I cannot praise Yeomans Peugeot of Worthing highly enough following my recent purchase of a 2008. Right from the time of arriving on site and being able to park my car, having visited 3 other car dealerships that day which all had horrific customer parking issues. We were greeted by Maisie who made us feel at ease with her friendly approachable manner, not pushy but very keen to be able find us a car. My Peugeot 5008 decided to give an Adblue emissions fault. I live in the south east area. So I called my local Peugeot dealer, 6 weeks before they can look at the car. I called 10 other dealers and the same answer. My friend lives local the Littlehampton and recommended them. I gave them a call and they were very helpful. They squeezed me in for a scan to confirm the issue 3 days later. This involved a 120 mile round trip but worth it. Diagnosed Adblue tank faulty and needed replacement. Tank ordered but no delivery date available. So I called Peugeot and gave them a kick in the bottom. Tank arrived 2 working days later. The booked me in 3 days later. I arrived on Monday morning, booked in and plied with hot coffee. Unfortunately Peugeot’s systems went down and I had to return home. Booked in for today, arrived and booked in, car vanished 1 minute after the key was taken. Two hours later and 4 cups of coffee my freshly washed and repaired car appears. Mark was very polite and professional keeping me updated all the way. A real pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership.

My parents have bought and serviced their vehicles here for years and on a recent trip to visit them, I found myself in need of a service and MOT. They were able to fit me in within a few days of my initial call and when I arrived, staff were very welcoming, offered tea or coffee, and even gave me some directions to places nearby. Later in the day, I recieved a text and email with links to a short video of my vehicle, visually showing any issues and talking through things that have been checked. This was followed up by a phone call to ask if I wanted or needed any additional work. This system of authorisation of further works gave me time to look at and decide for myself what I might want, without the pressure of making an immediate decision over the phone. I picked up my car later the same day to find, despite some mess, the car had been cleaned inside and out. This was a pleasant surprise and I am very grateful to find less crumbs kicking about and the seagulls business from the day before, gone! All in all, excellent service from all staff, start to finish.

My car done the MOT & service together in month ago, they havent checked probably of the rear washer jet of pipe. The liquid comes out in wrong position as my husband was using on Monday. The gargage checked today and replied me that I need to pay £142.50 for the pipe replacement. Before my car doesnt got this problem, sure they make it damaged when serviced. The lady said that the services not including to check in this part. So, its not they done. As my car bought it from them nearly a year, they said even the warranty not including also. I have an old Peugeot that broke down and needed urgent attention. The aa patrolman called the service department who said I could take the car there straightaway although they probably couldn't look at it that day. However they did and ordered the part overnight and the car was fixed and ready to go the next day. I received friendly, professional and efficient service from start to finish and cannot thank Darren and his team more for getting me back on the road so quickly. An absolute pleasure to deal with and you should all be very proud of yourselves. Thank you very much and I will recommend without hesitation. Brilliant!

Can't speak highly enough of the team at Yeomans. Very helpful and un-rushed when looking at different cars and finance options and ended up with one we're really happy with. Yeomans have looked after my car for nine years and 100,000 miles. I can't speak highly enough of the team. They are all personable, efficient and have always bent over backwards to be helpful. They have always matched or got close enough to quotes from local independent garages, to make it a no-brainer to choose them because of the peace of mind thrown in. I can't fault the level of workmanship and the car has always been finished on time and comes back looking like new - no mean feat when you consider the state it goes there in. I have edited this review from my prior one star rating. The initial sales process was good and I got a good deal. I had an issue on the post sales side, hence my initial review. However, this has now been rectified to my satisfaction with the car being repaired. They even covered my train fare while they had my car and cleaned it for me. They aren't a bad bunch and I think I just got unlucky in regard to the problems I had.

I have have been using Yeoman's of Ferring for my car servicing over the last couple of years, and have always been pleased with how helpful and friendly they all are, and nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they even got my car back on the road really quickly after someone had gone into the back of my car near Washington the day before.
