I have recently collected my 10th Motabilty vehicle from Yeomans Peugeot Eastbourne. Apart from one, all of my previous Motabilty vehicles have been Peugeot. As I need a hoist for my electric wheelchair I opted for an ERifter on this occasion, with the biggest boot I’ve ever had! I can fit shopping or suitcases beside my hoist and wheelchair in the boot in this vehicle as it’s so spacious, whereas everything has previously had to go on the back seat in my former vehicle. What I love most is the support that my spine receives from the Peugeot seats - I missed that extra support when the pandemic forced me to approach another dealership for my Motability vehicle. Sadly I experienced a few problems with that vehicle too, which was a first for me with a Motability car. I am so glad to be with Yeomans Peugeot once again, & am pleased to have had the opportunity to meet a very helpful and knowledgeable young man, Tristan. He was my guide through the process of choosing and ordering my new vehicle, and kindly made it all very straight forward for me. Although I have only been driving my ERifter for just over a week, I already love it, and am so happy with my choice, from the ease of getting in and out, to the wireless connection to my phone, and the ERifter holds more miles than my previous vehicle too. I look forward to my next few years of driving, & plan to return to Yeomans Peugeot next time my lease finishes. Great experience buying a car. We saw Finn on our first visit he was very friendly and didn’t rush us. Then on the test drive we met Stephen Fitzgerald who also was friendly and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the car is amazing !!

This is the third Peugeot we've purchased from yeomans Eastbourne We started with the 2008 then went up to the 3008 and since meeting Tristian we have gone on to the 3008 hybrid. I spent weeks looking for a car for myself and 2 young children, when I came across the Peugeot 2008 GT line ( with a sunroof!! 😍). I reserved the car after speaking to Tristan. As I was going to be driving over an hour, with my toddler with me, he made sure that the car would be ready to drive away same day, should I like it. Tristan was very polite on the phone and also in person. I part exchanged my old vehicle and asked Tristan questions about the new car- he was very happy to show me through things . He was also SUPER patient when I needed to try my daughter's rear facing car seat in the 2008. As a woman going to buy a car, it can be nerve wracking. However I felt confident and welcomed. I was also sorted out with 5 day drive away insurance, as my providers payment page was not working at all! So honestly, I had so little stress and was driving my new car away a little quicker than I thought I would! I have really enjoyed driving my new car and had an absolutely faultless experience with Yeomans and would highly recommend them, and Tristan if you are looking for a used (or new!) Peugeot. I would not hesitate to go back, should I want to upgrade again in the future.

I have been a client of Peugeot in Eastbourne since mid 2012 and have just purchased my sixth Peugeot. I keep going back as the standard of product knowledge is second to none in my experience. This time I had the good fortune to meet a very knowledgeable young man named Tristan. He really does know his stuff. He bent over backwards to see and explained what I needed to know. My knowledge of Hybrid cars was minimal, always been a diesel man, Tristan soon fixed that, his patience and detailed explanation made everything simple. Delivery was slightly early and hand over was straightforward. I have no reservation in recommending Tristan if you want non pushy, courteous very knowledgeable advice on purchasing a new vehicle. 5 star service.

This is my 3rd Peugeot and each time Eastbourne has been my main dealer. The service team at this Yeomans have recently gone up and up from ok customer service to absolutely unbeatable service. I called on the morning to report a red warning light, I was told to call in to just check it on the computer to see what the issue was. I was dealt with in the normal friendly and helpful manner I have recently come to expect for this team, and although I had no appointment, they slotted the fix in and I drove away feeling safe and secure in my car once more. Service team are top quality, in 10 years of owning a Peugeot, they're the best. Congrats to Management team for getting it right 😊

I’ve used Yeomans in Eastbourne for sometime now for servicing. I’ve never had any issues. So when I was looking for a newer car I went in and was spoken to by Dylan. Had a really good experience, from placing the order to picking up the car. I had a really good experience with Yeomans. To start with they sent me a video of the car that I was about to view, which was a nice touch in my opinion. When I arrived the salesman, Sam was very polite & cheerful, as you'd expect, but not false or pushy in any way. I went for a drive unaccompanied which as Sam explained meant I could drive the car how and where I wanted and it would be more realistic. This again was a good call on the part of Sam, as I did in fact enjoy driving the car and next thing I knew half an hour had slipped by - I returned to the showroom with the help of the sat-nav - again another suggestion from Sam! We had a good chat and then down to business. I made an offer that was accepted and from then on everything was plain sailing. Sam was even answering emails late at night on his days off, something I did not expect, but was very impressed with. Talking of being impressed if you haven't driven a Peugeot before or had much experience with their cars I can definitely recommend you try them. I think they are really nice to drive and little bit different, I advise you to at least test drive one. Overall very happy with the service I received and the way everything was handled. I recommend Yeomans Peugeot at Eastbourne as they went out of their way to answer any questions I had. Just had driving seat replacement. The team was fantastic! They collected and delivered my car from/at work, they did the job spot on and on the same day, they also had time to fix one of the wipers and clean the car inside and outside like new and shiny from the salon! We have a Bailey / Peugeot motorhome. We travelled down from Co Durham to Newhaven to catch the ferry to Dieppe, en route we had a warning flash up relating to Adblue. We needed to clear the message, so we drove to Yeomans (Peugeot), Eastbourne, to see if they could help. They went above and beyond and cleared the message. We got a later ferry and arrived in France for our holidays, all thanks to the Service Team. On our way back to Dieppe we got another warning relating to the Adblue!, We got to Dieppe and changed our ferry booking to return home earlier. We made our way to Yeomans again, in the hope that they could help resolve the problem. Once again they were happy to help, in order for us to travel back home, exceptional Customer Service, helping to save our holiday and our return home. You are so lucky Eastbourne, nothing was too much trouble for them, we were so impressed with how they responded to our requests. The Service Manager could have said there was nothing he could do, but quite the opposite, we were so grateful that he was willing to try. We were so relieved that we weren't turned away. We received a lovely welcome and they were prepared to help out in our hour of need. 10 out of 10 from us. Thank you, we made it home to Co Durham.

I beleived I was experiencing a software issue following the replacement of an electrical component. I was so wrong. But luckily for me the staff at Yeoman's Peugeot were there to find out what was happening and help me on my way after showing me where I was going wrong. Had they not had been there to help I feel quietly confident I would have pulled my hair out with frustration. A massive thank you to Simon and Callum for all their help, without which I would have gone crazy. The cars are great, staff are great and there is free coffee/tea and wifi whilst you wait (now if we could just get free fruit cake the review might have been six stars). Thank you all :) Addition after two months. I have changed my nominated dealership to another due to problems encountered with a staff member here twice now. As a paying customer one does not expect rudeness at any level because without paying customers the rude staff would never get a pay cheque. I hope that they learn quickly and the person involved has been let go, but I will not return here. I wish the nice people here well and hope that not too many people have been driven away.

Had issues with my peugeot 208 the aftersales department have been so helpful although it's clear to see they are a very busy team they still went out of their way to make me feel like a vip customer , they also found a fault on my car that 3 other garages couldn't work out, great bunch of people friendly and accommodating thank you peugeot Eastbourne

Hi, I have just bought a very exciting 508 - PSE - now you may be wondering what is that!! PSE - 'Peugeot Sports Engineering' which is their racing model as I understand, and has currently out performed ALL the competition in it's category!!. I was looking for a new either contact lease or Purchase agreement and found myself dealing with a young man called David Hopkins. He was a very pleasant individual to deal with, and had impeccable manners, but without being over the top, (you know the sort, that start to irritate after a few minutes!!) This was not the case with young David. his knowledge of the range and in particular the 508 which I was interested in, was astounding, he knew the car inside and out, and this gave me real satisfaction that I wasn't being shown a car that we both had no idea really what we were looking at. Everything was explained very simply, and with the tech in cars within the cabin, it is somewhat overwhelming at times. David was very thorough with all the paperwork, concise and accurate with all details. The PSE I gather is somewhat of a rarity as not a huge number were produced, so I feel very lucky that I have benefitted from David's astuteness in presenting this model as an option to my quest to find something that fitted my idea budget. I was extremely pleased with the presentation of the car after David had got it through the workshop to have the protective coating applied to the bodywork. It looked stunning as it was unveiled. All I have to say is a very big thankyou to David for his competent assistance and expertise in his work and look forward to visiting for servicing and learning more about the car as I learn to drive it to its maximum capacity. He has also said I can pester him whenever I have any questions in trying to learn how to use the car, and happy to take time out of his day to show me in the future. I would highly recommend anyone going into Yeomans Eastbourne , to seek out David when wanting to buy from them. (no offence to the of members of the team by the way!) I have recently purchased a car from Yeomans Peugeot in Eastbourne and my experience from start to finish was very positive. I travelled there after seeing the car I wanted advertised online. David H was very welcoming and efficient in dealing with my requests and booking the test drive. While I was test driving the car he examined my car which I was going to trade in and he clearly explained the trade in price that he was able to offer. On delivery day David again ensured the paperwork needed was completed efficiently. He offered to talk me through all the different features of the car and reminded me to get in touch if there were any further questions I had after I drove home. Great experience overall and highly recommended.

Bought a used Peugeot 2008 GT Line (2017 1.2 petrol automatic) in black. Lovely compact SUV and with the GT Line spec it ticked all the boxes - so reversing camera, panoramic roof etc.. Really pleased with car it's perfect. Also like to say that Bradley Russell who we dealt with was great. I had a load of questions as hadn't bought a vehicle for a while. Bradley always took the time to take my calls and responded promptly to any email queries. Bradley also printed out all the service history for me and obtained 2 services that had been done in Peugeot Romford. So I had the full history to hand. Thanks again Bradley. Really pleased with car and the service.

Switched to them from the supplying dealer of my 208 as they are local to me. Changed a comms unit for me a few months back under warranty and last week carried out a major service and MOT. Very good communication, work and costs clearly outlined in advance, work carried out on time, car cleaned and valeted and a call the following day to ensure that everything is okay. Generally find them very helpful and pleasant to deal with and would highly recommend.

Had an oil leak on my Peugeot Boxer. Took it to Yeoman's who did a health check with video of my van. They charge for it but it's worth it for the peace of mind. They confirmed the oil leak, gave me a very reasonable quote for repair and, when I accepted, did it straight away. Had my van back in 3 days. Went back thinking there was an issue and they gladly checked it again; although there was no problem they were very polite. Courteous staff, efficient service. Very impressed. Will go there again.

Although ultimately I didn't ultimately buy another Peugeot I just wanted to acknowledge how helpful Liam was when I went to look at and then test drive some cars. It was a bitterly cold day when my husband and I went to the forecourt. Liam came out & offered help. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I went to all the main dealers that day looking for a nearly new car and Liam at Peugeot was the only person who tried to help. Would totally recommend him .

Yeomans Peugeot have been servicing my Peugeot motorhome for around 4 years now, and have been looking after it very well up to now! Service costs are always made clear before work starts and permission is always sought before any additional work is undertaken. The staff are always very polite and helpful too

Ok. Honestly ! I went in with my son to look at a car and didn't buy it. BUT. I would definately go back. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and prepared to do a deal. There was no pressure to buy and this has left me feeling relaxed about the experience and left the door open to me returning at a later date. The car we looked at was really nicely presented and was great value. The only reason we shopped else where was because my son saw a car he liked else where. He did however take a couple of days to decide between the Peugeot we drove here and the car he eventually bought, which is a credit to Yeomans Peugeot. I'd definately consider going back.

I was very well looked after by Tony - he is very professional and approachable, and offered a very competitive price when I traded in my old car.
