Abbot to collect the car which saved us having to navigate our way to the dealership. The car was waiting for us with a full tank of fuel ready for our long drive home. Tom is a great example of perfect guest service and is a real credit to Yeomans dealership. We shall hopefully be purchasing our next car from him in the future.

The purchase experience of my used Formentor with Sean at Yeoman's CUPRA Exeter was excellent. I was purchasing from Bristol, so it was hugely appreciated that the car was turned around within 24 hours from their receipt to being available for me to collect same day as I viewed and test drove it. Sean was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very easy to deal with which made the whole purchase experience really painless.

We dropped into Exeter Cupra just browsing for a possible new car, we were initially looking at the Formenta but whilst browsing came across the Tavascan, Brad was super helpful he was working the showroom on his own but was more than happy for us to take the car for test drive on our own, which we obviously did. We never in a million years thought we would buy an electric car but in driving it loved everything about the car. Brad was exceptional talking us through the options, what we could expect from the deal and car. Super efficient with getting a price for our car. We went home to discuss our options and called later to confirm we wished to go ahead, from there everything happened super quick we were able to pick our car up in just over a week Brad was great spending the time to talk me through all the gadgets in the car before driving away in our super lovely car. Brad is an exceptional salesman, wasn’t pushy and was really informative, didn’t apply the pressure some sales people do. Would defo recommend the brand and showroom and of course Brad. To top it off we came home to a parcel on the doorstep took it in opened it up to find a beautiful hamper from Brad at Cupra what an absolute lovely touch, thank you so much Brad and Yeomans Cupra

I've been looking for my next company car which is always a bit awkward as I'm not going to be purchasing the car through the dealership. As someone without the option for home charging, moving to a pure EV platform definitely felt like a risk — but we’re making it work! With discounted EV tariffs and apps like Tesla, Zapmap, and Electroverse, finding an affordable rapid charger is absolutely achievable. And for anyone who can charge at work: speak to your management about government-backed EV charging schemes. Businesses can install chargers very cost-effectively and offer staff an incredible workplace benefit. Even the basic Tavascan V1 is miles ahead of your average 2018–2019 car, and the fuel savings are a complete no-brainer. Greg and Matt — thank you! Brilliant experience at Yeomans cupra with Tom Marshall! I begin with a spontaneous booking of a test drive in a cupra Leon hybrid, Tom answered the call and exceeded my expectations. Tom was very patient with me on the day of my test drive and looking over of the car, answering any questions and addressing any problems I had.l, he allowed me to take my time to make the best decision and this led to me purchasing the car, putting a deposit the same day! Tom was brilliant throughout the purchasing process, making sure any problems or queries were dealt with properly, correctly and in a very timely manner. Tom updated me on all progress of my vehicle and right up until pickup was still a very pleasant experience. We bought a car here this week, fantastic customer service. We invested in a little electric city car, a Seat Mini, a VW Up with a Seat badge. 3 years old and with low mileage. A perfect runaround to go with our new ‘spaceship’ Tiguan etsi. It was so good to deal with a salesman who knewhis stuff! We went fir a test drive (by ourselves as the were short staffed) Decided to go to Exmouth to test out the range and have coffee with family. We rang to say where we were in case anyone was worried we’d waltzed off with the car! 🙈 Mind you I’d left my 6 month old Tiguan back at base!! Super little car and the Salesman was top notch. The salesman was Brad Warren, he gets 10 out of ten from us, my husband bought the car, a 3 yr old Seat Mini (electric) Me, I was ready to walk away with the brand new Californian Ocean hybrid, but I didn’t have a spare £78, 000 pounds. What a piece of kit! We have a 14 yr old T5 that’s fab, but boy do li like how they’ve configured this new VW campervan!!

We brought a Cupra Formentor from Tom Marshall just over a week ago, the whole process was seamless. Myself and wife visited this showroom in Exeter last week and was greeted by Imogen. We test drove a car that we liked but liked the look of another car but it was sold so want not able too. Imogen kept in touch with us and later that week she informed us that the car that was sold had now become available to us. She sent over all details of the car and a personal video of the car for us with a day of asking for it. Which was something we’ve never experienced before and was truly amazing. Thanks again Imogen. Unfortunately we didn’t proceed for the car in the end but the service I’ve received from this showroom and Cupra has been amazing. I will be returning in the near future for sure!!

New car time so I look at Mercedes Volkswagen Audi and liked the idea of a phev but couldn’t decide which model , then I found CUPRA … I’d heard them but never really understood what they were about . But the old SEAT is now CUPRA and that means Audi/VW parts and reliability in a rather smart modern car . So I ordered a formentor and whilst the wait ( about 10 weeks) for delivery was going on unbeknown to myself the salesman looking after myself had moved to a different brand and in walked Imogen Baitup … new job new position new everything and she finds herself holding the baby and to deal with my car handover . She introduces herself over the phone with updates on where my car is up too , she later contacts me to say the car is here and to arrange a collection time/date of my convenience .. I finally get to meet both her and the car in person and I can only say what a lovely intelligent attractive warm friendly lady Yeomans have to cater for customers old and new . The whole process was dealt with by Imogen and worked perfectly … thankyou and hopefully il see you again in 3 years time . Thankyou

We approached Yeomans SEAT & CUPRA Exeter with the intention of buying a Cupra Formentor. Our sales person was Brad Warren which I must say has been one of the best people I have ever dealt with when it came to look for a vehicle! Brad is an extremely knowledgeable person and really cares going the extra mile for the customer to ensure that they are fully satisfied! Even though, regrettably, we have not been able to proceed with the deal on this occasion, we would definitely be back when we will be ready for a new car! Service was second to none!

Excellent experience for a service recently, at Yeomans Exeter. Amanda Way from the Service Dept was brilliant to deal with, being friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of the details. Had 'while you wait' service which was swift and easy, and kept within the suggested time. A cup of tea whilst waiting and reading some headlines on the phone, and the car was ready to take home with a fresh oil change for 12 months. I was put in touch with Thomas Marshall when I was looking to buy a new car, I'd been researching the car brand and model I was looking for and after having a test drive with Tom I was blown away with the sheer amount of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism that Tom provided on my road to buying a new car. Second review update as google don’t allow two! I have just traded in for a new Cupra Formentor from Yeomans. Apart from the fact I like the car one of the main reasons is the people at the dealership. As you can see below Amanda is great and I would add Kai, the sales representative, to that list. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always strives to make sure you are happy and clear on all the details. He was also able to get me a very good deal. Very happy with the car and the service provided by Yeomans. Used Yeomans for a service and a warranty repair recently. Amanda is very professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and the communication was easy and promptly replied to. The work carried out was to a good standard and as predicted with no surprises.

Had my first visit to Yeoman’s CUPRA in Exeter today for a planned recall of my Formentor. Service manager Amanda Way was excellent from start to finish, booking in a courtesy car and coming in 1/2 an hour before her usual start time to accommodate my early getaway. We were looked after superbly by Liam and Howard, and the whole process of buying a new car, a Seat Leon Dynamic, was done very professionally. We were updated almost daily on the progress of the car, from port to Exeter, and we collected yesterday, with Liam giving us lots of info re the technology. The humour of both Liam and Howard, and their friendliness, is such a pleasant change to other garages we've visited. We're delighted with everything!

I had never bought a car from a showroom before but on the 7th October that changed. I met with Matt the Car Sales Rep who went through everything with me from what i was looking for in a car to the type of car and prices within my range. Matt was great at putting me at ease and talking through everything from my budget to finance then showed me the car that i immediately fell in love with. Once i had decided to buy this car i was introduced to Manager Howard Perry to complete the financial process. Both Howard and Matt are so knowledgeable about their profession and what a customer is looking for. I cant fault anything with them. I had always thought that buying a car took minutes, a simple yes, sign on the dotted line and you drove off in your new vehicle. Buying a car takes time and both Matt and Howard took their time, making it their priority, going through everything with me so i could understand everything that was being explained to me. A huge thank you to both Matt and Howard for all their help. This was a pleasant experience and if i could give them more than 5* i would. I definitely would recommend these two men without a doubt when buying a car. First class customer service, at its best!!

I used Yeomans Cupra for the first time last week as the new dealership in Exeter. It was lovely to see that Amanda has transferred with the brand as I’ve always found her level of customer service on the Service side of things fantastic. Having made a request online for a time and date to suit my plans, Amanda called and sorted everything, even coming in early to accommodate my timetable. Communication was excellent and the work was completed quickly and efficiently at the price that was agreed. I was really pleased with everything and will definitely be using them for future Servicing. I’d also praise Matt in the Sales team who came up with a bespoke solution for me that met my needs on a new vehicle purchase. A great start for the new Cupra home and one I’ll continue to use going forward.

The wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our beloved seat Ibiza after 9 years. After deciding on a cupra Ateca we found a beautiful example available at Yeomans cupra Exeter. I contacted Liam to made an appointment to view the car and we were very well looked after and had a great experience. After getting home we decided to put a deposit on the car online, we decided to part exchange and Liam gave us a reasonable px price for our previous car. Liam was brilliant from start to finish and nothing was too much hassle and all of our questions were answered quickly and efficiently . Would highly recommend.
