  Very impressed with this business. I went into the showroom to look for a car and Zak Evans treated us really well throughout. He arranged a test drive, showed us the cars we were interested in, and gave us some very useful information with no pressure at all. Although I ended up buying a brighter coloured car from another dealer because they had the exact one I wanted in stock, the experience here was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

  We have a Mobility car and it was time to change so we decided on an Electric Skoda Enyaq after having an Electric Peugeot 2008 for the past 3 years, the Skoda was a bigger car and with a longer range which should suit our needs perfectly. We met Sophie who like us is a dog lover and she is very personable which is a nice change from some car showrooms we’ve been too, Sophie has some personal photos on her desk which is a very nice thing to have it made us feel comfortable, Sophie was very helpful and pleasant throughout from going through the paperwork and making choices of colour etc, our car arrived earlier than expected but we were kept updated throughout and on handover day the car was very well presented and the Tech was all explained has was the conventional controls. the whole process was faultless, carry on doing what your doing Sophie your doing great and that’s from two people who have worked in the service industry @ Heathrow for 40 years plus.   We recently purchased a new Kodiaq from here and the whole experience was very smooth. Sophie Carrott bent over backwards to help from sorting the test drives, helping us choose our options, keeping us updated on the progress of our car, sorting paperwork (then sorting it again because we added a couple of extras) and was always extreamly pleasant, helpful and chatty. She even arranged the delivery of Kodi bear for our grandaughter. Every member of the dealership staff I spoke to were polite and helpful. I can't thank Sophie enough for guiding us through everything and I would recommend Sophie and the dealership to anyone. Thank you so much.

  I would highly recommend Yeoman's. Buying a second hand car can be a minefield, but Yeoman's, especially Sophie, mad with whole experience a pleasure throughout the process, from a small video of the car after the initial enquiry, through the test drive and to completion. A big thank you for making it easy and for the generosity. If I ever want another Skoda, I will happily travel 2 hours to buy another from you.

  We were searching for an approved used Kodiaq for a while and found a great option at Yeomans. I contacted the team as we were travelling on holiday and would be passing on our way, Zak was super accommodating and came in on his day off to facilitate our test drive. There were a few minor cosmetic touch ups required and although Yeomans were unfortunately let down by their bodywork team on the day, Zak kept me updated and was able to reschedule the works promptly, they then offered me a complimentary delivery to make up for it, regardless of the fact I was out of their normal delivery radius. The delivery of the vehicle was on time and efficiently undertaken and Ray (the delivery driver) was an absolute gent. After inspecting the car briefly, it was apparent that all of the minor scratches / dinks had been well repaired and the car had been cleaned and delivered in great condition. All in all, we had a great experience with Yeomans and felt the car was good value for money, particularly given the peace of mind included with an approved use vehicle. 100% would recommend.

  We popped into the Bridgwater branch of Yeomans today as I have been looking at possibly buying a Skoda Karoq. They had a few in stock when I looked online. We were greeted by Zak Evans. He was very helpful, professional and showed us around the cars they had in stock. As I hadn't driven a Karoq before, he quickly took my details and information, then allowed us to test drive a car. He told us a simple route to drive as we didn't know the area that well.The test drive was very helpful to me as it allowed me to confirm it is the right car for me. Although, as I need to part exchange my current car, I needed to go away to think, as the money offered was not as much as I had hoped for. But overall, a great experience and very helpful salesman.

  Living in Plymouth we had to do all our enquiries about the car we were interested in over the phone. Our sales contact, Sophie Carrott, was an absolute superstar helping us out and making sure we had all the information we needed and answered all our questions in super quick time. She got everything organised for us over the phone so when we arrived in Bridgwater we were able to have a really quick handover and get back home quickly as we were on a very tight schedule. The proof of really good customer service is when something goes wrong, and when we had a very minor issue with the new car, Sophie immediately got to helping us sort it out and arranged for us to have it rectified in Plymouth; saving us the need to drive all the way back to Bridgwater and take another day's leave. It was very much appreciated. We can't fault the service Sophie and Yeomans gave us and would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.

  Tom the sales associate went over and above for us purchasing a car for our daughter. We put our trust in him as we travelled from Scotland to purchase the car. He collected us from Newton Abbot to collect the car which saved us having to navigate our way to the dealership. The car was waiting for us with a full tank of fuel ready for our long drive home. Tom is a great example of perfect guest service and is a real credit to Yeomans dealership. We shall hopefully be purchasing our next car from him in the future.
