  I recently visited the yeomans peugeot car sales at Eastbourne. The car salesman in question dealing with my enquiry was a young man dylan baker. I personally would rate him very highly as he went above and beyond from start to finish with the purchase of the car i enquired about. Rating his skillset. Communication 100% whether it was by phone or email. Punctuality 100%. He never kept me waiting. Courtesy 100%. well mannered.He even drove up to my home address so i could view the motor

  I had an outstanding experience with this dealership from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional customer service. They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and kept me informed every step of the way. A special mention goes to the service team, who are absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Today the work on my car was completed promptly and to a very high standard, and it was obvious they take real pride in looking after their customers. I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough to family and friends! I have brought several new cars over the years and will definitely be returning for future servicing and purchases.   Yeoman's are a firm i have dealt with for several years, both with servicing and also buying new cars. they have always been friendly, helpful, reliable and professional. In particular Tristan was very helpful , as were the staff on the Service Desk- I went in to MOT and service my car with the full intention of then exchanging that car for a new one. The entire process was seamless, friendly and relaxed.

  Maisie is amazing! I looked at cars before and after going to Peugoet and went back to see Maisie the next day to put down for my car! Quick and easy, straight forward, she sat and went through every aspect of the car, questions and answers i wouldn't have thought to ask, answered everything i had to ask. Quick turn around of having my car available for me to pick up after ordering (obviously that part will depend on your car) i wanted my car ASAP, as you do lol! Maisie was more than willing to find the car in the colour I was determined to have but if that would have taken too long for how quick I wanted she was willing to go the extra mile to find one as close as possible. Upon arrival (i had the car driven to the dearership for quickness) the poor guy spent over 4 hours trying to clean my car to perfection but due to transport and my luck something stuck itself to it and wouldn't come off.. not a problem - offered a free detailed valet on them when I was willing to part with the car for a dayHonestly cant fault Maisie or Peugeot Ferring! Super happy!

  Tristan was beyond professional since our very first visit. I had every email promptly replied to and even during periods when Tristan was on annual leave, his colleague Finn, was equally as prompt. It made the whole process hassle and stress free! We didn’t at any stage feel pushed into purchasing a car that didn’t suit us and are completely happy with the new vehicle.   First class customer service from Nathan in the Service team. A few weeks back I urgently neeeded to get an MOT on my 5008, spoke to Nathan and he managed to sort me out the same day. A thoroughly nice guy who is a pleasure to interact with. Car was MOT'd but also had a hoover and wash which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise.

  We popped in a couple of weeks ago to test drive an E208 and met Maisie. A week after we drove off in our beautiful car. Maisie was professional, funny, informative but not pushy at all. Being honest the least pushy salesperson we’ve ever met. The car looked amazing thanks to Maisie’s efforts with getting the car valeted and we can’t be happier with the Whole customer experience.
